Background
Bamboo, also known as bamboo, is a wide variety of species including moso bamboo, hemp bamboo, arrowed bamboo, etc. Perennial gramineae, bambusoideae, with woody stems and herbaceous plants, are most intensively distributed on the east asia, southeast asia, indian ocean and pacific islands in tropical and subtropical regions, with many varieties, some plants being short and grass-like, some plants being tall and tree-like, growing rapidly and growing fastest in the world.
Bamboo usually grows in pieces through creeping rhizomes and also can be bred through flowering and seed setting, seeds are called bamboo rice, the existing seedling raising method of bamboo usually is to artificially culture the seeds (bamboo rice) of bamboo to obtain bamboo seedlings, and the traditional seedling raising method of bamboo comprises the following steps: 1. preparing a seedling substrate and placing the seedling substrate in a seedling tray; 2. burying seeds in a seedling raising substrate in a seedling raising tray, wherein 8-10 seeds are buried in each pit; 3. nursery management, including watering, fertilizing, weeding, seedling supplementing, thinning and pest control.
However, the selection of the seedling raising substrate in the prior art is not reasonable enough, which is not beneficial to the rooting, the germination and the growth of seeds, so that the survival rate of the existing seedling raising method of bamboos is lower, and the development of the bamboo industry is not beneficial.

Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (5)
1. A bamboo seeding and seedling raising method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a seedling culture substrate: a layer of seedling substrate is laid in the seedling tray in a flat way, and the seedling substrate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of fine river sand, 7-8 parts of diatom ooze, 5-9 parts of humus, 5-7 parts of sawdust, 5-10 parts of vermiculite, 10-20 parts of water absorbent and 5-15 parts of rotten bamboo leaves;
s2, preparation of water absorbent: the method for producing the water-absorbing agent in step S1 is as follows: respectively weighing medical stone and active carbon, separately grinding the medical stone and the active carbon into powder, and uniformly mixing the powdered medical stone and the active carbon to obtain the water absorbent;
s3, layering and culturing seedlings in the air: the air layering seedling raising method comprises the following steps:
(1) cutting off a part of each of two side edges of the opening end by using a common polyethylene plastic bag to form an inverted T shape, and sealing three edges of the base;
(2) then filling a proper amount of water absorbing material into the bag;
(3) selecting 1-2 years of bamboo stalks without diseases and insect pests, reserving a strong main branch, and trimming off excessive small branches;
(4) after the inverted T-shaped plastic bag filled with the water absorbing material is filled with water, the bag opening is tightly wrapped on the base of the branch upwards, and the two belts are wound on the base of the previous section to fix the bag;
(5) after the air layering treatment is carried out for about 15 days, a plurality of bamboo sticks grow out from the base parts of the branches and extend into the water absorbing material in the bag, and at the moment, the bamboo stalks can be cut down;
s4, sowing bamboo seeds: digging small pits in the seedling substrate, then embedding the cut bamboo stalks into the small pits, then respectively paving a piece of breathable paper above the seedling substrate, watering, wherein the watering amount is 1kg/m2, and finally paving a moisture-preserving film above the breathable paper;
s5, nursery management: including watering, weeding, seedling filling, thinning and pest control.
2. A bamboo sowing and seedling raising method according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step S1, the seedling substrate is laid to a thickness of 3-5 cm.
3. A bamboo sowing and seedling raising method according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step S2, the ratio by weight of maifanite to activated carbon is 2: 1.
4. a bamboo sowing and seedling raising method according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step S3, the water-absorbing material may be any one of sphagnum, diatom ooze or turf.
5. A bamboo sowing and seedling raising method according to claim 4, wherein: in step S5, the nursery is at 6-18 deg.C and the relative humidity of air is 75-80%.
