The latter query method can avoid independently querying real-time users meeting preset conditions, and is higher in efficiency.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2, this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvement is that, in step S4 of embodiment 1, after querying the real-time user, the focused user, the secure focused object, and the organization user, and before adding them to the event group chat, the method further includes the following steps:
sending prompt information for joining event group chat to the inquired real-time user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object and the organization user;
and acquiring confirmation instructions sent by the real-time user, the attention user, the safety attention object and the organization user.
In particular, due to the requirements for user rights and privacy protection, the user's consent needs to be obtained before the user is joined to the event group chat. The server sends prompt information for joining the group chat based on the geographic position event to the real-time user, the attention user, the safety attention object and the organization user. and if the matched user information or user association information exists, inquiring a safety concern object corresponding to the user information or user association information and/or a concern user associated with the safety concern object.
In particular, in practical implementation, for various reasons, a server cannot directly obtain necessary information from a client of a terminal carried by the server in a security concern object at an incident scene, for example, the carried terminal has no capability of connecting with the server, for example, the server is turned off, and the server cannot obtain real-time location information of the carried terminal. Sometimes, the safety concern object is the object needing rescue and has no ability to express the identity information of the safety concern object. Therefore, the server can inquire the concerned users related to the safety concerned objects through the images, videos or audios related to the persons in the event scene, and through matching with the stored user information or user related information. And timely help is provided for rescue. The server obtains the event user or the real-time user or the organization user, and submits a request for identifying image, video and/or audio information. In the actual implementation process, only an organization user or an event user can be allowed to carry out identification request, malicious use of the user with low relevance degree is avoided, and the privacy of a potential identified object is revealed.
And the server identifies and matches the image, video and/or audio information in the information to be identified with the stored user information and/or all associated user information of all users or safety attention users. In an actual implementation of this embodiment, the server may perform matching identification on all stored user-related information of the security attention object, or may perform matching identification on all user information at the same time. Because the user associated information of the safety attention object is the related information which is specially created and stored for identification, the identification method has remarkable identification characteristics, and identification is carried out in the user associated information of all the safety attention objects, so that the identification efficiency is higher.
In order to further improve the efficiency of server matching identification, the server may perform identification matching only in the user association information of the association of the security attention object associated with the attention user to be identified. Because, many times, the interested user can confirm that the own security interested object is in a security state, and does not need the server to perform matching. The concerned user can make the setting of the required identification matching through the client terminal.
If the matched user information or user association information exists in the server, the server further queries a user corresponding to the user information and/or a security concern object corresponding to the user association information, and further queries a relevant user associated with the security concern object.
The server then joins the security concerns and/or concerns users to an event group chat for the security concerns.
And if the server cannot find the matched user information and/or user association information, sending prompt information which cannot inquire the corresponding user or the concerned user associated with the corresponding user to the participating user.

Embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 4, this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvement is that after step S4 of embodiment 1, the method further includes the following steps:
acquiring safety role confirmation information of event users, attention users, safety attention objects, real-time users and/or organization users;
setting security roles of the event user, the attention user, the security attention object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
Specifically, the server obtains security role confirmation information of event users, attention users, security attention objects, real-time users and/or organization users. The security role information of all participating users in event group chat is very important for rescue on the spot. The participating user can confirm the control through the security role in the terminal display page where the client is located, and send own security roles such as a security role, a role needing rescue and the like to the server. Because some participating users cannot complete the setting of the safety role by themselves, in order to facilitate rescue, the organization users participating in the event group chat can set the safety role for other participating users according to the information obtained on site.
And after obtaining the safety role information sent by the participating users, the server sets the safety roles for the event users, the concerned users, the safety concerned objects, the real-time users and/or the organization users.
It should be noted that the setting of the security role may be performed by all participating users at their clients, or may be performed by an organization user in an event group chat at their clients.

