a sewage treatment device based on magnetic flocculation treatment comprises a treatment box and a cover plate matched with an upper opening of the treatment box, wherein the cover plate is fixedly connected with an output shaft of an electric telescopic rod arranged on the treatment box;
a lifting cavity is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the treatment box and is connected with a driving mechanism arranged on the cover plate through a transmission assembly, a lifting mechanism is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the lifting cavity and is detachably connected with the driving mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the lifting cavity rotate in opposite directions under the driving action of the driving mechanism, and a liquid inlet and a water outlet are also formed in the lifting cavity;
a filter screen is also placed on the inner side of the treatment box through a bearing piece, and the filter screen is positioned between the liquid inlet and the water outlet;
the sewage treatment device based on the magnetic flocculation treatment further comprises an aeration component, wherein the aeration component is arranged at the bottom of the treatment box and is connected with an air outlet of an air blower arranged outside the treatment box through a guide pipe.
As a further scheme of the invention: the driving mechanism comprises a motor arranged on the cover plate and a driving shaft rotationally connected with the output shaft of the motor through a first bevel gear set, the driving shaft penetrates through the cover plate and is rotationally connected with the cover plate, when the cover plate is abutted to the treatment box, the driving shaft is clamped with the lifting mechanism, and the output shaft of the motor is further connected with the transmission assembly.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting shaft which is rotatably arranged in the lifting cavity, one end of the lifting shaft penetrates through the lifting cavity and is clamped with the driving shaft through a clamping component, and a helical blade is fixed on the lifting shaft in the lifting cavity.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the clamping and placing assembly comprises a cylindrical groove arranged on the lifting shaft and at least one strip-shaped clamping groove located on the inner wall of the cylindrical groove, and the strip-shaped clamping groove is in sliding fit with a strip-shaped block arranged on the driving shaft.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the transmission assembly comprises a transmission shaft which is rotatably installed on the cover plate, the transmission shaft is rotatably connected with an output shaft of the motor through a transmission belt, and the transmission shaft is rotatably connected with the lifting cavity through a second bevel gear set.

A sewage treatment method based on magnetic flocculation treatment is adopted, and comprises the following steps:
s1, starting the electric telescopic rod to drive the cover plate to move away from the treatment box, so that the treatment box is opened, adding a magnetic flocculant on the inner side of the treatment box, and then controlling the electric telescopic rod to enable the cover plate to cover the treatment box;
s2, introducing sewage to be treated into the treatment box, starting the air blower, introducing oxygen-containing air into the treatment box through the aeration component, starting the motor to work, driving the lifting shaft to rotate by the motor so as to match the helical blades to convey the sewage in the treatment box onto the filter screen to filter flocculates;
s3, after the treatment is finished, discharging the treated water, starting the electric telescopic rod to open the cover plate, taking down the filter screen to treat flocculates, and finishing the sewage treatment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has novel design, the arranged driving mechanism drives the lifting cavity to rotate through the transmission assembly to push the sewage in the treatment box so as to improve the flocculation effect, meanwhile, the arranged driving mechanism also drives the lifting assembly to reversely rotate relative to the lifting cavity so as to turn the sewage in the treatment box upwards from the bottom, and simultaneously, flocculates contained in the turned sewage are filtered through the filter screen, thereby facilitating the subsequent treatment and having strong practicability.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a sewage treatment apparatus based on magnetic flocculation treatment includes a treatment tank 2 and a cover plate 1 adapted to an upper opening of the treatment tank 2, wherein the cover plate 1 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of an electric telescopic rod 3 installed on the treatment tank 2;
a lifting cavity 11 is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the treatment box 2, the lifting cavity 11 is connected with a driving mechanism mounted on the cover plate 1 through a transmission assembly, a lifting mechanism is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the lifting cavity 11 and detachably connected with the driving mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the lifting cavity 11 rotate in opposite directions under the driving action of the driving mechanism, and a liquid inlet 14 and a water outlet 17 are further formed in the lifting cavity 11;
a filter screen 15 is also arranged on the inner side of the treatment box 2 through a bearing piece 16, and the filter screen 15 is positioned between the liquid inlet 14 and the water outlet 17;
the sewage treatment device based on the magnetic flocculation treatment further comprises an aeration component, wherein the aeration component is arranged at the bottom of the treatment tank 2 and is connected with an air outlet of an air blower 7 arranged outside the treatment tank 2 through a guide pipe.
In the embodiment of the invention, the arranged driving mechanism drives the lifting cavity 11 to rotate through the transmission assembly to push the sewage in the treatment box 2 so as to improve the flocculation effect, and simultaneously drives the lifting assembly to reversely rotate relative to the lifting cavity 11 so as to turn the sewage in the treatment box 2 upwards from the bottom, and simultaneously filters flocculates contained in the turned sewage through the filter screen 15, thereby facilitating subsequent treatment and having strong practicability.
