Abstract

本发明公开一种黑色银饰及其制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括步骤:将银饰放置在硫磺皂液中并进行热处理预定时间;将经过热处理的银饰取出并在所述银饰表面涂覆水性黑色墨水;在涂覆有水性黑色墨水的银饰表面继续涂覆松节油,之后放在火上进行烧干处理,制得黑色银色。通过本发明方法制得的黑色银饰的黑色纯正、颜色饱和度高,且不易褪色。

一种黑色银饰及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及银饰产品加工技术领域,特别涉及一种黑色银饰及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上使用的银饰做旧方式有两种,一种是使用硫化物将银饰硫化成灰黑色的硫化银;另一种则是使用含有氧化物的做旧液将其表面迅速氧化变黑,达到一种古旧的效果。然而,使用普通做旧液或使用巴氏消毒液或硫磺皂水等处理的银饰,其着色效果并不十分理想,其颜色为深灰色或棕黑色,很难达到饱和度高、颜色纯净的黑色效果。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种黑色银饰及其制备方法,旨在解决现有技术难以制得饱和度高、颜色纯净且不易褪色的黑色银饰的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种黑色银饰的制备方法,其中,包括步骤:
将银饰放置在硫磺皂液中并进行热处理预定时间;
将经过热处理的银饰取出并在所述银饰表面涂覆水性黑色墨水;
在涂覆有水性黑色墨水的银饰表面继续涂覆松节油,之后放在火上进行烧干处理,制得黑色银色。
所述黑色银饰的制备方法,其中,所述将银饰放置在硫磺皂液中并进行热处理预定时间的步骤中,热处理的温度为80-150℃;预定时间为5-10min。
所述黑色银饰的制备方法,其中,所述银饰包括银耳环、银项链、银戒指、银吊坠和银器皿。
一种黑色银饰,其中,采用本发明所述黑色银饰的制备方法制得。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明先用硫磺皂液将银饰表面快速硫化成深灰色的硫化银,再将水性黑色墨水涂在银饰表面,再将松节油涂覆在银饰表面,进行深度染色达到固色以及封住表面的效果,硫化银更好的亲油性可以与松节油更好地融合,最后使用软火焰将银饰表面多余的油与水分烧干,并达到将松节油碳化的效果,使其保留颜色的同时也达到了在表面形成一层保护膜的作用,最终使制得的黑色银饰具有黑色纯正、颜色饱和度高,且不易褪色的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种黑色银饰及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明提供的一种黑色银饰的制备方法较佳实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括步骤:
S10、将银饰放置在硫磺皂液中并进行热处理预定时间;
S20、将经过热处理的银饰取出并在所述银饰表面涂覆水性黑色墨水;
S30、在涂覆有水性黑色墨水的银饰表面继续涂覆松节油,之后放在火上进行烧干处理,制得黑色银色。
本实施例先通过硫磺皂液将银饰表面快速硫化成深灰色的硫化银,再使用小刷子沾取少许水性黑色墨水涂在银饰表面,再将松节油覆涂在银饰表面,进行深度染色达到固色以及封住表面的效果,最后使用软火焰将表面多余的油与水分烧干,并达到将松节油碳化的效果,使其保留颜色的同时也达到了在表面形成一层保护膜的作用。
在本实施例中,若不对银饰先进行硫化处理而直接使用水性黑色墨水对银饰进行涂覆,则水性黑色墨水无法完全覆盖在银饰的表面,会使得水性黑色墨水不仅上色不均匀且其无法与松节油融合,在最后的烧干处理步骤中会直接褪色,无法将黑色固定在银饰的表面。本实施例通过实验发现,所述银饰在经过硫磺皂液进行硫化处理后,在银饰表面生成一层硫化银,所述硫化银的表面接触角相对纯银或氧化银的表面接触角变大,说明其亲水性在下降,而疏水性在上升,提高了对油性材料的亲和性质。硫化银的亲水性低意味着其亲油性高,更好的亲油性可以是覆盖在其表面的水性黑色墨水更容易溶于松节油中,以达到更好的固色作用。
