The invention aims at solving the technical defect that the conventional plug-in circuit breaker needs to be unlocked by using an additional tool to cause inconvenient operation, and provides a rotary disc type mounting mechanism of the plug-in circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker is smoothly and stably mounted in a frame through the mounting mechanism; meanwhile, through an operation structure on the operation installation mechanism, the circuit breaker can be unlocked from the machine frame, and the circuit breaker can be easily taken out from the machine frame, so that the convenience of installation and use of the circuit breaker is improved.

As shown in fig. 1a,1B,2 and 3, the locking mechanism C includes a slider C1, where the slider C1 is located inside the circuit breaker housing a, one end of the slider C1 can be extended or retracted from an opening C2B formed by the circuit breaker housing C2 and the frame B, the other end is linked with the turntable mechanism D, one end of a torsion spring C3 mounted on a torsion spring mounting shaft C201 of the circuit breaker housing C2 abuts against a boss C202 of the circuit breaker housing C2, and the other end abuts against a step C101 of the slider C1, so that the slider C1 is subjected to a driving force extending from the opening C2B. As shown in fig. 6, the slider C1 is provided with a limiting portion C103, and the limiting portion C103 contacts with the circuit breaker housing C2 to limit the movement stroke of the slider C1. In this embodiment, the slider C1 includes a first slider C1a and a second slider C1b, where the first slider C1a and the second slider C1b are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the circuit breaker housing C2 and correspond to the corresponding slider linkage shafts D101 on the turntable body D1.

As shown in fig. 8,9 and 10, in another embodiment of the present invention, the unlocking mechanism E includes an unlocking member E3, the middle part of the unlocking member E3 is rotatably mounted on an unlocking member mounting shaft C205 on the circuit breaker housing C2, one end of the unlocking member E3 is provided with an unlocking button E3a, the other end is provided with an unlocking table E3b, the unlocking table E3b is linked with an operating table D103 extending from the rotating disc body D1 of the rotating disc mechanism D, the unlocking button E3a exposes the circuit breaker housing C2 through an opening C2C of the circuit breaker housing C2, and the unlocking button E3a drives the unlocking member E3 to rotate anticlockwise under the action of an external force so as to drive the rotating disc body D1 to rotate clockwise.
In this embodiment, the unlocking button E3a of the unlocking member E3 is pressed, the unlocking member E3 rotates anticlockwise, the turntable mechanism D is driven to rotate clockwise, the turntable mechanism D drives the sliding block C1 to overcome the counter force of the torsion spring C3, and move towards the inside of the circuit breaker housing C2 until the sliding block C1 completely enters the inside of the circuit breaker housing C2, the plug-in circuit breaker a is tripped from the frame B, the plug-in circuit breaker a is pulled outwards continuously, and the plug-in circuit breaker a can be taken out from the frame B easily.
Example 3
