Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of physiotherapy and sleep aiding, in particular to a physiotherapy and sleep aiding power device, which is an adjustable power device for supporting a Simmons mattress to move at various frequencies.
Background
Sleep is an important and complex physiological function of the human body. Sleep diseases caused by physiological, psychological, mental, personality and social factors are up to 90, of which more than 20 are high-risk diseases, such as hypertension, arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, nephropathy, epilepsy, sexual hypofunction, myocardial infarction, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral apoplexy, depression, anxiety and the like, which are closely related to qi and blood stagnation or sleep diseases. According to the statistics of the world health organization, the number of people with sleep disorders in the world accounts for 27 percent of the total population, and the number of people with sleep disorders in China exceeds 3 hundred million as shown by a sleep survey report published by the Chinese sleep research institute.
According to related research reports, the market scale of China relating to the sleep industry is expected to reach more than 4000 billion yuan after 2020. At present, only a plurality of sleep-assisting bed products exist in the market, but mainly relate to various 'integral beds' specially designed for realizing the sleep-assisting function.
For example, the applicant/inventor of the present application filed a utility model patent application entitled "multi-degree of freedom sleep-assisting rhythm moving bed" with application number 202020131947.7 on 21/1/2020 by Zhoufnheng. The rhythm sleep-assisting bed is also an integral power bed and can provide functions of vertical movement and plane movement.
However, all the various standard beds in the prior art are integrated power beds specially designed and matched for realizing the sleep assisting function. That is, to realize the function of 'sleep aiding', the original common bed must be replaced completely. Therefore, various costs such as large-scale packaging of the double bed, heavy transportation of the double bed, carrying and arrangement of the bed in the house, replacement treatment of a new bed and an old bed and the like can be obviously increased, and huge barriers are brought to the popularization of the requirements of thousands of households.
Most of the power sleep-assisting beds in the prior art have complex structures, and particularly need complex transmission mechanisms of the whole bed. In particular, manufacturers often make only a single sleep-aiding bed in order to reduce the package and facilitate transportation and carrying to home. If a double sleeping bed needs to be purchased, two single beds need to be purchased and used together, or the double sleeping bed is customized, so that the requirement of the double sleeping bed can be met, and the double sleeping bed is difficult to popularize effectively.
In addition, it is important that the various sleep-assisting beds in the prior art are not ideal in terms of the effects of "physical therapy (qi and blood dredging)" and "sleep-assisting". In addition, for the user, the various sleep-assisting beds in the prior art lack various frequency selectivity, so that the qi and blood circulation and meridian dredging effects are not obvious, and the effects of qi and blood dredging and sleep assisting are not good enough.
In view of the above problems, the applicant of the present application filed application No. 202010189815.4 (publication No. CN111265054A) entitled "physical therapy and sleep-aid exercise apparatus" on 3/18/2020 by zhou fu heng. Compared with various devices in the prior art, the physical therapy and sleep-assisting sports device has relatively simple structure, and can be used for conveniently modifying various types of common beds (including single beds, double beds or multi-bed beds). By means of the physical therapy and sleep-aiding movement device, vibration with various frequencies can be applied to a human body, so that a user can achieve the purpose of dredging qi and blood through passive movement, and good sleep-aiding and physical therapy functions are achieved. However, due to structural limitations in general, such physiotherapy and sleep aid exercise devices generally require the use of four motors positioned at four foot positions, corresponding frame assemblies to support and secure the motors, and a deck plate bracket assembly to transmit the motion generated by the motors in order to achieve the desired physiotherapy and sleep aid effect.
The applicant therefore wishes to develop further improvements on the basis of the above-mentioned patent application, in order to achieve a physiotherapy and sleep-aid power device of simpler structure, lower cost and greater practicality.

The physiotherapy and sleep-aiding power device does not have a complex transmission mechanism, has a relatively simple structure, and can be used for conveniently refitting various types of common beds. By means of the device, various mattresses can be supported and separated from the bed frame and the bed back to perform passive movement with various frequencies, and people can be helped to achieve the health purpose in comfort.
Importantly, the bed for dredging qi and blood and assisting sleep assembled by the power device can help a body builder without idle time to insist on passive movement in one third of the sleep time every day so as to achieve the purposes of dredging qi and blood, assisting sleep and improving the health level.
