Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The operation request processing method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 and the wearable device 104 may be communicatively connected. The wearable device 104 worn by the user gathers movement state data of the user. After the terminal 102 receives the operation request, the terminal 102 first determines whether the operation request is triggered by mistake according to the environment information, and when the terminal 102 determines that the operation request is not triggered by mistake according to the environment information, an operation corresponding to the operation request is executed. When the terminal 102 determines from the context information that the operation request is false triggered, the user's motion state is obtained from the wearable device 104 that is more tightly coupled with the user. When the motion state acquired by the terminal 102 indicates that the user is not in the motion state, an operation corresponding to the operation request is directly performed. When the motion state acquired by the terminal 102 indicates that the user is in the motion state, a false trigger alert is sent to the wearable device 104 for further confirmation by the user. By the above-described operation request processing method, the terminal 102 can more accurately determine whether the operation request is falsely triggered.
The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers. Wearable device 104 may be, but is not limited to, various smart watches, smart bracelets, smart helmets, AR devices, VR devices, smart glasses, wireless headphones. The communication connection may be a wired connection or a wireless connection, such as but not limited to bluetooth, wi-fi, 4G, and 5G.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided an operation request processing method, which is described by taking an example that the method is applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, an operation request is received.
The operation refers to clicking, moving, long-pressing and other operations of a key or an icon and the like on the terminal, which are received by the terminal by a user. The keys may be physical keys or virtual keys. In this embodiment, the method is not limited to clicking a dial keyboard to make a call, sliding to unlock a mobile phone, clicking a send button to send information, clicking a play button to play music, playing video on a moving progress bar, long-pressing voice button to chat in voice or clicking a video button to chat in video. The operation request refers to an operation that the terminal receives the user input, and the generated corresponding computer instruction may be, but is not limited to, a computer instruction for dialing a phone, a computer instruction for unlocking a mobile phone, a computer instruction for sending information, a computer instruction for playing music, a computer instruction for playing video, a computer instruction for voice chat, and a computer instruction for video chat in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the operation request may be generated by the terminal being actively triggered by the user, or may be generated by the terminal being triggered by the user by mistake.
Step 204, based on the operation request, obtaining the motion state of the user from the corresponding wearable device.
The corresponding wearable device refers to at least one of a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a smart helmet, an AR device, a VR device, smart glasses, a wireless headset, and the like, which are in communication connection with the terminal in step 202. The motion state of the user refers to the judgment that the wearable device indicates whether the user is in motion or not according to the collected activity data of the user and by combining calculation and analysis, and can also be the preset motion state in the wearable device.
In this embodiment, the movement state may include both in-movement and stationary. When the terminal judges through the data acquired by the sensor of the wearable device, whether the user is in a moving state or not can be determined according to comparison of each data and the set threshold value. When a motion state is preset in the wearable device, the terminal can directly read the preset motion state. In the case where there is a preset motion state, the terminal may further set priorities of the two modes for acquiring motion states, for example, may set as follows: the priority of the motion state obtained from the wearable device sensor is higher than the preset motion state, and then the motion state obtained by the terminal is the motion state of the user obtained from the wearable device in real time.
Specifically, the wearable device may detect the motion state of the user through an acceleration sensor in the wearable device. The acceleration sensor may be a three-axis acceleration sensor capable of generating acceleration values for measuring X, Y and in the Z-axis direction; when the user throws the hand or slightly moves the device, the wearable device can also send displacement along with the displacement, the moving speed is high, the acceleration value of a certain axis of the triaxial acceleration sensor can suddenly increase, when the value detected by the triaxial acceleration sensor is larger than a preset threshold value, whether the sensor data is continuously larger than the threshold value in a period of time is monitored, and if so, the user can be judged to be in motion.
Specifically, the wearable device may detect the motion state of the user through a gyro sensor in the wearable device. A gyroscopic sensor may be used to determine the direction of a moving object. When the user shakes the wrist, the wearable device can rotate along with the rotation of the hand, and the numerical value detected by the gyroscope can be larger than a threshold value, so that whether the user shakes the wrist can be judged.
Specifically, when the user is in a resting state such as lying, sitting and standing, the values collected by the sensors tend to be stable, and the wearable device determines that the user is not in motion.
Step 206, determining whether the operation request is triggered by mistake according to the motion state.
Specifically, when the motion state indicates that the user is not in motion, it may be determined that the operation request is not falsely triggered. When the motion state indicates that the user is in motion, the operation request is judged to be triggered by mistake.
In the operation request processing method, the wearable device can acquire more accurate motion state because the wearable device and the human body are combined more tightly. The terminal can more accurately judge whether the operation request is triggered by mistake by combining the information of the motion state of the user in the wearable equipment.
