Abstract

本发明公开了彩色不锈钢低温化学着色工艺,包括(1)不锈钢的前处理(除油,抛光,清洗);(2)在浓硫酸加铬酐的着色溶液中;(3)清洗;(4)电化学固膜;(5)烘干;其特征在于:在浓硫酸加铬酐的着色溶液中加入催化剂ZnSO42-15g/L,MnSO42-10g/L在33℃-50℃条件下进行化学着色。本发明的工艺与传统工艺比较,由于着色温度由70-90℃降低至40℃,减少了水分的蒸发,使色膜均匀,重现性好,易控制,减少了环境中的酸雾污染,降低了成本。

Description

彩色不锈钢低温化学着色工艺
本发明涉及一种不锈钢化学氧化表面着色工艺。
现在的不锈钢化学着色工艺通常是用浓硫酸与铬酐在70—90℃条件下进行着色,由于反应温度高,生产过程中造成水分蒸发而引起着色。液浓度变化较大,影响色彩的重现性和均匀性;造成环境酸雾污染,也使能耗增大,成本增高。
本发明的目的在于提供一种反应温度较低,色彩均匀性和重现性好,可减少环境酸雾污染,节约能源的彩色不锈钢低温化学着色工艺。
本发明的工艺包括:(1)不锈钢的前处理(除油,抛光,清洗);(2)在浓硫酸加铬酐的着色溶液中;(3)清洗;(4)电化学固膜;(5)烘干;其特征在于在浓硫酸加铬酐的着色溶液中加入催化剂ZnSO4 2-15g/L,MnSO4 2-10g/L,在33℃-50℃条件下进行化学着色。最佳的着色条件是:在490g/L浓硫酸和250g/L铬酐中加入催化剂ZnSO4 2g/L,MnSO416g/L,在40℃条件下进行着色。
本发明的工艺与传统工艺比较,由于着色温度由70-90℃降低至40℃,减少了水份的蒸发,着色液浓度变化较小,色彩的均匀性,重现性要好,生产过程容易控制,减少了环境中的酸雾污染,降低了成本。
实施例:
(1)不锈钢的前处理(碱性除油/电化学抛光,清洗);
(2)在490g/L浓硫酸和250g/L铬酐中加入催化剂ZnSO4 2g/L,MnSO4 16g/L,在40℃条件下进行着色;不锈钢的色彩变化为:浅茶→棕色→蓝紫→钴蓝→蓝黑→淡黄→柠檬黄→金黄→红黄→鲜红→蓝绿→草绿→黄绿→黄褐色。
(3)清洗;(4)电化学固膜;(5)烘干。

Claims (2)

1.彩色不锈钢低温化学着色工艺包括(1)不锈钢的前处理(除油,抛光,清洗);(2)在浓硫酸加铬酐的着色溶液中;(3)清洗;(4)电化学固膜;(5)烘干;其特征在于:在浓硫酸加铬酐的着色溶液中加入催化剂ZnSO4 2~15g/L,MnSO4 2-10g/L,在33℃-50℃条件下进行化学着色。
2,根据权利要求1所述的彩色不锈钢低温化学着色工艺,其特征在于最佳的着色条件是:在490g/L浓硫酸和250g/L铬酐中加入催化剂ZnSO4 2g/L,MnSO4 16g/L,在40℃条件下进行着色。
