the fourth conveying mechanism 4 corresponds to the forming station and is located above the first conveying mechanism 1, the fourth conveying mechanism 4 comprises a cutting assembly 41, a second support 42 and a first rail 43, the first rail 43 is arranged on two sides of the second support 42, the cutting assembly 41 is arranged in an array mode along the track direction of the first rail 43 and can be rotatably arranged in the first rail 43, the cutting assembly 41 is arranged on the forming station in one-to-one correspondence with the bearing assembly 21 and can be clamped with the bearing assembly 21 and used for cutting the bread 10.
It should be noted that the first conveying mechanism and the fourth conveying mechanism are both driven by chain wheels and chains, and the conveying speeds of the first conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism, the third conveying mechanism and the fourth conveying mechanism are all the same.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the conveying assembly 11 includes:
a bottom plate 111, the bottom plate 111 having a baffle 1111 disposed along a circumference thereof; and
and a driving plate 112, wherein the driving plate 112 moves along the conveying direction of the second rail 12, and the driving plate 112 is connected with the bottom plate 111 through a first spring 113 and is positioned below the bottom plate 111.
It should be noted that the baffle serves as a positioning function to prevent the carrying plate from moving.
It is important to note that the drive plate is connected to the chain.
The first bracket 13 is provided with a third rail 131 which is matched with the bottom plate 111, and the third rail 131 is located on the forming station.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the bearing assembly 21 includes:
a carrying plate 211, wherein the carrying plate 211 carries the bread 10;
the first bases 212 are respectively located at two sides of the bearing plate 211;
an engaging block 213, the engaging block 213 being slidably provided along the longitudinal direction of the carrier plate 211; and
and a second spring 214, wherein the second spring 214 connects the first base 212 and the engaging block 213.
The second bracket 42 is provided with a collision block 421 which is matched with the engaging block 213.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the cutting assembly 41 includes:
the rotating shafts 411, two of the rotating shafts 411 are respectively rotatably arranged in the first tracks 43 at two sides;
the clamping grooves 412 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the rotating shafts 411, are connected with the rotating shafts 411, and can be clamped with the clamping blocks 213;
the cutter 413 is used for cutting the bread 10 into the same blocks, and the clamping grooves 412 are respectively arranged on two sides of the cutter 413;
an engaging groove 414, wherein the engaging groove 414 is disposed at an upper portion of the cutter 413 and is configured according to a shape of the cutter 413, a groove 4141 is disposed on the engaging groove 414, the groove 4141 accommodates a package box 9, and the number of the package box 9 and the number of the regions divided by the cutter 413 are the same; and
and a clamp unit 415, wherein the clamp unit 415 is disposed in the engagement groove 414, and the clamp unit 415 has an outer shape matching the outer shape of the engagement groove 414 and is slidably disposed in the height direction of the engagement groove 414.
It should be noted that the cutting assembly 41 further includes a third base, the third base is disposed on the chain of the fourth conveying mechanism, and the rotating shaft is rotatably disposed on the third base.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the rotating shaft 411 is rotated by the link assembly 44; the linkage assembly 44 includes:
the gears 441 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the rotating shaft 411, and the gears 441 are arranged on the rotating shaft 411 and rotate synchronously along with the rotating shaft 411;
the first rack 442 is disposed on the second bracket 42 and is engageable with the gear 441, and the first rack 442 is engaged with the gear 441 to drive the gear 441 to rotate 180 °; and
a second rack 443, the second rack 443 being disposed on the second bracket 42 and located behind the first rack 442 in the conveying direction of the fourth conveying mechanism 4, the second rack 443 being engageable with the gear 441 and being engaged with the gear 441 to rotate the gear 441 by 180 °.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the clamping unit 415 includes:
the second base 4151, both sides of the second base 4151 are provided with interference bars 4152;
a clamping member 4153, wherein the clamping member 4153 is elastically connected with the second base 4151 through a third spring 4154, and the clamping member 4153 clamps the top corner of the packing box 9; and
the abutting piece 4155 is connected with the cutter 413 and connected with the second base 4151 through a fourth spring 4156, and the abutting piece 4155 and the clamping piece 4153 can be abutted.
