Further, this embodiment provides a preparation method of the aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide, including the following steps:
(1) respectively and fully mixing the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the mixture consisting of the nano zinc oxide and the micro zinc oxide and the amino silicone oil to form a mixture;
(2) and (2) adding a thickening agent and nano titanium dioxide into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the aqueous polyurethane coating containing the bletilla striata polysaccharide.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a waterborne polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide, which comprises the following raw material components:
35 parts by weight of a mixture of the epoxy resin modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion and the acrylate modified polyurethane emulsion in a mass ratio of 1: 1;
18 parts by weight of a mixture of nano zinc oxide with the particle size of 30nm and micron zinc oxide with the particle size of 5 mu m according to the mass ratio of 1: 1;
6 parts of amino silicone oil;
10 parts of thickening agent;
4 parts by weight of nano titanium dioxide with the particle size of 50 nm;
the thickening agent is a mixture consisting of bletilla polysaccharide, starch and ethyl cellulose according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1.
The bletilla polysaccharide is prepared by the following method:
(S1) drying and crushing rhizoma bletillae tubers to obtain rhizoma bletillae fine powder with the particle size of 100nm, adding 2.5 times of ethanol with the volume concentration of 90% into the rhizoma bletillae fine powder, carrying out reflux extraction under the heating condition, and filtering after the extraction is finished to obtain medicine residues;
(S2) after the ethanol contained in the medicine residues is completely volatilized, adding 5 times of mass water, heating and leaching at 90 ℃ for 6 hours, and filtering after leaching is finished to obtain filtrate;
(S3) passing the filtrate through macroporous weakly-basic anion resin and macroporous weakly-acidic cation resin in sequence, eluting with deionized water, and collecting the eluate;
(S4) concentrating the eluent to the relative density of 1.2, adding ethanol with the volume concentration of 90% for alcohol precipitation, filtering the precipitate, washing with alcohol, and drying to obtain the bletilla striata polysaccharide.
Further, this embodiment provides a preparation method of the aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide, including the following steps:
(1) respectively and fully mixing the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the mixture consisting of the nano zinc oxide and the micro zinc oxide and the amino silicone oil to form a mixture;
(2) and (2) adding a thickening agent and nano titanium dioxide into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the aqueous polyurethane coating containing the bletilla striata polysaccharide.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides a bletilla striata polysaccharide-containing waterborne polyurethane coating, which is different from the embodiment 3 only in that no bletilla striata polysaccharide is added into the thickening agent in the raw materials, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a bletilla striata polysaccharide-containing waterborne polyurethane coating, which is different from the embodiment 3 only in that starch is not added into the thickening agent in the raw materials, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides a bletilla striata polysaccharide-containing waterborne polyurethane coating, which is different from the embodiment 3 only in that the thickening agent in the raw materials is not added with hydroxyethyl cellulose, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 4
The comparative example provides a bletilla striata polysaccharide-containing waterborne polyurethane coating, which is different from the embodiment 3 only in that amino silicone oil is not added into the raw materials, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 5
The yogurt provided by the comparative example is only different from the yogurt provided by the example 3 in that the nano zinc oxide and the micro zinc oxide are not added to the raw materials, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Examples of the experiments
1. Viscosity detection
The viscosity of the aqueous polyurethane coating prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 was measured by the following specific measurement method: the viscosity (unit mPas) at 45 ℃ was measured using a rheometer, rotor CC45-SN19337, at a set rotation speed of 12rpm according to the rheometer operating protocol, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the viscosity of the aqueous polyurethane coating prepared by the method described in example 3 is relatively good, while the viscosity of the coating prepared by the comparative examples 1-3 is relatively poor, so that the thickening agent can better increase the viscosity and effectively improve the stability of the polyurethane coating when the bletilla polysaccharide, the starch and the hydroxyethyl cellulose are simultaneously added and under the synergistic action of the three components. The viscosity of the coating in comparative examples 4 and 5 is better than that of comparative examples 1 to 3, but still is not as good as that of example 3, thus demonstrating that the addition of the mixture of amino silicone oil, nano zinc oxide and micro zinc oxide can improve the viscosity and stability of the coating.
2. Technical performance detection
The water-based polyurethane coatings prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were coated on metal surfaces and tested for technical properties such as corrosion resistance, and the results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the coating prepared by the method in the embodiment 3 of the application has good film forming property, flat and smooth coating surface, strong adhesive force, good water scouring resistance, strong corrosion resistance and high hardness. The coatings obtained in comparative examples 1 to 5 formed coatings with different technical performance indexes than the coating obtained in example 3.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, and any other products in various forms can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in the shape or structure thereof, which have the same or similar technical solutions as those of the present application, fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide is characterized by comprising the following raw material components:
30-50 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion;
10-20 parts of a mixture of nano zinc oxide and micron zinc oxide in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1-2;
2-8 parts of amino silicone oil;
4-12 parts of thickening agent;
2-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide;
the thickening agent is a mixture consisting of bletilla polysaccharide, starch and cellulose ether.
2. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharides as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickener is a mixture of bletilla striata polysaccharides, starch and cellulose ether according to a mass ratio of 1-4:1-4: 1-4.
3. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cellulose ether is one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose or ethyl cellulose.
4. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla polysaccharide according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bletilla polysaccharide is prepared by the following method:
(S1) drying and crushing rhizoma bletillae tubers to obtain rhizoma bletillae fine powder, adding ethanol into the rhizoma bletillae fine powder for reflux extraction, and filtering to obtain medicine residues after extraction is finished;
(S2) after the ethanol contained in the medicine residues is completely volatilized, adding water for heating and leaching, and filtering after leaching to obtain filtrate;
(S3) passing the filtrate through an ion exchange resin and eluting with deionized water, and collecting the eluate;
(S4) concentrating the eluent, and sequentially carrying out alcohol precipitation, filtration, washing and drying to obtain the bletilla striata polysaccharide.
5. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharides as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step (S1), the adding mass of the ethanol is 2-3 times of the mass of the bletilla striata fine powder, and the volume concentration of the ethanol is 80-95%;
in the step (S2), the amount of water added is 2-8 times of the weight of the fine powder of rhizoma bletillae, the temperature of the heating extraction is 82-100 ℃, and the time of the heating extraction is 5-8 h.
6. The aqueous polyurethane coating materials containing bletilla striata polysaccharide as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step (S3), the ion exchange resin is macroporous weakly basic anion resin and macroporous weakly acidic cation resin;
in the step (S4), the eluate is concentrated to a relative density of 1.1 to 1.3, and the washing is alcohol washing.
7. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is a modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion.
8. The waterborne polyurethane coating containing the bletilla striata polysaccharide as claimed in claim 7, wherein the modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion is a mixture of an epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion and an acrylate modified polyurethane emulsion in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1-2.
9. The aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the nano zinc oxide is 20-40nm, and the particle size of the micro zinc oxide is 2-8 μm.
10. The preparation method of the aqueous polyurethane coating containing bletilla striata polysaccharide according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) respectively and fully mixing the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the mixture consisting of the nano zinc oxide and the micro zinc oxide and the amino silicone oil to form a mixture;
(2) and (2) adding a thickening agent and nano titanium dioxide into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the aqueous polyurethane coating containing the bletilla striata polysaccharide.