The roles of the participating users in the event group chat on the rescue process are very different due to the difference of the user roles. Due to the large number of people that may participate in group chat of security events, a large amount of communication information may overwhelm effective rescue information. Therefore, for the organization user, it is necessary to have a management authority to disable other user roles and even move out of the group chat during the group chat. The organization user may also create group discussions in event group chat for more efficient work because of the on-site rescue needs. At the same time, different security events may have different organizational users to participate due to different event states. The server should configure different function rights for the organization user or other users according to different events.

Embodiment 7, as shown in fig. 7, this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvement is that, after step S2 of embodiment 1, user association information associated with a secure attention object and sent by an attention user is also acquired and stored, where the user association information includes: image, video and/or audio related to the security concerns.
Specifically, the server acquires user association information that an attention user sends and is associated with a security attention object, wherein the user association information includes: images, video and or audio. Such user-associated information is primarily people-related images, video and or audio of the associated security concerns.
The server stores the user association information of the security concern object. The server can store the user-related information of the security attention object as a component unit of the user information of the security attention object together with the user information. The server may also store the user association information with the security concerns as a separate unit from the user information. The user association information sent by a plurality of different concerned users of the same safety concerned object can be stored in the same storage unit or different storage units. Each piece of information in all user association information of the same safety concern object can only associate the sent concern user, and can also associate all concern users. In the actual implementation of this embodiment, after the server identifies the user association information in the subsequent matching, the server may query only the sending interested user associated with the piece of information, or query all interested users associated with the security interested object. And in subsequent inquiry of the server, if the matching is the user information of the safety concern object, the server inquires all concern users related to the safety concern object.

In the practical implementation of the present example, for the needs of security and privacy protection, after the server obtains the attention request that the attention user set the target user as the security attention object, the server sets the target user as the security attention object of the attention user only if the target user agrees. Since the association setting involves later user privacy protection, obtaining approval and confirmation of the target user is a very important step. And after the server acquires the confirmation information of the agreement confirmation sent by the target user, executing the next step, and setting the target user as a safety concern object associated with the concern user.

Specifically, after acquiring an application for creating an event group chat sent by an event user, the server checks a creation request submitted by the event user before creating the event group chat. For the safety event with larger influence, strict auditing of the creation request is very important. The server audits the event geographic position information in the creating request, and further comprises the following steps: video of the event, live images, description information, and/or related images of the person. For example, whether the event geographic location in the creation request is a prohibited-creation geographic location is checked. The information such as the description information, the video, the image or the person image is checked mainly to fully know the nature, the importance and the authenticity of the event. And checking whether the event range contained in the creation request is appropriate, for example, for a fire event, the creation range of the event user application is 100 kilometers, and obviously exceeds a reasonable range.
And if the audit on the creation request is passed, the server executes the event group chat creation. And if the audit is not passed, the server sends prompt information which cannot establish the event group chat and a prompt for supplementing and correcting the information to the event user.

The server 1000 may be provided as a server. As shown in fig. 28, the terminal may include a client, and the terminal device may be applied to the method embodiments shown in embodiments 1 to 9. The terminal 900 may be a mobile phone, computer, digital broadcast terminal, messaging device, game console, tablet device, medical device, fitness device, personal digital assistant, or the like.
Referring to fig. 28, terminal 900 can include one or more of the following components: processing components, memory 904, power components 906, multimedia components 908, audio components 910, input/output (I/O) interfaces 912, sensor components 914, and communication components 916.
Processing component 902 generally controls overall operation of terminal 900, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing component 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
Memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at terminal 900. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on terminal 900, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power components 906 provide power to the various components of the terminal 900. The power components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the terminal 900.
The multimedia components 908 include a screen providing an output interface between the terminal 900 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 908 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the terminal 900 is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) that is configured to operate when terminal 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a record mode, and a voice recognition mode
Is arranged to receive an external audio signal. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the terminal 900. For example, sensor assembly 914 can detect an open/closed state of terminal 900, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of terminal 900, a change in position of terminal 900 or a component of terminal 900, the presence or absence of user contact with terminal 900, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of terminal 900, and a change in temperature of terminal 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
Communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communications between terminal 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. Terminal 900 can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the technical solution for executing the external command of the system provided by the present invention can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (35)