The second bracket 42 is provided with a fourth rail 422 which can be abutted against the interference lever 4152.
It should be noted that a fifth conveying mechanism is further arranged behind the fourth conveying mechanism for discharging the bread, and meanwhile, the packaging box is covered manually or by a manipulator to complete the final packaging work.
The working process is as follows:
as shown in fig. 8 to 12, the second conveying mechanism 2 conveys the carrying component 21 to the conveying component 11, the carrying plate 211 is disposed on the bottom plate, the baffle 1111 limits the movement of the carrying plate 211 for positioning, when the carrying plate 211 is conveyed to the feeding station, the third conveying mechanism 3 conveys the baked bread 10 to the carrying plate 211, the bread 10 moves along with the carrying plate 211, when the carrying plate 211 moves to the lower side of the cutting component, the bottom plate 111 cooperates with the third rail 131, the bottom plate 111 moves upward, at this time, the engaging block 213 engages with the engaging groove 412, the cutting knife 413 cuts the whole bread into blocks, the cut bread stays inside the cutting knife 413, the fourth base is driven by the chain on the fourth conveying mechanism 4, when the gear 441 on the rotating shaft 411 engages with the first rack 442, the rotating shaft 411 rotates, and at the same time, the carrying plate 211 is driven to rotate, the bread slides into the packaging box 9 in the cutting knife 413, when the cutting assembly 41 moves above the fifth conveying mechanism 5, the abutting rod 4152 abuts against the fourth rail 422, the second base 4151 moves downwards, the abutting piece 4155 is disengaged from the clamping piece 4153, the clamping piece 4153 retracts under the elastic action of the third spring 4154, the clamping force on the edge of the packaging box 9 disappears, the packaging box 9 falls onto the fifth conveying mechanism 5, the fifth conveying mechanism 5 discharges materials, and meanwhile, the packaging box 9 is covered manually or by a mechanical arm to finish final discharging; and the cutting assembly 41 continues to move, the gear 441 is meshed with the second gear 443, the cutter 413 is reset, when the cutting assembly continues to move, the clamping block 213 and the abutting block 421 are abutted to complete the separation of the bearing plate 211 and the clamping groove 412, and the bearing plate 211 is collected and recovered by an external collection mechanism and is circulated in sequence.

the device comprises a first conveying mechanism (1), wherein the first conveying mechanism (1) comprises a first support (13), a conveying assembly (11) and a second track (12), and the second track (12) is arranged on two sides of the first support (13);
the second conveying mechanism (2), the second conveying mechanism (2) conveys the bearing assemblies (21) to the conveying assemblies (11), the bearing assemblies (21) and the conveying assemblies (11) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the conveying assemblies (11) bear the bearing assemblies (21);
the third conveying mechanism (3), the third conveying mechanism (3) conveys the bread (10) to the bearing component (21), the bread (10) and the bearing component (21) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the bearing component (21) bears the bread (10); and
the fourth conveying mechanism (4) is positioned above the first conveying mechanism (1), the fourth conveying mechanism (4) comprises cutting assemblies (41), a second support (42) and a first rail (43), the first rail (43) is arranged on two sides of the second support (42), the cutting assemblies (41) are arranged in an array mode along the track direction of the first rail (43) and can be rotatably arranged in the first rail (43), the cutting assemblies (41) are arranged on a forming station in one-to-one correspondence with the bearing assemblies (21), can be clamped with the bearing assemblies (21) and are used for cutting the bread (10);
the conveying assembly (11) comprises a bottom plate (111) provided with a baffle plate (1111) along one circumference thereof and a driving plate (112) moving along the conveying direction of the second track (12);
the bearing component (21) comprises a bearing plate (211) for bearing the bread (10), first bases (212) respectively positioned at two sides of the bearing plate (211), clamping blocks (213) arranged in a sliding manner along the length direction of the bearing plate (211) and second springs (214) for connecting the first bases (212) and the clamping blocks (213);
