decocting the plaster into a pot 21;

the heating component 24 is arranged on the inner side surface of the plaster decocting pot 21, and the heating component 24 comprises a heater b241 and a temperature controller 242; the temperature controller 242 is used for controlling the operation of the heater b241 and adjusting the temperature in the plaster decocting tank 21 to meet the process requirements.
As a modification, as shown in fig. 17 to 19, the pellet assembly 23 includes:
the red lead storage groove 231 is arranged above the plaster decocting tank 21, and the bottom of the red lead storage groove 231 is provided with a red lead outlet 2311; a switch is arranged at the red lead outlet 2311 to control the on-off of the red lead outlet 2311;
the lead scattering disk 232 is arranged below the red lead storage tank 231, and a plurality of through holes d2321 are uniformly distributed in the bottom of the red lead scattering disk 232;

it should be noted that the second driving assembly 153 includes a motor and a screw 1513; when the medicinal oil needs to be filtered, the second driving assembly 153 is started to drive the extrusion plate 152 to move downwards to extrude and filter the medicinal residues, so that the medicinal oil content in the medicinal residues is reduced, and the utilization rate of medicinal materials is improved;
in addition, the bottom of the oil leaching frame 151 is provided with a slag discharge opening 1514 through which the squeezed dregs are discharged.
As a refinement, the diameter size of the through hole a1311 is larger than the diameter size of the through hole b 1321; the diameter size of the through hole b1321 is larger than that of the through hole c 1511;
the diameters of the through holes a, b and c are set according to the particle sizes of the medicinal materials, so that the influence on the quality of the subsequent plaster caused by the fact that medicine dregs are mixed into medicinal oil is reduced; wherein the diameter reduces the setting in proper order, makes the efficiency that oil passed the through-hole different, improves the medicinal oil extraction efficiency of different granule medicinal materials.
In addition, a feeding window a134 is arranged at the position of the top end of the extraction barrel 11 corresponding to the chamber a 131; a feeding window b135 is arranged at the position corresponding to the chamber b 132; the medicinal materials with different sizes of particles are respectively put into the cavity a and the cavity b for medicinal oil extraction, so that subsequent grinding is facilitated.

In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 15, the waste gas treatment unit 12 is disposed on one side of the extraction barrel, a filtrate 121 is disposed at the bottom of the waste gas treatment unit 12, and a filter element 122 is disposed above the filtrate 121;
the waste gas is firstly introduced into the filtering liquid 121 to perform primary treatment on the waste gas, the opening part of the waste gas introduced into the filtering liquid 121 is a wide-angle opening, so that the treatment effect of the waste gas is improved, and the filtering liquid 121 can be selected from alkali solution, acid solution and the like and adjusted according to different prescriptions; filter core 122 is equipped with multistage filtration, and optional filter screen, active carbon, ceramic filtration etc. filter the material, and the aperture of filter screen reduces the setting in proper order and then improves filterable effect, reaches the waste gas zero release.
The working process is as follows:
starting the heater a, heating the oil to the process temperature, putting the large-particle medicinal material into the chamber a131, putting the small-particle medicinal material into the chamber b132, and extracting the medicinal oil;
after the extraction process time, the first driving assembly 144 is started to drive the upper mill 142 to rotate forward and backward intermittently, as shown in fig. 20, the large-particle medicinal material and the small-particle medicinal material enter the feeding space 1411 of the lower mill 141 intermittently along the discharge port a1312 and the discharge port b1322, respectively, wherein the large-particle medicinal material falls onto the adjacent grinding groove 1412, and the small-particle medicinal material falls into the grinding groove 1412;
as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the grinding roller 143 instantaneously crushes the large-grained herbs falling on the grinding groove 1412 under the action of the track 133, the crushed herbs slide down into the grinding groove 1412 for synchronous grinding, and meanwhile, the small-grained herbs are ground synchronously by the grinding roller 143;
starting the vacuum transfer unit 16, opening the electric valve 161, transferring the ground medicinal material particles into the oil leaching unit 15 by using a negative pressure adsorption mode, and performing secondary medicinal oil extraction;
after the extraction process time is up, the switch is turned on to transfer the medicinal oil into the plaster decocting tank 21, the second driving component 153 is started to drive the extrusion plate 152 to move downwards, the medicinal residues in the oil leaching unit 15 are extruded, the medicinal oil in the medicinal residues is completely extruded, and the medicinal residues are discharged through the residue discharge port to complete the extraction of the medicinal oil; when the medicinal oil flows into the plaster decocting tank 21, as shown in fig. 23, the switch plate 31 is opened under the impact of the outflow of the medicinal oil, and the lead-out plate 321 is driven to open by the connecting rod 33, so that the red lead in the red lead box 32 is quantitatively added into the red lead storage tank 231;
starting the heater b241 and the stirring component 22, heating the medicinal oil to the process temperature, opening the switch at the red lead outlet 2311 as shown in fig. 24, so that the red lead gradually falls into the fan-shaped feeding channel 2331, is stirred along with the rotation of the red lead spreading stirring plate 233, and uniformly falls into the plaster decocting tank 21 along the through hole d2321, and the red lead and the medicinal oil are fully mixed by the continuous rotation and stirring of the stirring paddle 221, so that the plaster is finally formed;
the decocted plaster is conveyed into a water tank 4 through a pipeline for removing fire toxin.

