Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a vehicle body cleaning device 1000, which includes a guide shaft 10, a first mounting base 20, a second mounting base 30, a first connecting rod 40, a first driving device 50, a first scrubbing plate 60 and a second scrubbing plate 70. Wherein, for the sake of more clear illustration of the structure, fig. 2 and 3 omit the frame, the travelling wheel 100, etc. in fig. 1.
Specifically, the first scrubbing plate 60 is connected to one end of the guide shaft 10, the first mounting seat 20 is axially and fixedly sleeved on the guide shaft 10, the second mounting seat 30 is axially and slidably sleeved on the guide shaft 10, and the first mounting seat 20 is located between the first scrubbing plate 60 and the second mounting seat 30. One end of the first link 40 is hinged to the first mount 20, the other end of the first link 40 is hinged to the second scrubbing plate 70, and the second scrubbing plate 70 is hinged to the second mount 30.
The first driving device 50 is used for driving the second mounting seat 30 to move along the guide shaft 10, when the second mounting seat 30 moves towards the first mounting seat 20, the second scrubbing plate 70 is gradually unfolded relative to the guide shaft 10, and when the second mounting seat 30 moves away from the first mounting seat 20, the second scrubbing plate 70 is gradually folded relative to the guide shaft 10.
Referring to fig. 1 in detail, the vehicle body cleaning device 1000 further includes a frame and a second driving device 90, the first mounting seat 20 is a bearing, the second scrubbing plate 70 is connected to an outer ring of the bearing through the first connecting rod 40, the second driving device 90 is connected to the frame, one end of the guiding shaft 10 is connected to an output end of the second driving device 90, and the bearing is sleeved on a portion of the guiding shaft 10 far away from the second driving device 90.
When in carrying, the second scrubbing plate 70 is in a folded state relative to the guide shaft 10, thus occupying small space and being convenient for moving. In operation, the first drive means 50 is activated to cause the second scrubbing plate 70 to spread out relative to the guide shaft 10, thereby enabling the vehicle body to be scrubbed, such as by manually lifting the spread-out vehicle body scrubbing device 1000 for cleaning, or by adding the road wheels 100 for easy movement and cleaning, as is generally described below. By controlling the operation of the first drive means 50, the extent to which the second scrubbing plate 70 is deployed can be varied, and the position of the second scrubbing plate 70 is maintained when the first drive means 50 is stopped. Further, in this embodiment, the second driving device 90 is a motor, and the first scrubbing plate 60 rotates about the guide shaft 10 when the motor is operated. The motor acts as a well-established drive device with sufficient stability to ensure drive to the first scrubbing plate 60.
The second mounting seat 30 is driven by the first driving device 50 to move on the guide shaft 10 relative to the first mounting seat 20, so that the second scrubbing plate 70 can be unfolded or folded, is convenient to use and store, can change the unfolding amplitude in the unfolding process, and is suitable for cleaning the area below the side door handle of the vehicle with various shapes. The second driving device 90 drives the first scrubbing plate 60 to rotate, so that the cleaning capability of the first scrubbing plate 60 can be improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body cleaning device 1000 of the present embodiment further includes a traveling wheel 100, where the traveling wheel 100 is disposed at the bottom of the frame. In this embodiment, the frame includes a riser 81 and a cross plate 82, and the riser 81 and the cross plate 82 are connected to form an L-shaped structure to facilitate cleaning the first scrubbing plate 60 and the second scrubbing plate 70 toward the vehicle body. The end of the motor and the base of the second driving device 90 are disposed on the vertical plate 81, and the travelling wheel 100 is disposed on the bottom of the transverse plate 82. By arranging the traveling wheels 100, the whole body cleaning device 1000 is convenient to move when a vehicle is cleaned, and the vehicle body is more convenient to clean.
Furthermore, the walking wheel 100 can be powered, so that the walking wheel is more labor-saving when being convenient to move, and can also be unpowered, so that a power mechanism is omitted, and the walking wheel is more suitable for carrying. Both have the benefit, and can be selected according to the own requirements.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first driving device 50 is an electric cylinder, an oil cylinder or an air cylinder, the output end of the first driving device 50 is hinged to the second mounting seat 30, and the base of the first driving device 50 is pivoted to the frame. By adopting the linear driving devices, stable and reliable power output can be realized, so that the normal sliding of the second mounting seat 30 is ensured, and because the linear driving devices are in a contracted state, when the vehicle body cleaning device 1000 is not cleaned, the occupied space after the whole vehicle body cleaning device 1000 is folded can be smaller, and the problem of space waste caused by the unadjustable size of the first driving device 50 is reduced.
Alternatively, both the first drive means 50 and the second drive means 90 may be provided as power mechanisms controlled by a controller, which may be more worry-free in operation. For example, when the second scrubbing plate 70 is pushed to the area below the door handle contacting the vehicle body, the first driving device 50 is controlled to work according to the fitting degree of the second scrubbing plate 70 and the vehicle body, so that the angle of the second scrubbing plate 70 is changed to be more matched with the surface shape of the vehicle body. After the second scrubbing plate 70 is engaged, the second driving device 90 is controlled to work, so that the first scrubbing plate 60 also rotates to directly perform cleaning.