1. An event group chat creating method for a security concern object, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: acquiring an attention request of an attention user for setting a target user as a safe attention object;
s2: setting the target user as a safe attention object associated with the attention user;

3. The method of claim 1 for creating an event group chat for a security concern: in step S4, the queried real-time user meeting the preset condition and/or organization user meeting the preset management requirement is further added to the event group chat.
4. The method of event group chat creation for security concerns of claim 3: in step S4, after querying the real-time user, the interested user, the secure interested object and the organization user, before adding them to the event group chat, the method further includes the following steps:
sending prompt information for joining the event group chat to the inquired real-time user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object and the organization user;
and acquiring confirmation instructions sent by the real-time user, the attention user, the safety attention object and the organization user.
5. The method of event group chat creation for security concerns of claim 3: in step S4, after creating the event group chat, the method further includes:
acquiring a request for identifying information to be identified, which is submitted by the event user, the real-time user or the organization user; the information to be identified is: information such as images, video and/or audio;
identifying and matching the information to be identified with the user information of the safety concern user and/or the user association information;
and if the matched user information or user association information exists, inquiring the safety concern object corresponding to the user information or the user association information and/or the concern user associated with the safety concern object.
6. The method of event group chat creation for security concerns of claim 3: it is characterized in that after the step S4, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring security role confirmation information of the event user, the attention user, the security attention object, the real-time user and/or the organization user;
setting the security roles of the event user, the attention user, the security attention object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
7. An event group chat creation method for a security concern object according to claim 6: the method is characterized by further comprising the following steps after the security role is set:
and sending the real-time geographical position information and/or the safety role information of each user added into the event group chat to the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.

The method of event group chat creation for security concerns of claim 7: the method is characterized in that: after sending the real-time geographical location information and/or security role information to the event user, the attention user, the security attention object, the real-time user, and/or the organization user, further comprising the steps of:
and configuring preset function authority in the event group chat for the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user according to the safety role information and/or the user information of the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
9. The method of event group chat creation for security concerns of claim 3: the method is characterized in that the real-time user is a user which can obtain real-time physical position information in real time by a server;
and/or, the organizing user comprises: supervisory organization users, rescue organization users, government organization users, platform management users, and the like.
10. The method of claim 1 for creating an event group chat for a security concern: it is characterized in that after the step S2, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring user association information which is sent by the concerned user and associated with the safety concerned object, wherein the user association information comprises: an image, video and/or audio associated with the security concern object;
and storing the user association information.
11. The method of any of claims 1-10 for event group chat creation for security concerns: the method is characterized by further comprising the following steps after the step S1 and before the step S2:
sending the information of the attention request to the target user;
and acquiring confirmation information which is sent by the target user and agrees to be set as a safety attention object.
12. The method of any of claims 1-10 for event group chat creation for security concerns: after step S3 and before step S4, the method further includes:
auditing the creation request;
if the audit is passed, go to step S4;
and if the audit is not passed, sending an audit result and/or prompt information for supplementing the correction creation data to the event user.
13. Method for secure group chat of events regarding objects of interest according to any of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that in step S1 the request for interest comprises: a user identifier of a target user, a description of a relationship between the concerned user and the target user;
and/or, the creating request includes, in addition to the geographical location information of the event: live video of the event, live images, creation descriptions, and/or related character images.
14. An event group chat creating device for a security concern object, comprising
An attention request acquisition module for acquiring an attention request of an attention user setting a target user as a safe attention object;
a security concern object setting module for setting the target user as a security concern object associated with the concern user;
the creating request acquisition module is used for acquiring a creating request for creating the event group chat based on the event geographic position by an event user;
and the query creating module is used for creating the event group chat and adding the event user, the queried safety concerned object meeting the preset conditions and the concerned user related to the safety concerned object into the event group chat.
15. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 14, wherein the query creation module further comprises:
and the query joining unit is used for joining the queried real-time user meeting the preset conditions and/or the organization user meeting the preset management requirements into the event group chat.
16. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 15, wherein the query creation module further comprises:
a prompt information sending unit, configured to send prompt information for joining the event group chat to the queried real-time user, interested user, security interested object, and organization user;
and the instruction acquisition unit is used for acquiring confirmation instructions sent by the real-time user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object and the organization user.