在本实施例中,为验证相同体积的纯银片、硫化银片和氧化银片的表面能变化,本实施例对这三种材料进行了接触角测试,结果如图2-图4所示,通过测试结果发现,纯银的接触角为43.063度,做旧液处理出的氧化银的接触角为34.826度,硫化银的接触角为55.981度。结果表明,硫化银的表面接触角变大,说明亲水性在下降,疏水性在上升,提高了对油性材料的亲和性质。
在本实施例中,所述松节油作为绘画中常用的染色溶剂材料,易于混合且容易得到。所述松节油涂覆在硫化后的银饰表面,所述银饰表面的亲油性有助于涂覆在其表面的水性黑色墨水溶于松节油中,从而将水性黑色墨水固定在所述银饰表面,最终在软火焰中进行烧干处理时使得银饰表面附着黑色。一般来讲,在金属表面直接覆盖的涂料由于不耐高温,所以在火焰上烤过之后颜色会退掉,但经过本实施例处理的银饰,其表面不仅保持了金属本身的质感,而且颜色耐高温不会退色。
在一些实施方式中,所述将银饰放置在硫磺皂液中并进行热处理预定时间的步骤中,热处理的温度为80-150℃;预定时间为5-10min。具体来讲,本实施例将银饰放入80-150℃的硫磺皂液中煮5至10分钟,可使银饰表面充分硫化,制得表面覆盖一层硫化银的银饰,为银饰着色打下基础的底色。
在一些实施方式中,在涂覆有水性黑色墨水的银饰表面继续涂覆松节油,之后放在火上进行烧干处理,制得黑色银色。在本实施例中,使用软火焰将银饰表面涂覆的水性黑色墨水以及松节油烧干,并达到将松节油碳化的效果,使其保留颜色的同时也达到在其表面形成一层保护膜的作用,从而制得黑色纯正、颜色饱和度高,且不易褪色的黑色银饰。
在本实施例中,针对不同体积大小的银饰产品,其在火焰上进行烧干处理的时间不同。作为举例,以银戒指为例,可将经过上述处理的银戒指在软火焰上烤10-30s将其表面多余的松节油和水性黑色墨水烧干并达到将松节油碳化的效果。
在一些实施方式中,所述银饰包括银耳环、银项链、银戒指、银吊坠和银器皿,但不限于此。
在一些实施方式中,还提供一种黑色银饰,其采用本发明所述黑色银饰的制备方法制得。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明一种黑色银饰的制备方法及其性能做进一步的解释说明:
实施例1
一种黑色银饰的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1、将银饰放入100℃的硫磺皂液中煮8分钟;
2、再将1g水性黑色墨水涂到煮好的银饰表面;
3、再将2ml松节油覆涂在银饰表面;再将之放在软火焰上烧干15s,即可制得黑色银饰。
对本实施例制得的如图5所示的黑色银饰的表面颜色进行测试发现,所述黑色银饰的表面颜色为纯正的黑色(RGB 101312),且本实施例制备的黑色银饰在5年时间内均没有褪色,依然保持着当初完成时的颜色。
综上所述,本发明先用硫磺皂液将银饰表面快速硫化成深灰色的硫化银,再将水性黑色墨水涂在银饰表面,再将松节油涂覆在银饰表面,进行深度染色达到固色以及封住表面的效果,硫化银更好的亲油性可以与松节油更好地融合,最后使用软火焰将银饰表面多余的油与水分烧干,并达到将松节油碳化的效果,使其保留颜色的同时也达到了在表面形成一层保护膜的作用,最终使制得的黑色银饰具有黑色纯正、颜色饱和度高,且不易褪色的效果。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种黑色银饰的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
将银饰放置在硫磺皂液中并进行热处理预定时间,使银饰表面充分硫化,制得表面覆盖一层硫化银的银饰,热处理的温度为80-150℃;预定时间为5-10min;
将经过热处理的银饰取出并在所述银饰表面涂覆水性黑色墨水;
在涂覆有水性黑色墨水的银饰表面继续涂覆松节油,之后放在火上进行烧干处理并使所述松节油碳化,制得黑色银饰。
2.根据权利要求1所述黑色银饰的制备方法,其特征在于,所述银饰包括银耳环、银项链、银戒指、银吊坠和银器皿。
3.一种黑色银饰,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-2任一所述黑色银饰的制备方法制得。