Further, with the device of the present invention, the number of motors can be reduced to only one, while also simplifying the related structure and reducing the number of components. Therefore, the cost can be obviously reduced while the effects of dredging qi and blood and helping sleep are not influenced, and the whole structure is greatly simplified.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the physical therapy and sleep aid power device of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, like numbering represents like elements.
The description of the exemplary embodiments is intended to be read in connection with the accompanying drawings, which are to be considered part of the entire written description. In the description, relative terms such as "front," "back," "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "top" and "bottom" as well as derivatives thereof (e.g., "horizontal," "vertical," "downward," "upward"), and the like, are to be construed to refer to the orientation as then described or as shown in the drawing under discussion. These relative terms are for convenience of description and do not require that the apparatus be constructed or operated in a particular orientation. Terms concerning attachments, coupling and the like, such as "connected," "coupled," and "interconnected," refer to a relationship wherein structures are secured or attached to one another either directly or indirectly through intervening structures, as well as both removable or rigid attachments or relationships, unless expressly described otherwise. Additionally, the terms "comprises," "comprising," "includes," "including," and the like are intended to include but not be limited to the listed components or elements, i.e., there may be additional unspecified components or elements on top of the listed components or elements.
Figures 1A and 1B show a physiotherapy and sleep aid powered apparatus 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The physiotherapy and sleep aid power device 1 can preferably be used in a split bed frame. The so-called "split bed frame" includes only the peripheral frame and the bedside backrest, not the middle mattress support. The physiotherapy and sleep aid power device 1 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention can support a mattress (e.g., a simmons mattress) independently of a bed frame to perform physiotherapy (ventilation of qi and blood) and sleep aid exercises.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the physiotherapy and sleep-assisting power device 1 mainly includes a central support unit a, a peripheral support unit B, and a bed plate bracket C. The central support unit a and the peripheral support unit B support the bed plate bracket C together, and further support a mattress (not shown). As the name implies, the central support unit a supports at a substantially central position of the top plate bracket C, while the peripheral support unit B supports at a substantially outer peripheral position of the top plate bracket C. The term "substantially" as used herein means at a location or slightly offset, for example, approximately 0-10% off-center or off-center along the length or width direction.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings, it is preferable to include four peripheral support units B provided at four corner positions of the deck bracket C, respectively. It should be understood that the number and location of the perimeter support units B may vary. For example, the peripheral support unit B may be supported at a substantially middle position of the outer periphery of the deck bracket C. Also for example, more than four peripheral support units B may be employed if desired.
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the central support unit a mainly includes a motor assembly 10 and a frame assembly 20, and the motor assembly 10 can be supported on the frame assembly 20.
The rack assembly 20 mainly includes: base 21, height-adjusting side pole 22, height-adjusting locating rod 23, cushion collar 24, stabilizing guide rod 25, retaining member 26 and guide rail 27.
Preferably, the base 21 has a box shape to receive the electric control portion 212 therein. As can be seen from fig. 8A and 8B, the base 21 mainly includes a box body 210 and a cover 211. An electric control portion 212 (including, for example, a switching power supply, a motor driver, a control circuit board, etc.) is collectively housed in the box body 210. The bottom of the case 210 may be provided with a cushion pad, so that vibration and noise can be eliminated. The cover 211 is provided with a socket 213 for an output of an electric control unit, and the socket 213 may be an aviation socket, for example. In addition, a stabilizing guide 25 in a vertical direction and a guide 27 in a horizontal direction, the functions of which will be described in detail below, are provided on the cover 211.
It will be appreciated that the base 21 may also take a non-boxed form, such as a simple base plate or chassis. In this case, the case housing the electric control portion 212 may be disposed at other positions, for example, beside the rack rather than directly below.
The elevation-side lever 22 is obliquely disposed, and one end thereof is pivotally connected to the elevation-positioning lever 23, and the other end thereof is pivotally connected to the motor assembly 10. The buffer sleeve 24 can be sleeved on the height-adjusting positioning rod 23 and can horizontally move along the guide rail 27. Therefore, the movement of the buffer sleeve 24 along the guide rail 27 in the horizontal direction can drive the height-adjusting positioning rod 23 to move horizontally, and further drive the height-adjusting side rod 22 to pivot, so that the whole motor assembly 10 can be raised or lowered.