Of course, the travelling wheels 100 can be further designed to be controlled by the controller, so that the vehicle can be conveniently and directly wound, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced. The controller itself may be a common controller such as a PCB (Printed Circuit Board ) and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, in the present embodiment, the second mounting base 30 includes a connecting frame 31, a slip ring 32 and a base 33, the connecting frame 31 is connected with the slip ring 32, the slip ring 32 is slidably sleeved on the guide shaft 10, the second scrubbing plate 70 is hinged with the connecting frame 31, the slip ring 32 is fixedly connected with the base 33, and the base 33 is slidably sleeved on the guide shaft 10 and connected with the output end of the first driving device 50. By arranging the slip ring 32 and the connecting frame 31, the base 33 can be directly used as a stress point of the driving force of the first driving device 50 to drive the slip ring 32 to move, and the second scrubbing plate 70 can be normally unfolded and folded without interference of the base 33.
In the present embodiment, the number of the second scrubbing plates 70 is two, the number of the first connecting rods 40 is four, and the two second scrubbing plates 70 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first scrubbing plate 60 through the two first connecting rods 40 respectively. By symmetrically arranging two second scrubbing plates 70, the cleaning area is larger, and each second scrubbing plate 70 is provided with two first connecting rods 40 as a connecting and supporting basis, so that the stability of the second scrubbing plates 70 is better and the second scrubbing plates are not easy to fall off when the vehicle is cleaned. It is contemplated that the number of second scrubbing plates 70 may also be increased as the outer diameter of the bearing is larger, which may be beneficial to further improve cleaning efficiency.
In more detail, the side of the connection frame 31 away from the base 33 is provided with a second link 34, and the second scrubbing plate 70 is hinged with the second link 34. The second connecting rod 34 is used as a hinge point, and the hinge point can be further away from the base 33 under the condition that the distance between the hinge point and the guide shaft 10 is ensured, so that the smoothness of the second scrubbing plate 70 during rotation is further improved. This is because the present embodiment can be carried as a portable cleaning device, and can be more advantageous for portability by minimizing unnecessary space waste. By designing the second link 34, the smoothness of rotation is not easily limited by the length of the link 31 itself when rotating. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the length of the second scrubbing plate 70 is equal to or less than the length of the guide shaft 10, and when the first driving device 50 is retracted to the limit position, the length direction of the second scrubbing plate 70 is parallel to the axial direction of the guide shaft 10. Thus, the whole vehicle body cleaning device 1000 can be folded more, and the vehicle body cleaning device is more convenient to carry.
In addition, the second scrubbing plate 70 has a first end 71 and a second end 72 opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction, the second link 34 is hinged to the first end 71, and the first link 40 is hinged to the second scrubbing plate 70 at a middle position in the longitudinal direction and further away from the second end 72. This allows the second scrubbing plate 70 to be deployed to a maximum extent even when the first drive means 50 is relatively short. Saving space and being more beneficial to carrying. This is because the hinge point of the first link 40 and the second scrubbing plate 70 corresponds to a fulcrum and the length from the first end 71 to the fulcrum is shorter than the length from the second end 72 to the fulcrum, which allows the second end 72 to move a greater distance with a small amount of movement of the first end 71.

The vehicle body cleaning device 1000 of this embodiment can be folded, carried or stored conveniently, and can be unfolded to be used for cleaning the area below the door handle of the vehicle body. In particular, the first drive means 50 adjusts the angle at which the second scrubbing plate 70 is deployed, so that the present embodiment can be adapted to a wide variety of vehicle cleaning operations in the area below the door handle. And need not to rely on outside other devices to carry out angle modulation, also need not add more mechanisms and come angle modulation, directly utilized drawing in and expanding required linkage structure and drive arrangement to make overall structure more simple and practical, the degree of difficulty when just reducing maintenance and overhaul is made to the convenience.
When the vehicle body cleaning device is used, the angle of the second scrubbing plate 70 is adjusted, so that the second scrubbing plate 70 is attached to the first scrubbing plate 60 in a region below the door handle of the vehicle body, the second driving device 90 is started, the first scrubbing plate 60 rotates, then the frame is pushed to move by virtue of the travelling wheel 100, and the first scrubbing plate 60 and the second scrubbing plate 70 are kept attached to the vehicle body to move. In the moving process, the first scrubbing plate 60 can rotate and move to clean the vehicle body, and the second scrubbing plate 70 can also move to scrub the vehicle body, so that the area below the door handle of the vehicle body is smoothly cleaned.
In summary, the vehicle body cleaning device 1000 according to the present application can drive the second mount 30 to move on the guide shaft 10 relative to the first mount 20 by the first drive device 50, so that the second scrubbing plate 70 can be unfolded or folded, and the unfolding amplitude can be changed during the unfolding process, so that the vehicle body cleaning device is suitable for cleaning the areas below the side door handles of vehicles with various shapes.
