本发明涉及治疗和保健器具领域，特别是一种自发热药贴。
背景技术
药贴，是指将药材与相关辅助材料，经过适当的加工方法，覆涂或放置在贴布上制成的外用制剂，用于肌表薄贴，可透入皮肤产生舒筋活络、开窍透骨、祛风散寒等功效。药贴贴合时热敷，可以使肌肤腠理开泄、毛孔舒张，能够促进药物渗透，因而目前的中医实践中，多将膏药贴加热后再敷用。
使用药膏贴是通过皮肤给药最常用的方式，它是将药和粘合剂一起涂在衬垫上，贴敷在患处使用。这种药膏贴存在以下不足：
1.由于只是将药简单的贴敷在皮肤表面上，药物不易被皮肤吸收，导致药物作用不能充分的发挥；
2.科学研究表明，某些药品需要达到一定的温度才能发挥其药效，而在使用药膏贴的同时采用火烤或者电吹风等工具进行加热的话，既不便于使用者操作也不能使加热效果持久。
中国专利文献公开了一种“电热敷药袋”(申请号95217588)，其由隔离层将外套纵向分成内外两部分，外侧设有保温层、绝缘层、电热层。电热层包括温度控制器和插头，靠内侧中部呈袋形，内装有药芯。其特点是借助了热力的作用，但这种电加热方式显然是不方便的。
现有技术也有采用在药贴外加自热材料方式的热敷药贴。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自发热药贴，它通过发热组合物自发热并作用于药袋对人体施以药效。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，它包括粘贴层和氧化发热体，所述氧化发热体呈片状，其外周面覆盖有单面胶层，氧化发热体的一面与粘贴层粘接，其对现有技术的贡献是，还包括药物层，氧化发热体的另一面与药物层粘接；
所述的药物层是按重量份取艾叶30-40、桂枝25-32、独活20-25、杜仲12-16的膏粉状混合物，呈片状，由可透气的内衬包裹，所述的内衬应是对人体皮肤无害的纤维材料；
进一步，所述的粘贴层还包括，在覆盖有氧化发热体和药物层的粘贴层的两外侧，设有覆纸，所述的覆纸是用于与人体皮肤粘接的单面胶带状；
进一步，所述药物层的温度是通过在氧化发热体的透气扎空的个数控制。
本发明的发热原理是，将铁粉、盐、水、木粉、活性碳混合后组成发热组合物，使用时，只需在所述的覆盖面，用针或其它尖物在氧化发热体上扎眼，空气进入后，药袋即开始发热。
本发明的积极效果是：1)它是借助所述的发热组合物发生化合反应后所产生的热力，以使药物透入患部深层达到治病之目的。2) 该药物层发热时间长，能够使温度保持在合适的范围之内，并且加热效果持久，同时患者还可根据需要自行控制加热温度，从而使药贴药性成分得以充分释放，皮肤吸收药物的能力也大大提高；成本低廉，制造容易，使用方便，能够大范围的推广和使用。
四季变迁，阴阳转换。是人产生疾病的根源，男人腰痛，女人腹痛。是人受寒邪影响经脉不通而产生的疼痛。男人身体虚弱，外受寒邪而发腰痛。女人外感寒湿，阳气内虚而发腹痛。月经期间，受外邪侵袭，易发生腰腹疼痛。

本发明秉承传统灸法扶正祛邪、治病求本的原则。由发热体和热熔药膏采用现代工艺方式制作而成(主要药物成分有艾叶、桂枝、独活、杜仲)。具有灸疗和药疗的双重作用；能促进患部血液循环。加强受损组织的修复；具有祛风散寒，活血化瘀；通经活络止痛的功能。对于寒邪内停，气血痹阻所致的腰、腹疼痛，下肢麻木等症具有很好的疗效。通过临床应用对男女腰痛、腹痛、腰肌劳损、腰间盘脱出、下肢麻木及风湿痹痛有一定疗效。男人使用能壮肾强腰，女人使用能回阳暖宫。本产品携带方便，随处可贴。

艾叶：为菊科植物，多年草本植物高45-120cm，在春夏两季花未开，叶茂盛时采摘，晒干或阴干。
性苦：温、入脾、肝、肾经，理气血、逐寒湿、止血。安胎、泄泻转筋，久痢，下血、月经不调、经漏带下等。