Preferably, a guide sleeve 13 is provided on the support structure of the motor assembly 10. The stabilizing guide rod 25 on the base is slidably arranged in the guide sleeve 13, so that the stabilizing guide rod 25 and the guide sleeve 13 can move relatively in the vertical direction. By virtue of the guiding action of the stabilizing guide rod 25 and the guide sleeve 13, the motor assembly 10 can be stably lifted and lowered, and the horizontal stability can be better maintained. Fig. 3 shows more clearly the interaction of the stabilizing guide 25 and the guide sleeve 13.
The locking member 26 is preferably in the shape of an "omega" and can cooperate with the cushion collar 24 and/or the height-adjusting and positioning rod 23 to provide a locking function. A threaded post 271 is provided on the rail 27, and a screw (not shown) can be screwed into the threaded post 271 through the locking member 26 to fix the locking member 26, and thus the height-adjusting positioning rod 23 and the height-adjusting side rod 22. During assembly, once the rack assembly 20 is manually or electrically lifted to a desired height, the height-adjusting positioning rod 23 and the height-adjusting side rod 22 can be fixed by the locking member 26, so that the rack assembly 20 is fixed at the desired height, and the whole rack assembly is more stable without generating vibration and noise. In use, the frame assembly 20 can be adjusted to a desired height according to the different heights of the bed.
Referring to fig. 4-7, the construction of the motor assembly 10 is shown. The motor assembly 10 generally includes a motor 14, a support structure, and a vibration mechanism.
As shown in fig. 5, the support structure mainly includes a lower fixed support tray 11 and an upper movable support tray 12. The lower fixed support plate 11 is fixedly connected to the frame assembly 20, in particular, to the height-adjustment side bar 22 of the frame assembly 20 by means of the connecting piece 111. The lower fixed support tray 11 is also coupled to the upper rotatable support tray 12, for example by means of flexible buffer posts 112. The upper spinning support disk 12 is connected to the vibrating mechanism through its central hole. The upper surface of the upper rotary support tray 12 supports the bed plate bracket C, and transmits horizontal vibration (horizontal rotation) to the bed plate bracket C, and further to the mattress. The motor housing 140 covers and protects the motor 14 and is also provided with a socket 191 (e.g., an aviation socket) for connecting a motor power supply and signals.
The upper swivel support pan 12 may be provided with a set screw 122 to connect the motor assembly 10, and thus the entire central support unit B, to the deck bracket C. Preferably, the fixing screw 122 may be sleeved with a flexible washer, so that the upper rotary supporting disk and the bed plate bracket can be fastened and the movement noise can be reduced.
In addition, in order to better transmit the rotating force and further improve the horizontal stability of the bed board bracket, a U-shaped clamping seat 121 with a cushion is also arranged on the upper rotating supporting disc 12. These U-shaped clamps 121 can cooperate with the associated rods of the bed plate carrier C to achieve the above-described effect. These U-shaped sockets 121 also help maintain the perpendicularity of the motor shaft 141, thereby increasing the service life of the motor 14.
The vibration mechanism is used for generating vibration and transmitting the vibration to the bed plate bracket C. As shown in fig. 6, the vibration mechanism mainly includes a flywheel 15, a bearing 16, an eccentric sleeve 17, a force transmission disc 18, and a force transmission disc pressing piece 19. The flywheel 15 is mounted on the motor shaft 141 for storing and releasing energy during movement. The bearing 16 is disposed above the flywheel 15 with a bearing washer 151 disposed therebetween. The inner circumference of the eccentric sleeve 17 is concentric and is fitted over the motor shaft 141. The outer periphery of the eccentric sleeve 17 is eccentric and is fitted to the inner periphery of the bearing 16. The force-transmitting disc 18 is flexible, preferably made of rubber, and is fitted around the outer circumference of the bearing 16.
The force-transfer disc compression plate 19 compresses and secures the force-transfer disc 18 into the recess of the upper swivel-mounted disc 12 by means of fasteners such as screws/nuts. Advantageously, when the force-transmitting disc 18 made of rubber is locked by the force-transmitting disc holding tabs 19, the rubber force-transmitting disc is deformed radially in the groove of the upper rotatable support disc 12, thereby embracing the bearing 16 inwardly and expanding outwardly to the upper rotatable support disc 12. Due to the matching of the force transmission disc pressing sheet 19 and the force transmission disc 18, which causes the deformation of the rubber force transmission disc, the assembly is convenient, and different eccentric rotary power can be better transmitted by replacing different eccentric sleeves.
