Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated composite filter element for water purification, which comprises a filter flask body and a base arranged at the lower end of the filter flask body, wherein the upper end of the filter flask body is provided with a water inlet end, a water outlet end and a rear activated carbon filter layer; a filter element bottom cover, a filter element upper cover and a multi-stage filter layer are arranged in the filter bottle body, and a rotary core body is arranged on the inner wall of the bottle body; the first-stage filter layer comprises PP cotton and front activated carbon, and the second-stage filter layer is a reverse osmosis membrane; the third filtering layer is made of post-positioned active carbon; the postposition activated carbon is arranged inside an end cover at the upper end of the filter flask body. The invention effectively increases the water purification efficiency, solves the problem of activated carbon particle slag falling, has compact structure and full filtration, and reduces the volume and the manufacturing cost of the water purifier.

Technical Field

At present, the shortage of fresh water resources is more severe along with the increase of population in China if the existing water resources are not reasonably utilized. China invests huge capital to carry out the south-to-north water transfer engineering and the seawater desalination engineering to balance water resources. Is a citizen, and the water resource saving is a responsibility. Therefore, how to ensure the water quality becomes the most important while saving water.
The water purifier with Reverse osmosis membrane as core can intercept harmful matter such as insect egg, bacteria and virus in tap water and obtain pure water for drinking. The main filtering components of the water purifier sold in the market are PP cotton, granular activated carbon, compressed activated carbon, an ultrafiltration membrane (hollow fiber membrane) and a reverse osmosis membrane, but the water purifier has the problems that the volume of the water purifier is larger and more complicated due to each stage of filtering elements, the key and the valve switch which are mutually connected are many, and the hidden danger of water leakage exists. And the granular activated carbon is easy to fall off and collapse in the using process, so that secondary black water is caused, and the water quality of filtered water is influenced.
In addition, after tap water enters the first-stage filter flask filled with PP cotton, the PP cotton can start high-efficiency filtration after water pressure is stable for a certain time, and large-particle impurities in the water can shorten the service life of the PP cotton when the quality of the tap water is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an integrated composite filter element for water purification, which is compact in structure, capable of improving the speed of tap water passing through the filter element, shortening the filtering time, protecting the filter element and high in practicability.
In order to realize the technical purpose, the solution of the invention is as follows:
the integrated composite filter element for water purification comprises a filter flask bottle body and a base at the lower end of the filter flask bottle body, wherein the upper end of the filter flask bottle body is provided with a water inlet end, a water outlet end and a postpositive activated carbon filter layer; a filter element bottom cover, a filter element upper cover and a multi-stage filter layer are arranged in the filter bottle body, and a rotary core body is arranged on the inner wall of the bottle body; the multi-stage filter layer is cylindrical, the first stage filter layer is arranged on the filter element bottom cover, the filter element bottom cover is arranged on the filter bottle base, the second stage filter layer is arranged above the first stage filter layer, and the third stage filter layer is arranged in the upper cover of the filter bottle body and is directly connected with the water outlet end; the first-stage filter layer is one of PP cotton and front activated carbon from outside to inside or PP cotton, front activated carbon and a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane from outside to inside; the second-stage filter layer is a reverse osmosis membrane; the third filtering layer is post-positioned active carbon.
The filter element upper cover is covered above the second-stage filter layer, and a water outlet is arranged on the filter element upper cover and is respectively connected with the third-stage filter layer and the water outlet end at the upper end of the filter bottle body.
The filter element bottom cover is cylindrical, the outer diameter of the filter element bottom cover is smaller than the inner diameter of the filter bottle body, a cylindrical boss is arranged at the center of the filter element bottom cover, the diameter of the boss is smaller than the inner diameter of the first-stage filter layer, and the lower portion of the first-stage filter layer is sleeved on the cylindrical boss.
The PP cotton layer is a melt-blown fiber layer, and the tightness is gradually increased from outside to inside.
The preposed activated carbon is one of compressive activated carbon cotton, granular activated carbon and carbon fiber.
The rear activated carbon is arranged in a rectangular area inside the upper end cover of the filter bottle body, the width of the rectangular area is not larger than the thickness of the filter bottle body, reinforcing plates are arranged inside and outside the positions corresponding to the rectangular area on the upper end of the filter bottle body, and channels connected with activated carbon layers are arranged on the reinforcing plates.
The rotary core body is made of plastic materials, is arranged on the inner wall of the filter bottle body and is positioned below the water inlet end, and the size of the rotary core body does not exceed the gap between the filter element and the inner wall of the filter bottle body.
The composite filter element for purifying water is characterized in that the first-stage filter layer and the second-stage filter layer are fixed together through the upper cover of the filter element and are connected in a section manner.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the integrated filter element adopts compressed activated carbon cotton to increase the contact area between the water body and the activated carbon, effectively reduces the falling and collapse of activated carbon particles in the filtering process, and reduces the loss and slag falling problems of the activated carbon particles in the secondary cleaning process.
2. According to the integrated filter element, the rear activated carbon is arranged in the end cover at the upper end of the filter bottle body, so that the space is saved, and the volume of the water purifier is reduced.
3. The integrated filter element of the invention combines the first stage filter layer and the second stage filter layer in a segment type, is convenient for replacing the filter element, improves the working efficiency and reduces the cost.
The integrated filter core increases the speed and energy of tap water entering the first-stage filter core, increases the water purification efficiency, is beneficial to separation of large impurity particles in water and impact falling of impurities embedded in PP cotton, prolongs the service life of the first-stage filter core, and can be used for filtering water in regions with poor water quality.

