技术领域
本发明涉及研磨装置的技术领域,特别是涉及一种饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置。
背景技术
大豆营养非常丰富,1千克大豆所含蛋白质相当于2千克牛肉或4.5千克猪肉,且大豆蛋白几乎是完全蛋白质,含有8种必需氨基酸,大豆还含有维生素E、皂甙以及其他多种生物活性物质。目前对大豆粕的用途主要是动物饲料,比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物,大约85%的豆粕被用于家禽和猪的饲养,豆粕内含的多种氨基酸适合于家禽和猪对营养的需求。实验表明,在不需额外加入动物性蛋白的情况下,仅豆粕中所含有的氨基酸就足以平衡家禽和猪的营养,从而促进牲畜的营养吸收。在家禽和生猪饲养中,豆粕得到了最大限度的利用。随着农业发展的现代化和标准化,标准化饲料的使用已经逐渐被农户认可。标准化饲料具有以下优点:营养种类丰富、营养配比均衡、食用量搭配合理、咀嚼方便、存放时间长等。
饲料加工工艺中,饲料的粉碎、研磨流程是前置工序,饲料的碎粉、研磨程度将直接影响后续的配料、混合、制粒的品质和效率,因此饲料的粉碎、研磨工序至关重要。现有的饲料粉碎或研磨,大多采用单纯的切碎刀进行粉碎、采用臼具进行研磨,效率低且研磨不充分,不利于后续的制作和加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,使豆粕颗粒实现由粗到细的分级研磨,提高研磨效率和效果。

如图1至图3所示:本实施例提供了一种饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,包括机架24、进料斗1、研磨室和出料斗22,研磨室设置于机架24上,研磨室的顶部设置有进料斗1、底部设置有出料斗22,研磨室设置有研磨机构,研磨室的底部出料口上设置有可调孔径筛板,研磨机构能够实现豆粕颗粒由粗到细的分级研磨,且研磨机构的电机与一控制器电连接。
具体的,机架24上部是筒状,保障研磨的密封性,避免粉料飞溅;底部设置有减震的支腿。进料斗1对称设置有两个,进料斗1的顶部设置有盖体2、底部设置有电磁阀23,电磁阀23与控制器电连接。进料斗1设置有盖体2,可以避免研磨粉导出乱飞,污染工作环境和造成资源浪费。研磨室包括由上至下依次设置有密闭的初级研磨室3和二级研磨室13,初级研磨室3与二级研磨室13通过可调孔径筛板连通。
初级研磨室3包括初级研磨腔、初级研磨棒6、粉碎刀9、转轴5和初级研磨电机4,初级研磨电机4连接转轴5,初级研磨电机4设置于初级研磨腔顶面的中心,转轴5的中部设置有初级研磨棒6、底部设置有粉碎刀9,粉碎刀9位于初级研磨腔的底部。初级研磨棒6包括圆柱段和圆台段,初级研磨腔也包括与初级研磨棒6形状相匹配的圆腔和锥腔,初级研磨腔与初级研磨棒6的表面均设置有凸起7,且圆柱段与圆腔之间的间隙大于圆台段与锥腔之间的间隙,圆柱段上方为进料腔,圆台段下方为粉碎腔。初级研磨棒6与粉碎刀9之间设置有搅拌棒8,便于均衡物料。
可调孔径筛板包括相邻设置有筛孔21相对应的上层筛板10和下层筛板11,上层筛板10卡接于机架24上,下层筛板11的一端通过调节螺栓12设置于机架24上、另一端贯穿机架24,上层筛板10与初级研磨腔密封连接。拧动调节螺栓12,可改变筛孔21上下对应的程度,进而改变筛孔21大小,调节进入二级研磨室13的豆粕颗粒大小,提高研磨效果。
二级研磨室13包括二级研磨电机14、横向研磨棒15和研磨筛盘17,横向研磨棒15垂直设置于二级研磨电机14的转轴上,研磨筛盘17设置于出料斗22上方,研磨筛盘17上均匀设置有研磨凸条20和筛孔21,横向研磨棒15为表面均布有凸起7的辊子,凸条与凸起7相接触,可使豆粕颗粒研磨更精细。
二级研磨电机14的转轴上设置有圆锥状的分料盘18,分料盘1位于研磨室的出料口下方,机架24为筒状,研磨筛盘17与下层筛板11之间为二级研磨腔,二级研磨腔内设置有限位传感器19,出料斗22上设置有电磁阀23,电磁阀23和限位传感器19均与控制器电连接。本实施的二级研磨机构中,二级研磨电机14的转轴上对称设置有一对横向研磨棒15或者一个横向研磨棒15、一个刮板16(便于漏料),二级研磨电机14的转速大于初级研磨电机4的转速,便于精细研磨。
本实施例的饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置使用时,控制器可根据限位传感器19提供的数据启闭研磨电机和进出料的电磁阀23,保障研磨空间的最大效率的利用,等豆粕颗粒都进入也可以粉碎腔后,增加初级研磨电机4的转速,提高研磨效果。

6.根据权利要求4所述的饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,其特征在于:所述初级研磨棒与所述粉碎刀之间设置有搅拌棒。
7.根据权利要求4所述的饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,其特征在于:所述可调孔径筛板包括相邻设置有筛孔相对应的上层筛板和下层筛板,所述上层筛板卡接于所述机架上,所述下层筛板的一端通过调节螺栓设置于所述机架上、另一端贯穿所述机架,所述上层筛板与所述初级研磨腔密封连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,其特征在于:所述二级研磨室包括二级研磨电机、横向研磨棒和研磨筛盘,所述横向研磨棒垂直设置于所述二级研磨电机的转轴上,所述研磨筛盘设置于所述出料斗上方,所述研磨筛盘上均匀设置有研磨凸条和筛孔,所述横向研磨棒为表面均布有凸起的辊子。
9.根据权利要求8所述的饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,其特征在于:所述二级研磨电机的转轴上设置有圆锥状的分料盘,所述分料盘位于所述研磨室的出料口下方,所述机架为筒状,所述研磨筛盘与所述下层筛板之间为二级研磨腔,所述二级研磨腔内设置有限位传感器,所述出料斗上设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀和所述限位传感器均与所述控制器电连接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的饲料用豆粕颗粒研磨装置,其特征在于:所述二级研磨电机的转轴上对称设置有一对所述横向研磨棒或者一个所述横向研磨棒、一个刮板,所述二级研磨电机的转速大于所述初级研磨电机的转速。
