an interlayer is formed between the outer box body and the inner box body, the interlayer comprises a horizontal interlayer and a vertical interlayer, the horizontal interlayer is a space from the outer top of the inner box body to the inner top of the outer box body, the vertical interlayer comprises a first vertical interlayer and a second vertical interlayer, the first vertical interlayer is a space from the outer wall of one side of the inner box body to the inner wall of the same side of the outer box body, the second vertical interlayer is a space from the outer wall of the other side of the inner box body to the inner wall of the other side of the outer box body, an FFU (fan filter) purification unit, a pipeline type refrigeration and heating air conditioner, a fresh air unit with a primary filter and a secondary filter are arranged in the horizontal interlayer, and a return air port with a primary filter is arranged in;
the middle of the top of the inner box body is provided with a flow equalizing plate, an efficient filter air outlet surface is arranged above the flow equalizing plate, and the FFU is connected with the flow equalizing plate through a soft material from a suspension raft base with a fan purification unit to form a cavity sound absorber made of six soft materials and having high sound absorption performance.

The construction process of the cased operating room as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first primary filter return air inlet is provided in the first vertical interlayer, a second primary filter return air inlet is provided in the second vertical interlayer, the FFU self-contained fan purifier is provided at the middle position between the horizontal interlayer and the inner box body, the fresh air handling unit with primary and intermediate filters is provided at one side of the horizontal interlayer, and the pipe-type cooling and heating air conditioner is provided at the top of the horizontal interlayer and away from the other side of the fresh air handling unit with primary and intermediate filters.
3. The process of constructing a cased operating room as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first and second primary filtered return air inlets minimize the return air passage of said inner casing and maximize the cross section thereof, while also minimizing the return air resistance.
4. The construction process of the cased operating room as claimed in claim 1, wherein said inner casing is made of high strength 50mm thick color steel machine made plate using magnesium oxysulfate as core material.
5. The construction process of the cased operating room as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top plate of the outer casing is made of reinforced concrete, and the FFU with its own fan purification unit, pipe type cooling and heating air conditioner, and fresh air unit with its primary and intermediate filters are all hung on the top plate.
6. The process of claim 5, wherein the hanging means is selected from the group consisting of spring dampers, suspension wires, cast steel purification flanges, cast steel rings and butt nuts.
7. The construction process of the cased operating room as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suspension raft base is an elastically suspended suspension raft base, and is welded into a binocular shape by using 50mm thick-walled square stainless steel pipes, wherein the transparent areas on the binocular two sides of the horizontal plane are sealed by using 0.9mm stainless steel plates through cold welding, and sound absorbing materials are arranged on the closed areas.

9. The process of constructing a cased operating room as claimed in claim 1, wherein said soft material is super fine grass, wind cloth and wind proof filament cloth for blocking the noise transmitted to said inner casing.

The construction process of the cased operating room as claimed in claim 1, wherein said fresh air handling unit with primary and secondary filters and said return air inlet with primary filter form negative pressure of-15 to-25 Pa in said interlayer with respect to said inner casing, and at the same time form positive pressure of 5Pa or more in said inner casing, so as to prevent said inner casing from being contaminated.