In one embodiment, after determining whether the operation request is triggered by mistake according to the motion state of the user returned by the wearable device, the method comprises the following steps: when it is determined that the operation request is not falsely triggered according to the motion state, an operation corresponding to the operation request is performed. And when the operation request is determined to be triggered by mistake according to the motion state, sending out a false triggering reminding.
The false triggering reminding means that a message sent from the terminal can be text information such as an operation name, an application name, false triggering time, a terminal name, a terminal position, false triggering reasons and the like corresponding to false triggering operation. The false triggering reminding can also be various data formats which are mutually agreed by the sender and the receiver of the false triggering reminding or can be identified and received by the receiver, such as XML, JSON, CSV and the like. The false trigger alert may also be in various data formats specifically tailored by the sender and the receiver. The false trigger alert may also be a binary data stream that can be recognized and processed by the recipient.
Specifically, the presentation form of the false triggering reminder depends on the interaction capability of the receiver, such as: the device with the display screen can be reminded through a graphical interface, the device with the voice broadcasting capability can be reminded through voice, the simple bracelet device can be reminded through vibration of a specific form, and the reminding display form can be used in combination for devices with various interaction capabilities.
In this embodiment, through the motion state sent by the wearable device, the execution operation request is judged or the false triggering prompt is sent, so that the user can be timely reminded of the false triggering event occurring, and meanwhile, through accurate judgment on false triggering, frequent false prompt is avoided.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a false trigger alert and feedback process in one embodiment, the flow comprising:
step 302, a false trigger alert is sent to the wearable device.
In order to ensure that the user can get this false trigger alert in time, it is preferable to send the false trigger alert to the wearable device worn by the user.
Step 304, a feedback message for the wearable device to false trigger the reminder is received.
The feedback refers to a human judgment of whether the operation request in the false triggering reminding is false triggered or not, which is given by the user through the interactive capability of the wearable device, and can also be an indication of the subsequent operation.
Specifically, the user gives a judgment on whether the operation request is triggered by mistake or an indication of a subsequent operation through at least one of screen touch selection, gesture sensing, voice response, a specific physical key combination and the like, for example: ignoring operation requests and executing operation requests, etc.
The feedback message refers to information which can be processed and identified by the terminal and is converted by the wearable device from the judgment or the indication made by the user.
And 306, when the operation request is determined not to be triggered by mistake according to the feedback message, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request.
In step 308, when it is determined that the operation request is triggered by mistake according to the feedback message, the operation corresponding to the operation request is not performed.
Specifically, when it can be directly derived from the feedback message that the operation request is not falsely triggered, an operation corresponding to the operation request is performed. When the operation request is false triggered, which is directly derived from the feedback message, the operation corresponding to the operation request is not performed. In addition, the feedback message may also be specific instructions, such as: ignoring the operation request or executing the operation request. The feedback message indicates that the operation request is ignored, indicating that the operation request is false triggered, and that no operation corresponding to the operation request is performed. The feedback message indicates to execute the operation corresponding to the operation request, which means that the operation request is not triggered by mistake, and then the operation corresponding to the operation request is executed.
In this embodiment, by sending the false triggering alert to the wearable device, the user can know the existence of the false operation in time. Through the interactive capability of the wearable equipment, the feedback of the user is converted into the message which can be identified by the terminal, so that misoperation can be timely and conveniently processed, and unnecessary loss is avoided.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of operations performed before acquiring a motion state of a user from a corresponding wearable device based on an operation request, the flowchart including:
step 402, first environmental information is collected.
The first environmental information is natural information which can influence the sensing of the terminal sensor in a specific range around the place where the terminal is located. The first environmental information may be, but is not limited to, the intensity of the environmental light, the distance from a certain object.
Specifically, the main responsibility for acquiring the first environmental information is an environmental light sensor or a distance sensor in the terminal.
In step 404, when it is determined that the operation request is not triggered by mistake according to the first environment information, an operation corresponding to the operation request is performed.
In step 406, when it is determined that the operation request is triggered by mistake according to the first environmental information, the operation request is continuously executed, and the motion state of the user is obtained from the corresponding wearable device.
Specifically, when the intensity of light detected by the ambient light sensor is greater than a certain set threshold, it is determined that the operation request is not falsely triggered, then the operation corresponding to the operation request is continued to be performed. When the light intensity detected by the ambient light sensor is smaller than the set threshold value, the operation request is judged to be triggered by mistake, and the motion state of the user is obtained from the corresponding wearable device continuously. This situation may correspond to closed environments such as pockets and backpacks.
