Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of voltage monitoring. The voltage monitoring device comprises a voltage monitoring device body, wherein the voltage monitoring device body comprises a central control module, and a voltage acquisition module, a data storage module, a power supply module, a display module, a positioning module and a wireless communication module which are electrically connected with the central control module; the wireless communication module is in wireless communication connection with the cloud service terminal platform, and the cloud service terminal platform is in wireless communication connection with the mobile terminal. The invention can quickly and accurately position the equipment by the positioning module and assist staff in processing hardware equipment faults on site. Remote upgrading of the software system can be realized, software bug repair is facilitated, and maintenance efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of voltage monitoring, in particular to a voltage monitoring device with a positioning function and supporting remote upgrading.
Background
The voltage monitoring device is a statistical voltage monitoring device for continuously monitoring and counting voltage deviation caused by slow change of the normal running state of the power system. With the continuous development of the power grid, the distribution scale is enlarged, and the use amount of the voltage monitoring device is also increased. In the actual use process, the voltage monitoring device can cause different faults due to hardware or software problems, the repairing methods are different, the repairing speed of equipment faults is improved, and normal operation of the equipment can be better ensured.
In the actual use process, faults of the voltage monitoring device are generally classified into two types, namely hardware equipment faults and software equipment faults. For hardware equipment faults, the common processing mode is replacement, and the technical difficulty is how to quickly and accurately position the equipment. For software faults, the general acquisition processing mode is to update application software, and the technical difficulty is that the voltage monitoring device is generally installed in an outdoor remote area, if the voltage monitoring device is updated by adopting a traditional ISP mode, the instrument needs to be retrieved from the site, and then the application program is updated and updated through a reserved interface, so that the efficiency is low.

Preferably, the body further comprises a rectangular shell, and the voltage acquisition module, the data storage module, the power module, the display module, the positioning module and the wireless communication module are all arranged in the shell.
Preferably, the voltage acquisition module is provided with a plurality of binding posts for being connected with the voltage acquisition terminal equipment, the binding posts are located the positive lower part of shell, and the terminal is provided with the housing outward.
Preferably, the display module comprises a display screen, an operation key and an indicator lamp set, and the display screen, the operation key and the indicator lamp set are all positioned on the upper portion of the front face of the shell.

C. after receiving a packet of data, the voltage monitoring device firstly checks whether the data is correct or not through a CRC32 check algorithm, checks that the data is correct, and stores the received data into a data storage module; judging whether the upgrade is overtime if the data is checked to be wrong, if the upgrade is overtime, exiting the upgrade mode, and running the application program; if the time-out is not over, a retransmission command is sent, and the cloud service terminal platform retransmits the data frame;
D. after the upgrade data is stored, judging whether the upgrade file is received completely, if not, continuing to receive the next packet of data; if the receiving is completed, setting an upgrading mark, and starting a Bootloader program;
E. after the Bootloader program is started, firstly judging whether an upgrading mark exists or not, if not, exiting, and running the application program; if yes, the application program area data are erased, the upgrade file data stored in the data storage module are copied to the application program area, after copying is finished, the upgrade mark is cleared, and the reset program finishes upgrading and runs the application.
The beneficial effects of the invention are concentrated in that:

The technical contents of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a voltage monitoring device with a positioning function for supporting remote upgrade includes a voltage monitoring device body, wherein the body includes a central control module, and a voltage acquisition module, a data storage module, a power module, a display module, a positioning module and a wireless communication module electrically connected with the central control module. Generally, the body further includes a rectangular housing 1, and the voltage acquisition module, the data storage module, the power module, the display module, the positioning module and the wireless communication module are all disposed in the housing 1, and of course, it is also feasible to dispose an installation box and install each component in the box.
As shown in fig. 3, the voltage acquisition module is used for being connected with a voltage acquisition terminal device, a specific connection mode can be that the voltage acquisition module is provided with a wiring terminal 2, the wiring terminal 2 is located at the lower portion of the front face of the housing 1, a housing 3 is arranged outside the wiring terminal 2, and the housing 3 can be installed at the lower end of the housing 1 in a hinged or snap connection mode and the like, so that stable fixing and protection are achieved. The display module comprises a display screen 4, an operation key 5, an indication lamp set 6 and the like, wherein the display screen 4, the operation key 5 and the indication lamp set 6 are all positioned on the upper portion of the front face of the shell 1, the display screen 4 can adopt liquid crystal screens such as LEDs and LCDs, the operation key 5 can adopt mechanical keys, and man-machine interaction is facilitated.
The wireless communication module is in wireless communication connection with the cloud service terminal platform, and the wireless communication module can be a 4G communication module 7, a 5G communication module or other modules capable of playing a role in remote communication. As shown in fig. 3, the 4G communication module 7 is generally located in the middle of the housing 1. The cloud service terminal platform is in wireless communication connection with mobile terminals such as mobile phones and tablet computers and is used for receiving requests of the mobile terminals or issuing data to the mobile terminals.
In addition, in order to facilitate the installation of the voltage monitoring device body and improve the heat dissipation performance of the voltage monitoring device body and reduce the failure rate thereof, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present invention further comprises a fixing bracket including a fixing plate 8 matched with the back plate of the housing 1, four corners of the fixing plate 8 being provided with four bolt holes 9 and being connected with the back plate of the housing 1 through fixing bolts 10. The side of the fixed plate 8, which is away from the shell 1, is provided with a heat dissipation part 11, the heat dissipation part 11 is composed of a plurality of vertical heat dissipation channels 12 which are arranged side by side, and the heat dissipation channels 12 are open towards the outside of one side of the shell 1; a connecting screw rod 13 is arranged on the heat dissipation part 11, and a connecting screw cap is adapted to the connecting screw rod 13; the fixed bracket is connected with the installation foundation through a connecting screw rod 13 and a connecting screw cap. When the voltage monitoring device is used, the backboard of the shell 1 is in contact with the fixed plate 8, and particularly, the backboard is in heat exchange with air in the heat dissipation channel 12, the heat dissipation channel 12 is long, has a certain chimney effect, and can enable hot air to quickly rise, strengthen convection conditions in the heat dissipation channel 12, so that the heat dissipation effect of the voltage monitoring device body is improved, stable working conditions are kept, and the failure rate is reduced.
The voltage monitoring device of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the remote upgrade method thereof comprises the following steps:
A. in the running process of the voltage monitoring device, after receiving an upgrade command sent by the cloud service terminal platform, the voltage monitoring device enters an upgrade mode and prepares to receive an upgrade file;
B. the cloud service terminal platform transmits the upgrade file to the voltage monitoring device in a data packet format, wherein the file format is binary, and the size of each data packet is 1K;
C. after receiving a packet of data, the voltage monitoring device firstly checks whether the data is correct or not through a CRC32 check algorithm, checks that the data is correct, and stores the received data into a data storage module; judging whether the upgrade is overtime if the data is checked to be wrong, if the upgrade is overtime, exiting the upgrade mode, and running the application program; if the time-out is not over, a retransmission command is sent, and the cloud service terminal platform retransmits the data frame;
D. after the upgrade data is stored, judging whether the upgrade file is received completely, if not, continuing to receive the next packet of data; if the receiving is completed, setting an upgrading mark, and starting a Bootloader program; bootLoader is a piece of applet that runs before the operating system kernel runs. Through the applet, we can initialize the hardware device, build a map of the memory space, bringing the system's hardware and software environment to a proper state to prepare the correct environment for the final call to the operating system kernel.
E. After the Bootloader program is started, firstly judging whether an upgrading mark exists or not, if not, exiting, and running the application program; if yes, the application program area data are erased, the upgrade file data stored in the data storage module are copied to the application program area, after copying is finished, the upgrade mark is cleared, and the reset program finishes upgrading and runs the application.
According to the invention, for the hardware equipment problem, a worker can quickly find the concrete of the equipment through the positioning module and process the equipment on site, and for the software problem, the worker can remotely upgrade and update the application program of the voltage monitoring device through the wireless 4G network, the upgrade process is completely remote operation, the worker does not need to go on site, and the work efficiency can be improved.