艾叶品质：
叶片干燥，质柔软，气清香，味微苦辛。以叶背后灰白色，绒毛多、香气浓郁者为佳。
外用：捣绒作柱或制成艾条熏灸。捣敷，熏洗或炒热温熨。
禁止人群：阴虚血热者慎服。
桂枝的功效与作用：
桂枝：属樟科乔木，一年生枝条。主要生产于广西、广东及云南等地。
性辛、温、归心肺、膀胱经。具有发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，行阳散寒的功效。常用于风寒感冒，脘腹冷痛，血寒经闭，关节痹痛。痰饮，水肿心悸等。
桂枝禁忌
阴虚火旺，血热妄行者慎服。
比如：桂枝绿茶功效有发汗解肌，抗病毒，利尿。
治风寒表症所致腰背肢节酸痛。
独活的功效与作用：
独活：辛、苦、微温、归肝肾膀胱经；
主要功能：祛风除湿，止痛。用于风湿痹痛，阴寒头痛，面瘫，口眼歪斜。
解毒散寒，治感冒恶寒，头疼身痛，外用治疼痛肿瘤，能解毒治疗风水浮肿。疮疡肿毒。
1、《汤液本草》记载：独活：治足少阴伏风。而不治太阳。故两足寒湿浑不能动者，非此不能治。
2、《本草经疏》记载；独活苦、甘辛温。能辟风寒，邪散则肌表安和，气血流通故其痛自止。苦能燥湿，温能辟寒，辛能发散。
3、《本草汇言》独活、善行血分，祛风行湿散寒也。《本草》言；能散脚气，化奔逐、疗疝瘕消肿痛，治百风骨节疼痛。
4、《药品化义》独活能宣通气道。自顶致膝，以散肾经伏风。凡颈项难舒，两足痿痹，不能动移，非此莫能效也。
5、《本草求真》独活，辛苦微温，比之羌活其性稍缓，凡因风于足少阴肾经，伏而不出，发为头痛，则能善搜而治之矣。
6、《本草正义》独活气味雄烈，芳香四溢。故能宣通百脉。调和经络，通筋骨而利机关，凡寒湿邪气痹于肌内，着于关节者。非利用此雄烈之味不能达于经脉骨节之间。故为风痹痿软诸大症必不可少之药。
独活用药禁忌：阴虚血燥者慎服。
产品说明
成年人使用可以强身固本，回阳散寒。祛风除湿，腰、腹疼痛的患者使用一个疗程十五天后，能收到明显的效果。
用法用量，每天一次，一次一贴，十五天一疗程，严重腰、腹疼痛者三个疗程即可。
保质期：36个月
储藏方式：密封，置阴凉干燥处。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明，
如图1所示，本发明包括粘贴层1和氧化发热体2，所述氧化发热体呈片状，其外周面覆盖有单面胶层，氧化发热体的一面与粘贴层粘接，其对现有技术的贡献是，还包括药物层3，氧化发热体2 的另一面与药物层3粘接；
所述的药物层3是按重量份取艾叶35、桂枝28、独活22、杜仲 15混合后制取的热熔药膏，呈片状，由可透气的内衬包裹，所述的内衬应是对人体皮肤无害的纤维材料；
进一步，所述的粘贴层还包括，在覆盖有氧化发热体和药物层的粘贴层的两外侧，设有覆纸4，覆纸4呈耳形，所述的覆纸是用于与人体皮肤粘接的单面胶带状；
进一步，所述药物层的温度是通过在氧化发热体的透气扎空的个数控制。
使用时，只需用针或其它尖物在氧化发热体上扎眼，空气进入后，药物层即开始发热。
Claims (1)
1.一种自发热药贴，它包括粘贴层和氧化发热体，所述氧化发热体呈片状，其外周面覆盖有单面胶层，氧化发热体的一面与粘贴层粘接，其特征在于，
还包括药物层，氧化发热体的另一面与药物层粘接；
所述的药物层是按重量份取艾叶30-40、桂枝25-32、独活20-25、杜仲12-16的膏粉状混合物，呈片状，由可透气的内衬包裹，所述的内衬应是对人体皮肤无害的纤维材料；
进一步，所述的粘贴层还包括，在覆盖有氧化发热体和药物层的粘贴层的两外侧，设有覆纸，所述的覆纸是用于与人体皮肤粘接的单面胶带状；
进一步，所述药物层的温度是通过在氧化发热体的透气扎空的个数控制。
