Technical Field

Background
The sag is the vertical distance between the lowest point of the wire and a connecting line between two suspension points on the flat ground when the suspension heights of the wires on two adjacent base electric poles are the same. Generally, when the transmission distance is far, due to the dead weight of the wire, a slight sag is formed, so that the wire is in the shape of a catenary, if the heights of the suspension points of the wire on two adjacent electric poles are different, at this time, two sags appear in one span, namely two vertical distances from the two suspension points of the wire to the lowest point of the wire are called as a maximum sag and a minimum sag, theoretically, due to the fact that infinite force is required for straightening one wire, and such force does not exist in practice, if the sag of the wire of an electric line is too large, the distance between the lowest point of the line and the ground does not meet the safety distance required by design, and when a strong wind and the line have a short-circuit fault, the swing degree of the wire enables the inter-phase distance of the line to not meet the safety distance requirement, the service life of the cable is shortened, so that the sag is required to be reserved within a controllable range, therefore, the arc sag of the electric wire needs to be properly adjusted, but the electric wire needs to be disassembled and assembled again when the arc sag is adjusted at present, single adjustment is inconvenient, and if parts of an adjusting device are damaged, the arc sag cannot be continuously adjusted, so that the fault tolerance of the electric wire in the adjusting process needs to be increased, and the loss is reduced.

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a device for quickly adjusting the conductor sag, which does not need to be disassembled, assembled and adjusted, is simple to adjust and reduces loss.
The invention discloses a device for quickly adjusting the sag of a lead, which is characterized by comprising a door-shaped support 1 erected on a lead 2, wherein clamping pieces 3 clamped above the lead 2 are arranged at two ends of the door-shaped support 1, a pulley 4 clamped below the lead 2 is arranged at the bottom of each clamping piece 3, and a tightness adjusting device which is adjustable in height and can tighten the lead 2 is arranged at the middle position of the door-shaped support 1;
the clamping piece 3 comprises an n-type bayonet inserted on the wire, and the shape of the n-type bayonet is matched with the diameter of the wire 2;
the door-shaped support 1 comprises a cross beam 6 and vertical arms 7 arranged at two ends of the cross beam 6, and the vertical arms 7 and the cross beam 6 are of an integral structure;
the tightness adjusting device comprises a circular mounting hole 8 formed in the cross beam 6, internal threads are formed in the inner wall of the circular mounting hole 8, a rotating rod 9 with external threads is screwed in the mounting hole 8, a crank 10 is mounted at the top of the rotating rod 9, and a semicircular top plate 11 which is in contact with the lead 2 is mounted at the bottom of the rotating rod;
an inclined supporting beam 12 for increasing the strength is arranged between the vertical arm 7 and the cross beam 6;
and a groove for passing a lead is formed in the outer ring of the pulley 4.
The device for quickly adjusting the sag of the lead has the advantages that the structural design is ingenious, when the device is used, the door-shaped support is arranged on the lead, the clamping piece is matched with the pulley for use, the lead can be clamped between the clamping piece and the pulley, so that the door-shaped support is erected on the lead, the semicircular jacking disc moves downwards by rotating the crank, the lead is supported and tightened, and the sag adjustment of the lead is realized. When the invention is used, the conductor sag is not required to be adjusted by dismounting, the adjustment is simple, and the loss is low.

The device for quickly adjusting the sag of the lead is disclosed in the embodiment, referring to the attached drawing 1, and comprises a door-shaped support 1 erected on a lead 2, wherein clamping pieces 3 clamped above the lead 2 are arranged at two ends of the door-shaped support 1, a pulley 4 clamped below the lead 2 is arranged at the bottom of each clamping piece 3, a tightness adjusting device which is adjustable in height and can tighten the lead 2 is arranged at the middle position of the door-shaped support 1, each clamping piece 3 comprises an n-shaped bayonet inserted on the lead, the shape of the n-shaped bayonet is matched with the diameter of the lead 2, the door-shaped support 1 comprises a cross beam 6 and vertical arms 7 arranged at two ends of the cross beam 6, and the vertical arms 7 and the cross beam 6 are of an integral structure; the tightness adjusting device comprises a circular mounting hole 8 formed in the cross beam 6, internal threads are formed in the inner wall of the circular mounting hole 8, a rotating rod 9 with external threads is screwed in the mounting hole 8, a crank 10 is mounted at the top of the rotating rod 9, and a semicircular top plate 11 which is in contact with the lead 2 is mounted at the bottom of the rotating rod; a diagonal bracing beam 12 for increasing the strength is arranged between the vertical arm 7 and the cross beam 6; the outer ring of the pulley 4 is provided with a groove for passing through a wire.
The working principle is as follows: during the use, install door type support 1 on wire 2, joint spare 3 and pulley 4 cooperation are used, can block wire 2 between the two to make door type support 1 erect on wire 2, through rotating crank 10, make semi-circular top dish 11 move down, prop up wire 2 and tighten, realize that the wire arc hangs down and adjust.