Claims (10)
1. A plaster decocting device for an analgesic patch comprises: the plaster extraction device comprises a medicinal oil extraction unit (1), a plaster decocting unit (2) and an exhaust gas treatment unit (12), wherein the exhaust gas treatment unit (12) is communicated with the medicinal oil extraction unit (1) and the plaster decocting unit (2), and the plaster extraction device is characterized by further comprising a red lead automatic quantitative feeding unit (3); the automatic quantitative red lead feeding unit (3) comprises a switch plate (31) hinged to the inner side wall of the plaster decocting unit (2) and a red lead box (32) arranged at the top of the plaster decocting unit (2), wherein the switch plate (31) is connected with a red lead discharging plate (321) positioned at the bottom of the red lead box (32) through a connecting rod (33) hinged to the switch plate;
the medicinal oil extraction unit (1) comprises an extraction barrel (11), a medicinal storage unit (13), a grinding unit (14), an oil draining unit (15) and a vacuum conveying unit (16);
the medicine containing unit (13) is arranged in the extraction barrel (11) and is divided into a chamber a (131) and a chamber b (132), the left chamber and the right chamber are arranged, the outer side wall of the chamber a (131) is provided with a plurality of through holes a (1311), and the bottom of the chamber a is provided with a plurality of discharge holes a (1312); the outer side wall of the chamber b (132) is provided with a plurality of through holes b (1321), and the bottom of the chamber b is provided with a plurality of discharge holes b (1322); the bottom of the medicine containing unit (13) is provided with a concave-convex track (133);
the grinding unit (14) is arranged below the medicine containing unit (13) and comprises: a lower mill (141), an upper mill (142), a plurality of grinding rollers (143) and a first driving assembly (144); the lower mill (141) is connected with the inner wall of the extraction barrel (11), the upper end of the lower mill is provided with a feeding space (1411), and the bottom end of the feeding space (1411) is provided with a plurality of annular grinding grooves (1412); a plurality of discharge holes c (1413) are formed in the bottoms of the plurality of grinding grooves (1412); the upper mill (142) is arranged above the lower mill (141), one side of the end surface of the upper mill (142) is provided with a plurality of feed inlets a (1421) matched with the plurality of discharge outlets a (1312), and the other side of the end surface of the upper mill (142) is provided with a plurality of feed inlets b (1422) matched with the plurality of discharge outlets b (1322); a plurality of guide holes (1423) are formed in the upper mill (142) in the direction perpendicular to the connecting line of the feed inlet a (1421) and the feed inlet b (1422), and the positions of the guide holes (1423) are positioned above the grinding grooves (1412); the plurality of grinding rollers (143) are arranged in the plurality of guide holes (1423), and the top ends of the plurality of grinding rollers (143) are in contact with the track (133); the output end of the first driving assembly (144) penetrates through the end face of the extraction barrel (11) and the medicine containing unit (13) to be connected with the upper mill (142);
the plaster decocting unit (2) is arranged on one side of the medicinal oil extracting unit (1), an oil outlet (111) of the medicinal oil extracting unit (1) extends into the plaster decocting unit (2), and the switch board (31) is arranged at the end part of the oil outlet (111).
2. A plaster boiling device for an analgesic plaster as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of said grinding grooves (1412) are formed in a V-shaped annular groove.
3. A plaster boiling apparatus for analgesic plaster according to claim 2, wherein said grinding roller (143) is provided with a grinding part (1431) at one end and a pulley (1432) provided in contact with said locus (133) at the other end; the grinding part (1431) is in a V-shaped annular bulge, and the size of the grinding part is matched with that of the grinding groove (1412); the grinding roller (143) is sleeved with a spring (1433), and the other end of the spring (1433) is connected with one end of the guide hole (1423).