Detailed Description
In order to make the object and technical solution of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows an integrated composite filter element for water purification, which comprises a filter bottle body 7, a filter bottle base 10, a water inlet end 1, water outlet ends 2 and 17, a rear activated carbon layer 3 and a reinforcing plate 4, wherein the reinforcing plate is positioned at the bottle mouth at the upper end of the filter bottle body 7; a filter element bottom cover 11, a filter element upper cover 13 and a multi-stage filter layer are arranged in the filter bottle body 7, and a rotary core body 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the bottle body; the multi-stage filter layer is respectively a PP cotton 8, a compressive activated carbon cotton 12, a reverse osmosis membrane filter element 15 and a rear activated carbon 3 from outside to inside and from bottom to top, and a central guide pipe 14 is arranged in the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 15. Therefore, the filter element can remove pigment, bacteria, residual chlorine, peculiar smell and sodium chloride in water and can improve the taste of the water.
The PP cotton used by the PP cotton 8 is melt-blown fiber, the tightness is gradually increased from outside to inside, a three-dimensional filtering effect is formed, and the adsorption capacity of the filter element is improved. The compressible activated carbon cotton 12 is selected to reduce the slag falling phenomenon of the activated carbon in the using process and avoid secondary black water.
The postposition activated carbon layer 3 is arranged inside the end cover at the upper end of the filter bottle body, reinforcing plates 4 are arranged inside and outside the postposition activated carbon layer 3 for fixation, the inner reinforcing plate and the outer reinforcing plate are respectively provided with a channel, the water inlet of the postposition activated carbon layer 3 is connected with the water outlet end of the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 15 through the channel, and the water outlet of the postposition activated carbon layer 3 is used as the pure water outlet end 2 of the filter. Therefore, the size of the composite filter element can be reduced, the space is effectively utilized, and the cost is controlled.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of the rotary core, the rotary core 6 is circular, the water inlet end 1 of the filter flask is located above the rotary core 6, after water flows enter the filter flask, the water flows first contact the uppermost rotary core, the uppermost rotary core starts to rotate, the water flows are thrown away and accelerated, and the thrown water flows and the water flows flowing downwards push the lower rotary core to rotate. The water entering the filter bottle but not entering the first-stage filter layer is in a dynamic state by the aid of the rotating rotary core body, and filtering efficiency of the first-stage filter layer is improved. When the tap water contains more large granule impurity, the rotation of rotatory core can separate water and impurity to the water droplet of throwing away can play the scouring action to the cotton outer layer of PP.
When the filter element is used, tap water enters the filter flask through the water inlet end 1 to push the rotary core body 6 to rotate, water flow can more quickly enter the PP cotton 8, the compressive activated carbon cotton 12 and the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 15, pure water flows out of the central flow guide pipe 14, enters the rear activated carbon layer 3 through the pure water guide pipe 5 and flows out of the pure water outlet end 2; the concentrated water is communicated with a concentrated water outlet end 17 through a concentrated water guide pipe 16 and flows out.