In the embodiment of the invention, air is introduced into the aeration assembly through the arranged blower 7, the air enters the treatment box 2 through the aeration assembly and is matched with aerobic gas organisms to carry out flocculation treatment on sewage, and then magnetic flocculation is realized through matching with magnetic additives.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the filter screen 15 is disposed in an annular structure, and the vertical section of the filter screen 15 is disposed in a V-shaped structure, so that the passing area of the filter screen 15 can be increased, the collection amount of flocculates can be increased, and the falling of the sewage cannot be affected.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism includes a motor 4 mounted on the cover plate 1 and a driving shaft 19 rotatably connected to an output shaft of the motor 4 through a first bevel gear set 5, the driving shaft 19 penetrates through the cover plate 1 and is rotatably connected to the cover plate 1, when the cover plate 1 abuts against the processing box 2, the driving shaft 19 is clamped to the lifting mechanism, and an output shaft of the motor 4 is further connected to the transmission assembly.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the motor 4 is arranged to rotate through the first bevel gear set 5 to drive the driving shaft 19 to rotate, and when the driving shaft 19 rotates, the lifting mechanism is driven to move to meet the driving requirement, and at the same time, the transmission assembly is driven to move to drive the driving cavity 11 to rotate.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first bevel gear set 5 is composed of two bevel gears which are perpendicular to each other and are engaged with each other, and functions to transmit the force in a turning manner, wherein the transmission ratio of the first bevel gear set 5 is not particularly limited in this application and can be selected according to the requirement.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism includes a lifting shaft 12 rotatably installed in the lifting chamber 11, one end of the lifting shaft 12 penetrates through the lifting chamber 11 and is clamped with the driving shaft 19 through a clamping assembly, and a helical blade 13 is fixed on the lifting shaft 12 located in the lifting chamber 11.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the driving shaft 19 rotates, the lifting shaft 12 is driven to rotate, and the lifting shaft 12 drives the helical blade 13 to rotate, so as to lift the sewage entering through the liquid inlet 14 towards each other and discharge the sewage through the water outlet 17, so as to implement the lifting driving, wherein it should be noted that the rotation direction of the lifting shaft 12 is opposite to the rotation direction of the lifting cavity 11, so that the relative stillness phenomenon caused by the same rotation of the lifting shaft 12 and the lifting cavity 11 can be effectively avoided.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the locking and releasing assembly includes a cylindrical groove disposed on the lifting shaft 12 and at least one bar-shaped locking groove disposed on an inner wall of the cylindrical groove, and the bar-shaped locking groove is slidably fitted with a bar-shaped block disposed on the driving shaft 19.
In the embodiment of the invention, the clamping of the driving shaft 19 and the lifting shaft 12 can be realized through the arranged strip-shaped block and strip-shaped clamping groove, the driving shaft 19 is not influenced to be separated from the lifting shaft 12 and move along with the cover plate 1, and when the driving shaft 19 is connected with the lifting shaft 12, the driving shaft 19 can drive the lifting shaft 12 to rotate.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the transmission assembly includes a transmission shaft 20 rotatably mounted on the cover plate 1, the transmission shaft 20 is rotatably connected with the output shaft of the motor 4 through a transmission belt 6, and the transmission shaft 20 is also rotatably connected with the lifting cavity 11 through a second bevel gear set 18.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission shaft 20 rotates along with the output shaft of the motor 4 under the action of the transmission belt 6, so as to drive the lifting cavity 11 to rotate through the second bevel gear set 18, so as to implement the transmission requirement, where it should be noted that the second bevel gear set 18 is composed of two mutually perpendicular and meshed bevel gears, and plays a role in steering and transmitting force, and the transmission ratio of the second bevel gear set 18 is not specifically limited in this application and can be selected according to the requirement.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of groups of stirring rods 10 are fixed on the outer wall of the lifting chamber 11.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting chamber 11 can rotate to drive the stirring rod 10 to rotate, so that the sewage can be stirred by the stirring rod 10, thereby improving the flocculation efficiency.
As an embodiment of the invention, the aeration assembly comprises an aeration disc 8 which is arranged in the treatment box 2 and is communicated with the blower 7 through a conduit, and a plurality of spray heads 9 are arranged on the aeration disc 8.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the blower 7 introduces the external air into the aeration disc 8, and then the external air is sprayed out through the spray nozzles 9 on the aeration disc 8, wherein the spray nozzles 9 are vertically installed on the aeration disc 8, of course, in the specific implementation process, the spray nozzles 9 may also be inclined or placed in other manners, which is not specifically limited in this application.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a sewage treatment method based on magnetic flocculation treatment is also provided, which uses the sewage treatment apparatus based on magnetic flocculation treatment, and comprises the following steps:
s1, starting the electric telescopic rod 3 to drive the cover plate 1 to move away from the treatment box 2, so that the treatment box 2 is opened, adding a magnetic flocculating agent on the inner side of the treatment box 2, and then controlling the electric telescopic rod 3 to enable the cover plate 1 to cover the treatment box 2;
s2, introducing the sewage to be treated into the treatment box 2, starting the blower 7, introducing oxygen-containing air into the treatment box 2 through the aeration component, starting the motor 4 to work, driving the lifting shaft 12 to rotate by the motor 4 so as to match with the helical blades 13 to convey the sewage in the treatment box 2 to the filter screen 15 to filter flocculates;
s3, after the treatment is finished, discharging the treated water, starting the electric telescopic rod 3 to open the cover plate 1, taking down the filter screen 15 to treat flocculates, and finishing the sewage treatment.