an identification request acquisition unit, configured to acquire a request for identifying information to be identified, which is submitted by the event user, the real-time user, or the organization user; the information to be identified is: information such as images, video and/or audio;
the identification matching unit is used for identifying and matching the information to be identified with the user information of the safety concerned user and/or the user association information;
and the object user query unit is used for querying the safety concern object corresponding to the user information or the user association information and/or the concern user associated with the safety concern object when the identification and matching unit identifies that the matched result is that the matched user information or user association information exists.
18. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 15, further comprising:
a security role confirmation information obtaining module, configured to obtain security role confirmation information of the event user, the attention user, the security attention object, the real-time user, and/or the organization user;
and the security role setting module is used for setting the security roles of the event user, the concerned user, the security concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
19. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 18, further comprising,
and the position role information sending module is used for sending the real-time geographic position information and/or the safety role information of each user added into the event group chat to the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
20. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 19, further comprising,
and the function authority configuration module is used for configuring preset function authority in the event group chat for the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user according to the safety role information and/or the user information of the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
21. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 14, further comprising,
a user association information obtaining module, configured to obtain user association information related to the security concern object and sent by the concern user, where the user association information includes: an image, video and/or audio associated with the security concern object;
and the user associated information storage module is used for storing the user associated information.

an attention request information sending module, configured to send information of the attention request to the target user;
and the confirmation information acquisition module is used for acquiring the confirmation information which is sent by the target user and agrees to be set as the safety attention object.
23. An event group chat creation apparatus for a security concern as recited in claim 14, further comprising:
the creation request auditing module is used for auditing the creation request;
and the prompt information sending module is used for sending the audit result and/or the prompt information for supplementing the correction creation data to the event user.

a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions and an apparatus as claimed in claims 14 to 23;
wherein the processor is configured to: executing the step of event group chat for a security concern object of any of claims 1 to 11.
25. A client, comprising:
an attention request sending module, which is used for the attention user to send an attention request for setting the target user as a safe attention object to the server;
the creating request sending module is used for sending a creating request for creating the event group chat based on the event geographic position to the server by the event user;
and the event group chat executing module is used for receiving an executing instruction which is sent by the server and added into the event group chat and participating in the operation of the event group chat.
26. The client of claim 25, wherein the event group chat execution module further comprises:
a prompt information receiving unit, configured to receive, by the attention user, the real-time user, the security attention object, and the prompt information for joining the event group chat sent by the organization user receiving server; the real-time user is a real-time user of which the real-time geographic position inquired by the server and the event geographic position accord with preset conditions; the organization user is an organization user which is inquired by the server and meets the preset management requirement;
and the instruction sending unit is used for sending an instruction for confirming joining the event group chat to a server by the concerned user, the real-time user and/or the organization user.
27. The client of claim 26, wherein the event group chat execution module further comprises:
an identification request sending unit, configured to send, to a server, a request for identifying information to be identified, to the event user, the real-time user, or the organization user; the information to be identified is: image, video and/or audio.

and the safety role confirmation information sending module is used for sending safety role confirmation information to a server by the event user, the concerned user, the safety concerned object, the real-time user and/or the organization user.

a confirmation information sending module, configured to send, to the server, confirmation information agreeing to be set as a security attention object by the target user.