Specifically, when the distance sensor detects that an object exists in a certain specific range threshold value of the distance terminal, the operation request is judged to be triggered by mistake, and the motion state of the user is obtained from the corresponding wearable device continuously. When the distance sensor detects that no object exists within a certain specific range threshold from the terminal, the operation request is judged not to be triggered by mistake, and the operation corresponding to the operation request is continuously executed.
Specifically, when the ambient light sensor detects that the ground light intensity is greater than a certain set ground threshold value and the distance sensor detects that no object exists within a certain specific range threshold value from the terminal, it is determined that the operation request is not falsely triggered, and the operation corresponding to the operation request is continued to be performed. When the ambient light sensor detects that the ground light intensity is smaller than a certain set ground threshold value and the distance sensor detects that an object exists in a certain specific range threshold value from the terminal, the operation request is judged to be triggered by mistake, and the motion state of the user is continuously acquired from the corresponding wearable device.
In this embodiment, the ambient information around the terminal is acquired by the ambient light sensor, the distance sensor, and the like, so that it can be accurately determined that the operation request is not caused by false triggering, and thus the frequency of false triggering reminding transmission can be effectively reduced. The user is disturbed as little as possible on the basis of sending false triggering reminders to the user.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to fully understand the operation request processing method in the present application, specific embodiments of the operation request processing method are given below:
specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the terminal 102 and the wearable device 104 are wirelessly connected. The terminal 102 is a smart phone of a user, and is provided with an ambient light sensor and a distance sensor for detecting ambient information. The wearable device 104 is a smart watch worn on the wrist of a user, equipped with a tri-axial acceleration sensor, a gyroscope and a GPS positioning device.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5: the smart phone receives a dialing request. An ambient light sensor in a smart phone first detects whether the ambient light intensity is greater than or equal to a certain set intensity threshold. When the ambient light intensity detected by the ambient light sensor is larger than or equal to a set intensity threshold, judging that the dialing request is not triggered by mistake, and executing the dialing operation. When the ambient light intensity detected by the ambient light sensor is smaller than the set intensity threshold, the dialing request is judged to be triggered by mistake. Similarly, when the distance sensor detects that no obstacle exists in a certain specific range threshold, the dialing operation is executed by judging that the false dialing request is not triggered by mistake. When the distance sensor detects that an obstacle exists in a certain specific range threshold, the false dialing request is judged to be triggered by mistake. The operation request can also be judged by combining two sensors at the same time, for example, the condition that the ambient light intensity is smaller than a certain threshold value and an obstacle exists in a specific range is satisfied, and the operation request is judged to be triggered by mistake.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when the dialing request is judged to be triggered by mistake, the smart phone sends a message to the smart watch to obtain the movement state of the user.
In this embodiment, the three-axis acceleration sensor in the smart watch detects whether there is a change in acceleration values in three directions of the X, Y, and Z axes, for example, the acceleration value is continuously greater than a certain threshold value for a period of time. The acceleration sensor judges whether the user is in a motion state according to the collected data in a period of time.
In this embodiment, when the operation request is judged to be false trigger, the smart phone sends a message to the smart watch. The gyroscope in the smart watch can also detect whether the user has actions such as steering.
In this embodiment, when the operation request is judged to be false trigger, the smart phone sends a message to the smart watch. The GPS locator in the smart watch may also detect whether the user has moved position over a period of time.
In this embodiment, the user may also set the motion state of the user in advance in the smart watch, which indicates that the user will be in motion for a next period of time, and may also set this setting to be the highest priority. Thus, the smart phone directly acquires the motion state set by the user.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after obtaining the motion state data of the user, the smart watch sends the data to the smart phone.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when it is determined that the user is not in motion according to the motion state acquired by the smart phone, a dialing operation is performed. And when the user is in motion according to the motion state acquired by the smart phone, sending a false triggering prompt to the smart watch. The false triggering prompt is transmitted to the intelligent watch in a wireless transmission mode. After receiving the false triggering prompt, the intelligent watch informs the user in the modes of vibration, ringing, a graphic interface and the like, the intelligent mobile phone tries dialing operation, so that the user is reminded of confirming whether the current operation is false dialing or not, and a user confirmation result is sent to the intelligent mobile phone. And the intelligent mobile phone confirms whether to carry out dialing operation according to the confirmation result.
In this embodiment, a preliminary judgment is made on the false dialing request by the ambient light sensor and the distance sensor in the smart phone. And then acquiring the motion state of the user which is set on the intelligent watch in advance or is detected by the acceleration sensor, the gyroscope and the GPS positioning device, and further analyzing and judging the motion state. Only after the possibility of non-false triggering is eliminated, the intelligent watch gives a false triggering prompt to the user. According to the embodiment, under the condition that whether the dialing is false triggering or not is accurately judged, the interference of false triggering reminding on a user is reduced to the greatest extent, and the method is more intelligent.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders.
