Abstract
一株用于生产UDP‑糖基转移酶的重组枯草芽孢杆菌及其重组方法,化学合成UDP‑糖基转移酶基因UGT,并与载体pUC57连接获得pUC57‑UGT,克隆不同启动子;所得的pUC57‑UGT与启动子连接到表达载体上,获得重组质粒;所得的重组质粒转化到宿主菌,获得宿主菌重组质粒;所得宿主菌重组质粒分别转化到枯草芽孢杆菌得到重组菌;所得重组菌筛选出高表达UDP‑糖基转移酶的重组枯草芽孢杆菌。通过将UDP‑糖基转移酶基因与不同启动子连接后转入枯草芽孢杆菌获得重组菌,并筛选出能够高效分泌表达UDP‑糖基转移酶的重组枯草芽孢杆菌,其分泌于胞外的UGT可以将莱胞迪苷A转化为莱胞迪苷D。
