本发明公开了一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具及其生产方法,成型模具包含上模组、下模组、钣金组件和注塑组件;上模组包含上模座、流道板、上连接座和上脱板组件;下模组包含下模座和下脱板,下脱板用于放置工件;钣金组件包含插刀、挡块和复位弹簧,插刀设置在上模组上,挡块滑动设置在下模组上,挡块位于下脱板的周围,挡块通过复位弹簧与下模组配合;插刀的底部与挡块的顶部通过斜面配合,钣金组件用于将工件的周边折弯,注塑组件对折弯部位进行注塑;本方案能够简单快捷地把塑胶和钣金件融合在一起,通过一步加工同步完成,大幅提高了显示器重要部件组合的加工效率,并节省了人力,节约了大量成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着电子产品不断创新,各类显示器中的重要部件钣金和塑胶框也随之更新;现有的钣金件和塑胶框大多都是独立分离的,需要通过人工将塑胶框固定在钣金件上,整个过程复杂繁琐,导致加工效率低,并且浪费了人力,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具,包含上模组、下模组、钣金组件和注塑组件;所述上模组包含上模座、流道板、上连接座和上脱板组件,流道板设置在上连接座的上侧,上模座设置在流道板的上侧,上脱板组件与上连接座配合;所述下模组包含下模座和下脱板,下脱板设置在下模座上,下脱板用于放置工件;所述钣金组件包含插刀、挡块和复位弹簧,插刀设置在上模组上,挡块滑动设置在下模组上,挡块位于下脱板的周围,挡块通过复位弹簧与下模组配合;所述插刀的底部与挡块的顶部通过斜面配合,钣金组件用于将工件的周边折弯,注塑组件对折弯部位进行注塑。
优选的,所述上模座的上侧设置有注塑口固定板,注塑组件包含注塑口和热流道,注塑口安装在注塑口固定板上,注塑料通过注塑口和热流道进入工件的折弯部位。
一种胶铁一体背板的生产方法,采用胶铁一体背板的成型模具对工件同时进行钣金和胶边注塑。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本方案设计了一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具及其生产方法,能够简单快捷地把塑胶和钣金件融合在一起,通过一步加工同步完成,大幅提高了显示器重要部件组合的加工效率,并节省了人力,节约了大量成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-6所示,本发明所述的一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具,包含上模组100、下模组200、钣金组件和注塑组件;所述上模组100包含上模座1、流道板2、上连接座3和上脱板组件4,流道板2设置在上连接座3的上侧,上模座1设置在流道板2的上侧,上脱板组件4浮动设置在上连接座3的中间位置;所述下模组200包含下模座5和下脱板6,下脱板6设置在下模座5上,下脱板6用于放置工件20。
所述钣金组件包含插刀11、挡块12和复位弹簧13,插刀11有多个,多个插刀11固定设置在上连接座3上,多个插刀11位于上脱板组件4的周围;所述挡块12有多个,多个挡块12滑动设置在下模组200上,多个挡块12位于下脱板6的周围,挡块12通过复位弹簧13与下模组200配合;所述插刀11的底部与挡块12的顶部通过斜面配合,形成楔形面结构,钣金组件用于将工件的周边折弯,注塑组件对折弯部位进行注塑。
所述上模座1的上侧设置有注塑口固定板7,注塑组件包含注塑口8和热流道9,注塑口8安装在注塑口固定板7上,流道板2中设置有热流道的分流板,注塑料通过注塑口8和热流道9进入工件的折弯部位。
本方案采用胶铁一体背板的成型模具对工件同时进行钣金和胶边注塑,加工过程如图3-6所示,成型模具先处于开模状态,可以放置工件20,随后上模组100整体下降,使模具处于合模状态,但未闭模,此时,上脱板组件4的顶面距离流道板2的底面还有5mm的间距,然后闭模,使插刀11与挡块12配合,挡块12在插刀11的作用下向工件平移,压迫工件的边缘形成折边21,完成钣金加工;之后打开热熔机将高温加热成液体状的塑胶颗粒通过流道到达指定位置;关闭热熔机通过降温将塑胶液体凝固,使其塑胶和钣金融合在一起,形成胶框22;之后上模组100上行,完成开模动作,挡块12受弹簧作用力复位,让出足够空间,不会出现带料情况。

1.一种胶铁一体背板的成型模具,其特征在于:包含上模组(100)、下模组(200)、钣金组件和注塑组件;所述上模组(100)包含上模座(1)、流道板(2)、上连接座(3)和上脱板组件(4),流道板(2)设置在上连接座(3)的上侧,上模座(1)设置在流道板(2)的上侧,上脱板组件(4)与上连接座(3)配合;所述下模组(200)包含下模座(5)和下脱板(6),下脱板(6)设置在下模座(5)上,下脱板(6)用于放置工件;所述钣金组件包含插刀(11)、挡块(12)和复位弹簧(13),插刀(11)设置在上模组(100)上,挡块(12)滑动设置在下模组(200)上,挡块(12)位于下脱板(6)的周围,挡块(12)通过复位弹簧(13)与下模组(200)配合;所述插刀(11)的底部与挡块(12)的顶部通过斜面配合,钣金组件用于将工件的周边折弯,注塑组件对折弯部位进行注塑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶铁一体背板的成型模具,其特征在于:所述上模座(1)的上侧设置有注塑口固定板(7),注塑组件包含注塑口(8)和热流道(9),注塑口(8)安装在注塑口固定板(7)上,注塑料通过注塑口(8)和热流道(9)进入工件的折弯部位。
3.一种胶铁一体背板的生产方法,其特征在于:采用胶铁一体背板的成型模具对工件同时进行钣金和胶边注塑。