the cutting assembly (41) comprises clamping grooves (412) which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with a rotating shaft (411), a cutter (413) which cuts the bread (10) into the same block shape, a clamping groove (414) which is arranged at the upper part of the cutter (413) and a clamping unit (415) which is arranged in the clamping groove (414), wherein the clamping unit (415) comprises a second base (4151) of which two sides are provided with contact rods (4152), a clamping piece (4153) which is elastically connected with the second base (4151) through a third spring (4154) and a contact piece (4155) which is connected with the cutter (413);
the working steps of the block-shaped bread slitting and packaging equipment are as follows:
firstly, loading the bearing components, and conveying the bearing components (21) to conveying components (11) which are arranged on the first conveying mechanism (1) and correspond to the bearing components (21) one by the second conveying mechanism (2);
secondly, bread feeding is carried out, the baked bread (10) is conveyed by the third conveying mechanism (3) to be corresponding to the bearing assemblies (21) arranged on the bread (10), and the bread (10) is arranged on the bearing plate (211);
step three, forming and transferring work is carried out, the bottom plate (111) and the third rail (131) are arranged in a matched mode and move upwards, the cutter (413) cuts the whole bread to form a plurality of blocky breads, meanwhile, the clamping block (213) is clamped with the clamping groove (412), when the gear (441) on the rotating shaft (411) is meshed with the first rack (442), the bearing plate (211) rotates synchronously along with the cutting assembly (41), and the cut breads fall into the packaging box (9) on the cutting assembly (41);
fourthly, discharging, wherein when the cutting assembly (41) moves to the position above the fifth conveying mechanism (5), the contact rod (4152) is abutted against the fourth rail (422), the contact rod (4152) moves downwards to drive the contact piece (4155) to move downwards, the contact piece (4155) is separated from the clamping piece (4153) to be abutted, the clamping piece (4153) retracts under the driving of a third spring (4154), the clamping piece (4153) is separated from clamping the packaging box (9), the packaging box (9) falls onto the fifth conveying mechanism (5) to be discharged, and the packaging box (9) is sealed by a manual or mechanical arm on the fifth conveying mechanism (5);
and step five, the bearing component is separated from working, when the bearing component moves to the matching arrangement of the clamping block (213) and the abutting block (421), the clamping block (213) is separated from the clamping groove (412) under the action of the abutting block (421), and the bearing component (21) enters the collecting frame below.

A method for portioning and packaging bread loaves according to claim 2, characterised in that a second track (12) is provided on the first carrier (13) in the first conveyor (1), that the drive plate (112) is arranged in fixed connection with the chain link on the first conveyor (1), and that the drive plate (112) slides in the second track (12).

A method for portioned wrapping of bread in block form according to claim 2, characterised in that a first rail (43) is arranged on the second carriage (42) in the fourth conveyor means (4), that a third base is arranged in fixed connection with the chain link on the fourth conveyor means (4), that the third base slides in the first rail (43), and that the shaft (411) is rotatably arranged on the third base.
6. The method for slicing bread as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the bottom plate (111) is lifted to the top by being engaged with the third rail (131), the engaging block (213) is just engaged with the engaging groove (412).
7. A method of portioned wrapping of bread in loaves according to claim 1, characterised in that the rotation of the shaft (411) is effected by means of a linkage assembly (44).
8. The method for dividing and packing loaf bread according to claim 7, characterized in that the linkage assembly (44) includes a first rack (442) and a second rack (443), and the first rack (442) and the second rack (443) are engaged with the gear (441) to rotate the shaft (411) by 180 °.
9. A method of portioned wrapping of bread loaves according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping elements (4153) clamp the top corners of the package (9).