With the vibration mechanism described above, when the motor 14 rotates, the flywheel 15 and the eccentric sleeve 17 are rotated. The eccentric sleeve 17 drives the bearing 16 on the periphery to rotate eccentrically. The bearing 16 drives the force transmission disc 18 on the periphery to rotate eccentrically. The eccentric rotation of the force-transmitting disk 18 is transmitted to the upper rotating supporting disk 12. Finally, the upper rotary support plate 12 transmits the horizontal vibration caused by the eccentric rotation to the bed plate bracket C and further to various mattresses.
Fig. 9A-9C show a bed plate carrier C according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. As shown, the deck carrier C is of the splice type, comprising a plurality of splice subunits 31, 32, 33 and 34. The splicing subunits are spliced into a whole by splicing connectors 35, 36, 37 and 38. Although a double deck carrier is shown formed from four splice subunits, it should be understood that the number of splice subunits may be increased or decreased as desired, for example, a single deck carrier may be formed from two splice subunits, or a larger size deck carrier may be formed from six splice subunits. In summary, the size of the bed plate bracket C can be adjusted according to the size of the corresponding general bed.
Fig. 10A-10C illustrate one of the peripheral support units B, i.e., the temple members, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the foot support includes an upper member 41, a lower member 42, and a locking nut 43. The upper member 41 and the lower member 42 have screw structures engaged with each other, respectively, so that the height of the entire peripheral support unit B can be adjusted. Once adjusted to the desired height, the upper member 41 and lower member 42 can be locked with the locking nut 43 so that they can no longer move relative to each other and remain at the desired height. It should be understood that the upper and lower members 41, 42 may take other forms other than threaded engagement, such as a socket-and-lock type engagement, a lead screw arrangement, and the like. When the bed is used, the supporting pieces can be adjusted to the required height according to different heights of the bed, and meanwhile, the rack assembly of the central supporting unit A is also adjusted to the same height.
The upper member 41 includes an upper plate 411, with the foot brace being fixed to the deck bracket C by the upper plate 411 to be integral therewith. Importantly, in the present invention, the lower member 42 of the supporter includes a lower plate 421 and a bottom plate 422, and a buffering column 423 is disposed between the lower plate 421 and the bottom plate 422. Thereby, a portion of the cushioning and swivel surface of the deck bracket C moves down between the lower plate 421 and the bottom plate 422 of the footrest member. The applicant has found that such an arrangement makes the overall movement of the bed plate carrier C more smooth. In addition, it is preferable that a buffer post 424 is also provided between the base plate 422 and the ground.
It should be understood that while the above describes embodiments in which the peripheral support units B are foot supports, some or all of the peripheral support units B may be replaced with a form similar to the central support unit a (i.e., including a motor assembly that generates vibrations) if greater power is required or a greater variety of combinations are required. In this case, it is also possible to replace the central bearing unit a in the form of a simple support (i.e. not comprising a motor assembly that can generate vibrations) similar to a foot support.
Fig. 11 shows a "physiotherapy/sleep-aid bed" formed by the physiotherapy and sleep-aid powered device 1 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention in combination with a bed frame D. Wherein, the physiotherapy and sleep-aiding power device 1 is completely arranged in the bedstead D, so the physiotherapy and sleep-aiding power device can also be called as a built-in type. In this case, the physiotherapy and sleep aid power unit 1 supports the mattress and transmits horizontal vibrations (horizontal whirling) to the mattress and thus to the physiotherapy/sleep aid user.
By means of the physiotherapy/sleep-aiding bed, the user can select different motion parameters according to the health condition of the user, such as different motor rotating speeds (or forward rotation/reverse rotation).
While the physical therapy and sleep assistance disclosed herein has been described in connection with preferred embodiments, it will be understood that equivalent alterations and modifications may be effected thereto, by those of ordinary skill in the art, without departing from the spirit of the invention. The physio-therapeutic and sleep-aid power unit of the invention can also be used, for example, with other types of conventional bed frames, by means of suitable flexible connections, in other words, in addition to the mattress, it can transmit physio-therapeutic/sleep-aid movements to other parts of the conventional bed. Also for example, in addition to the eccentric horizontal rotation described in the preferred embodiment, it is contemplated that other vibration or motion may be added or substituted. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is not to be limited by the specific disclosure above, but is instead to be defined by the appended claims.