4. A plaster boiling device for an analgesic plaster as claimed in claim 1, wherein said discharge port a (1312) is rectangular in shape and its length direction is perpendicular to said grinding groove (1412); the length dimension of the discharge port a (1312) is equal to the width dimension of two adjacent grinding grooves (1412).
5. A plaster boiling device for an analgesic plaster as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of said discharge ports b (1322) are provided at positions coinciding with positions of a plurality of said grinding grooves (1412).
6. A plaster boiling device for an analgesic patch according to claim 1, wherein the plaster boiling unit (2) comprises:
a plaster decocting pot (21);
the stirring component (22), the stirring component (22) is arranged on the top of the plaster decocting pot (21), and the output end of the stirring component extends into the plaster decocting pot (21) and is connected with a stirring paddle (221);
the red lead spraying component (23) penetrates through the top of the plaster decocting tank (21) and is used for adding red lead into the plaster decocting tank (21); and
heating element (24), heating element (24) are located the inside side of plaster system jar (21) of decocting, and it includes heater b (241) and temperature controller (242).
7. A plaster boiling device for an analgesic patch according to claim 6, wherein the pellet assembly (23) comprises:
the red lead storage tank (231), the red lead storage tank (231) is arranged above the plaster decocting tank (21), and the bottom of the red lead storage tank is provided with a red lead outlet (2311);
the lead scattering disc (232) is arranged below the red lead storage tank (231), and a plurality of through holes d (2321) are uniformly distributed in the bottom of the red lead scattering disc (232);
the lead scattering and poking plate (233) is arranged on the lead scattering disk (232) and synchronously rotates along with the output end of the stirring component (22); the end surface of the pill scattering and poking plate (233) is provided with a fan-shaped feeding channel (2331).
8. A plaster decocting apparatus for an analgesic patch according to claim 1, wherein the oil draining unit (15) is provided at one side of the medicine containing unit (13) and connected to an inner wall of the extraction barrel (11); the oil leaching unit (15) is used for extruding and leaching oil from the dregs extracted after grinding; the oil leaching unit (15) comprises an oil leaching frame (151), a pressing plate (152) and a second driving assembly (153); the outer surface of the oil leaching frame (151) is provided with a plurality of through holes c (1511), and the extrusion plate (152) is arranged in the oil leaching frame (151) in a matching manner; the second driving assembly (153) is arranged at the top end of the extraction barrel (11), the output end of the second driving assembly penetrates through the top end of the extraction barrel (11) and is connected with the extrusion plate (152), a through guide rod (1512) is arranged at the bottom end of the oil draining frame (151), and the through guide rod (1512) penetrates through the extrusion plate (152).
9. A plaster boiling device for an analgesic plaster as claimed in claim 8, wherein the diameter size of said through hole a (1311) is larger than the diameter size of said through hole b (1321); the diameter size of the through hole b (1321) is larger than that of the through hole c (1511).

A plaster decocting apparatus for analgesic plaster as claimed in claim 1, wherein said upper mill (142) is intermittently rotated forward and backward by the first driving means (144) at a rotation angle of at most 180 °, when the discharge port a (1312) communicates with the feed port a (1421), the large-sized medicinal material falls on the upper side of the adjacent grinding groove (1412), the grinding roller (143) instantaneously crushes the medicinal material falling on the upper side of the adjacent grinding groove (1412) by the action of the trajectory (133), and when the grinding part (1431) extends into the grinding groove (1412), the medicinal material in the grinding groove (1412) is secondarily ground; similarly, when the discharge port b (1322) is communicated with the feed port b (1422), the small-particle medicinal material directly falls into the grinding groove (1412) along the feed port b (1422), and the grinding part (1431) extends into the grinding groove (1412) to grind the medicinal material in the grinding groove (1412).
