Claims (8)

1. The environment-friendly sponge glue spraying device for seat production comprises two fixing plates (1) and is characterized in that two conveying rollers (2) are rotatably mounted on one side, close to each other, of the two fixing plates (1), the same conveying belt (3) is connected onto the two conveying rollers (2), the same first top plate (4) is fixedly mounted on one side, close to each other, of the two fixing plates (1), a material box (5) is fixedly mounted at the top of the first top plate (4), a conveying pump (6) is fixedly mounted on one side of the material box (5), a feeding pipe of the conveying pump (6) is fixedly connected into the material box (5), two mounting blocks are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the first top plate (4), the same back plate (7) is fixedly mounted on one side, close to each other, of the two mounting blocks, two adjusting seats (8) are slidably mounted on one side of the back plate (7), and a glue spraying head (9) is, the two glue spraying heads (9) are arranged at the top of the conveying belt (3), a discharging pipe of the conveying pump (6) is fixedly connected to the two glue spraying heads (9), a rotating hole is formed in the inner wall of one side of the material box (5), a stirring rod (10) is rotatably arranged in the rotating hole, a first belt wheel (11) is fixedly arranged at one end of the stirring rod (10), a round hole is formed in one side of a fixing plate (1), a round rod is rotatably arranged in the round hole, one end of the round rod is fixedly arranged on the conveying roller (2), a second belt wheel (12) is fixedly arranged at the other end of the round rod, a first motor (13) is fixedly arranged at one side of the fixing plate (1), a third belt wheel (14) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the first motor (13), the same belt (15) is in transmission connection with the third belt wheel (14), the second belt wheel (12) and the first belt wheel (11), and a second top plate (16, the top of the second top plate (16) is provided with a sliding hole, a threaded rod (17) is arranged in the sliding hole in a sliding manner, a pressing plate (19) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the threaded rod (17), the pressing plate (19) is positioned at the top of the conveying belt (3), a gear (18) is arranged on the threaded rod (17) in a threaded manner, a connecting column (20) is fixedly arranged at the top of the second top plate (16), one end of the connecting column (20) is provided with a spring groove, a rack (21) is arranged in the spring groove in a sliding manner, the rack (21) is meshed with the gear (18), one end of the rack (21) is fixedly provided with a spring (22), one end of the spring (22) is fixedly connected onto the inner wall of the spring groove, the top of the second top plate (16) is rotatably provided with a cam (23), the cam (23) is contacted, connecting rod (25) are installed to workbin (5) internal rotation, and the one end fixed mounting of connecting rod (25) has the second bevel gear, and second bevel gear and first bevel gear (24) meshing, the other end fixed mounting of connecting rod (25) have first worm wheel (26), and fixed cover is equipped with first worm (27) on puddler (10), and first worm (27) and first worm wheel (26) meshing.
