Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of VD4 switches, in particular to a withdrawable VD4 switch and a linkage test method thereof.
Background
The withdrawable VD4 switch has a handcart chassis structure, and can be pushed or pulled to a corresponding position in different states of a circuit. In order to check the operation correctness of the withdrawable VD4 switch related to the switching-on and switching-off loop, the jump prevention loop, the reclosing stop loop and the air pressure locking loop and the phase voltage of each phase and the phase consistency of the switching-on and switching-off loops of the circuit breaker, a switch linkage test is required. In the switch linkage test, need correspond last jack on the cubical switchboard with the delivery dolly, it is fixed to keep the level after inserting, because of the switch dolly all is very heavy with the operation dolly, the dolly counterpoint operation probability of once succeeding is lower for counterpoint operation has occupied most time in whole experimental preparation process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drawable VD4 switch with an auxiliary extension device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a withdrawable VD4 switch comprises a switch body and a switch base, wherein a first contact pin is arranged on the switch body, a first binding post matched with the first contact pin is arranged on the switch base, the end face of the switch body, which is provided with the first contact pin, and the end face of the switch base, which is provided with the first binding post are both metal end faces, the withdrawable VD4 switch also comprises an auxiliary extension device, the auxiliary extension device comprises a first disc, which is provided with a second contact pin, a second disc, which is provided with a second binding post, and a lead, which is electrically connected with the first disc and the second disc, the periphery of the second contact pin is convexly provided with a first boss, a first mounting groove is arranged on the first boss, a first magnet is slidably connected in the first mounting groove, a second boss is arranged on the periphery of the second binding post, a second mounting groove is arranged on the second boss, a second magnet is slidably connected in the second mounting groove, when the auxiliary extension device is in a use state, the second contact pin is matched with the first binding post, the second binding post is matched with the first contact pin to realize the electric connection between the switch body and the switch base, the first magnet is adsorbed on the end face of the switch base, and the second magnet is adsorbed on the end face of the switch body; when supplementary extension fixture was in the state of accomodating, the second contact pin realized being connected of first disc and second disc with the cooperation of second terminal, and first magnet adsorbs each other with the second magnet.
Furthermore, when the second contact pin and the second binding post are in a matching state, the end face of the first boss abuts against the end face of the second boss.
Furthermore, the length of the second contact pin is L when the second contact pin is matched with the second binding post, and the heights of the first boss and the second boss are both L/2.

Further, first mounting groove is equipped with a plurality ofly and sets up along the circumference equipartition interval of first boss, and the second mounting groove is equipped with a plurality ofly and sets up along the circumference equipartition interval of second boss.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following advantages:

Meanwhile, the first magnet is arranged on the first disc, and because the end face of the switch base is a metal end face, when the second contact pin and the first binding post are in a matched state, the first magnet and the metal end face of the switch base are mutually attracted, and the first magnet moves towards the metal end face of the switch base and is adsorbed on the metal end face of the switch base, so that the second contact pin and the first binding post are stably matched and are not easily separated under the influence of external force; the same, be equipped with second magnet on the second disc, when second terminal and first contact pin were in the fit state, the second magnet attracted with the metal terminal surface of switch body each other, and second magnet moves and adsorbs on the metal terminal surface of switch body towards the metal terminal surface of switch body for the cooperation between second terminal and the first contact pin is more stable, is difficult to receive external force to influence separately. When supplementary extension fixture was in the state of accomodating, the second contact pin realized being connected of first disc and second disc with the cooperation of second terminal for the second contact pin is located the second terminal, is difficult for receiving the damage accomodating the in-process, and first magnet and second magnet adsorb each other simultaneously, make the cooperation of second contact pin and second terminal stable, are difficult for throwing off.
The invention also discloses a linkage test method of the extractable VD4 switch, which comprises an interval confirmation process, a test preparation process, a test operation process and a site recovery process, wherein the extractable VD4 switch adopts the extractable VD4 switch in any one of the schemes, and the test preparation process comprises the following steps:
s110, connecting a maintenance power supply;
s120, inserting a second contact pin of the first disc into a first binding post on the switch base;
s130, inserting a second binding post of the second disc into a first contact pin on the switch body;
the recovery field process includes the following steps:
s210, taking down a second contact pin of the first disc from a first binding post of the switch base;
s220, taking down a second binding post of the second disc from a first contact pin of the switch body;
and S230, inserting the second pin of the first disk into the second binding post of the second disk.
Through adopting supplementary extension fixture, the second contact pin of first disc and the first terminal cooperation of switch base, the second contact pin of second disc and the first contact pin cooperation of switch body realize switch body and switch base's electricity to be connected, replace the first contact pin of switch body and the direct cooperation of switch base's first terminal in the past, the switch body need not to remove with switch base complex position, has left out the counterpoint operation, has greatly saved the experimental preparation time of linkage test. Simultaneously, resume on-the-spot in-process, with the second contact pin of first disc and the cooperation of the second terminal of second disc 320 for the second contact pin is located the second terminal, is difficult for receiving the damage at the in-process of accomodating.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides an extractable VD4 switch, which comprises a switch body 100 and a switch base 200, wherein the switch body 100 is provided with a first pin 110, the switch base 200 is provided with a first post 210 engaged with the first pin 110, both the end surface of the switch body 100 provided with the first pin 110 and the end surface of the switch base 200 provided with the first post 210 are metal end surfaces, the extractable VD4 switch further comprises an auxiliary extension device 300, the auxiliary extension device 300 comprises a first disc 310 provided with a second pin 311, a second disc 320 provided with a second post 321, and a wire 330 electrically connected with the first disc 310 and the second disc 320, when the auxiliary extension device 300 is in a use state, the second pin 311 is engaged with the first post 210, and the second post 321 is engaged with the first pin 110 to realize the electrical connection between the switch body 100 and the switch base 200, so that during a linkage test, the first pin 110 does not need to be directly electrically connected with the first binding post 210, the switch body 100 does not need to be moved to a position matched with the switch base 200, the alignment operation is omitted, and the test preparation time of the linkage test is greatly saved.
Protruding setting all around of second contact pin 311 forms first boss 312, be equipped with first mounting groove 313 on the first boss 312, sliding connection has first magnet 315 in first mounting groove 313, when second contact pin 311 is in the fit state with first terminal 210, first magnet 315 attracts each other with switch base 200's metal end face, first magnet 315 moves and adsorbs on switch base 200's metal end face towards switch base 200's metal end face, make the cooperation between second contact pin 311 and the first terminal 210 relatively stable, be difficult to receive the external force influence and part.
Second terminal 321 protruding the setting all around and forming second boss 322, be equipped with second mounting groove 323 on the second boss 322, sliding connection has second magnet 325 in second mounting groove 323, when second terminal 321 is in the fit state with first contact pin 110, second magnet 325 and switch body 100's metal end face inter attraction, second magnet 325 removes and adsorbs on switch body 100's metal end face towards switch body 100's metal end face, make the cooperation between second terminal 321 and the first contact pin 110 relatively stable, be difficult to receive external force to influence separately.
When supplementary extension fixture 300 was in the state of accomodating, second contact pin 311 and the cooperation of second terminal 321 realized being connected of first disc 310 and second disc 320 for second contact pin 311 is located second terminal 321, is difficult for receiving the damage at the in-process of accomodating, and first magnet 315 corresponds the setting with second magnet 325 position, and first magnet 315 adsorbs each other with second magnet 325, makes the cooperation of second contact pin 311 and second terminal 321 stable, is difficult for breaking away.
In this embodiment, when the second pin 311 and the second post 321 are in a matching state, that is, when the auxiliary extending device 300 is in a storage state, the end surface of the first boss 312 abuts against the end surface of the second boss 322, and the first magnet 315 and the second magnet 325 can be attracted to each other without moving, so that the matching between the first disc 310 and the second disc 320 is more stable.
The length of the second pin 311 is L when the second pin is engaged with the second post 321, and the heights of the first boss 312 and the second boss 322 are both L/2, so that the end surface of the first boss 312 abuts against the end surface of the second boss 322.
Be equipped with first slider 314 in the first mounting groove 313, first magnet 315 installs the tip that is close to first mounting groove 313 notch with first slider 314, be equipped with the first spout of vertical setting (the vertical setting refers to the position that the attached drawing shows) on the inner wall of first mounting groove 313, be equipped with on the lateral wall of first slider 314 with first spout complex first guide strip, first guide strip moves in first spout and realizes that first slider 314 removes towards the direction of being close to or keeping away from switch base 200, and then realizes that first magnet 315 is close to or keeps away from the terminal surface of switch base 200.
A second slider 324 is arranged in the second mounting groove 323, a second magnet 325 is mounted at the end of the second slider 324 close to the notch of the second mounting groove 323, a second chute (the vertical arrangement refers to the position shown in the drawing) which is vertically arranged is arranged on the inner wall of the second mounting groove 323, a second guide strip which is matched with the second chute is arranged on the side wall of the second slider 324, the second guide strip moves in the second chute to enable the second slider 324 to move towards the direction close to or away from the switch body 100, and further the second magnet 325 is close to or away from the end face of the switch body 100.
First mounting groove 313 is equipped with a plurality ofly and sets up along the circumference equipartition interval of first boss 312 for first magnet 315 is provided with a plurality ofly, further guarantees that first magnet 315 can stably adsorb on switch base 200's terminal surface, and second mounting groove 323 is equipped with a plurality ofly and sets up along the circumference equipartition interval of second boss 322, makes second magnet 325 be provided with a plurality ofly, further guarantees that second magnet 325 can stably adsorb on switch body 100's terminal surface.
The cover is equipped with insulating bellows on wire 330, plays the guard action to wire 330, can avoid dangers such as electric leakage simultaneously for supplementary extension fixture 300's use is safer.
The invention also discloses a linkage test method of the extractable VD4 switch, which comprises an interval confirmation process, a test preparation process, a test operation process and a site recovery process, wherein the extractable VD4 switch adopts the extractable VD4 switch in any one of the schemes, and the test preparation process comprises the following steps:

s120, inserting a second pin 311 of the first disc 310 into the first binding post 210 on the switch base 200;
s130, inserting a second terminal 321 of a second disc 320 into the first pin 110 on the switch body 100;
the recovery field process includes the following steps:
s210, taking down the second pin 311 of the first disc 310 from the first binding post 210 of the switch base 200;
s220, taking down the second post 321 of the second disc 320 from the first pin 110 of the switch body 100;
s230, inserting the second pin 311 of the first disk 310 into the second post 321 of the second disk 320.
By adopting the auxiliary extension device 300, the second pin 311 of the first disk 310 is matched with the first binding post 210 of the switch base 200, the second pin 311 of the second disk 320 is matched with the first pin 110 of the switch body 100 to realize the electric connection of the switch body 100 and the switch base 200, the traditional mode that the first pin 110 of the switch body 100 is directly matched with the first binding post 210 of the switch base 200 is replaced, the switch body 100 does not need to be moved to a position matched with the switch base 200, the alignment operation is omitted, and the test preparation time of the linkage test is greatly saved. Meanwhile, in the process of recovering the field, the second pin 311 of the first disk 310 is matched with the second binding post 321 of the second disk 320, so that the second pin 311 is located in the second binding post 321 and is not easily damaged in the storage process.
