At present, most of goods in a warehouse are bulky and heavy, such as power cables, wires, steel strands and the like. When placing and managing such goods, the goods are often required to be carried, loaded, unloaded and the like. The most common work in the warehouse is carrying, loading and unloading cables, most of which have long length, heavy weight and inconvenient loading and unloading. The conventional cable loading and unloading method mainly comprises a manual loading and unloading method, a forklift loading and unloading method and the like, wherein the manual loading and unloading method is used for hoisting a cable by matching manpower with a cable hoisting frame. The forklift loading and unloading method is to utilize a forklift to load and unload the cable, and the method is simple and effective, has higher efficiency, but has great damage to the cable, often causes loss to a cable protective layer or a cable reel, and forms unnecessary waste.
Therefore, the device for conveniently carrying, loading and unloading the cable is designed to improve the carrying, loading and unloading efficiency of the cable.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a device for conveniently carrying, loading and unloading cables, which comprises a moving vehicle body, wherein the bottom of the moving vehicle body is provided with two driving wheels and two driven wheels, the driving wheels are positioned at the front part of the moving vehicle body, the driven wheels are positioned at the rear part of the moving vehicle body, the driving wheels can drive the moving vehicle body to move straight and turn, the left end and the right end of the moving vehicle body are respectively provided with two fixed supports, each fixed support comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and a supporting leg, a lifting assembly can apply lifting force to the supporting leg to enable the supporting leg to be far away from or contact with the ground, the rear end of the moving vehicle body is provided with a cable reel placing groove matched with the appearance of a cable reel, the top of the moving vehicle body is provided with two synchronous motors and two lifting mechanisms, the, and the two synchronous motors are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the two lifting mechanisms, and the lifting mechanisms carry out corresponding lifting operation through the synchronous motors on the corresponding sides.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when cables are installed, the movable vehicle body is controlled to move until the cable drum is just in the cable drum placing groove of the movable vehicle body, the supporting legs are lowered through the lifting assembly to ensure the stability of the movable vehicle body, wherein the lifting assembly adopts a conventional hydraulic oil cylinder, then a steel wire sling penetrates through a shaft hole in the middle of the cable drum, retaining rings at two ends of the steel wire sling are respectively sleeved on fixing rods at corresponding sides, an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate are close to each other through rotating a locking nut on a screw rod until the retaining rings are clamped, the synchronous motor rotates forwards, the steel wire rope pulls the upper clamping plate upwards and drives the steel wire sling and the cable drum to move upwards, the synchronous motor is shut down after the cable drum is separated from the ground by a certain height, the supporting legs are folded through the lifting assembly, and finally the movable vehicle; when the cable is unloaded, the supporting legs are lowered through the lifting assembly, the synchronous motor rotates reversely, the steel wire sling and the cable drum move downwards, the synchronous motor is stopped after the cable drum is in contact with the ground and is stable, and the steel wire sling is drawn out.
The cable lifting device has the advantages that the device is reasonable in structural design and convenient to operate, the carrying and loading and unloading efficiency of cables is improved through the design of the lifting mechanism, meanwhile, the damage to the cables is reduced, and the cost is saved; through the design of the fixed support, the stability and the firmness of the movable vehicle body in the process of assembling and disassembling the cable reel are ensured.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a loading and unloading device facilitating cable carrying, which comprises a moving vehicle body 1, wherein the bottom of the moving vehicle body 1 is provided with two driving wheels 3 and two driven wheels 4, the driving wheels 3 are positioned at the front part of the moving vehicle body 1, the driven wheels 4 are positioned at the rear part of the moving vehicle body 1, the driving wheels 3 can drive the moving vehicle body 1 to move straight and turn, the left end and the right end of the moving vehicle body 1 are respectively provided with two fixed supports 5, each fixed support 5 comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and a supporting foot 7, the lifting assembly 6 can apply lifting force to the supporting foot 7 to enable the supporting foot 7 to be far away from or contact with the ground, the rear end of the moving vehicle body 1 is provided with a cable reel placing groove 8 matched with the appearance of a cable reel, the top of the moving vehicle body 1 is provided with two synchronous motors 9 and two lifting mechanisms 2, the two lifting mechanisms, and the two synchronous motors 9 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the two lifting mechanisms 2, and the lifting mechanisms 2 carry out corresponding lifting operation through the synchronous motors 9 on the corresponding sides. The lifting mechanism 2 comprises a lifting frame 10, a fixed pulley 11 and a clamping plate, the fixed pulley 11 is rotatably connected to the top of the lifting frame 10 through a wheel axle, the lifting frame 10 comprises two vertical baffles 12 which are arranged in front and at the back, sliding rails are arranged on the inner walls of the two vertical baffles 12, the clamping plate is connected between the two vertical baffle plates 12 in a sliding way through a sliding rail, the clamping plate comprises an upper clamping plate 13 and a lower clamping plate 14, and the upper clamping plate 13 is positioned above the lower clamping plate 14, the upper surface of the lower clamping plate 14 is provided with a fixing rod 15 and two screw rods 16, and two screw rods 16 are positioned at the front and rear sides of the fixed rod 15, the upper clamping plate 13 is provided with through holes matched with the fixed rod 15 and the two screw rods 16, a steel wire rope 21 is wound on an output shaft of the synchronous motor 9, one end of the steel wire rope 21 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the synchronous motor 9, the other end of the steel wire rope 21 passes around the fixed pulley 11 and extends downwards and is fixedly connected with the top of the upper clamping plate 13. The lifting mechanism 2 further comprises a steel wire sling 17, the steel wire sling 17 comprises a body 18 and retaining rings 19 arranged at two ends of the body 18, and the retaining rings 19 are fixedly connected with the body 18 through connecting pieces 20. The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the cable is loaded, the movable vehicle body 1 is controlled to move until the cable coil is just positioned in the cable coil placing groove 8 of the movable vehicle body 1, the supporting legs 7 are lowered through the lifting assembly 6 to ensure the stability of the movable vehicle body 1, wherein the lifting component 6 adopts a conventional hydraulic oil cylinder, then a steel wire sling 17 passes through a shaft hole in the middle of the cable drum, the retaining rings 19 at the two ends of the wire sling 17 are respectively sleeved on the fixing rods 15 at the corresponding sides, the upper clamping plate 13 and the lower clamping plate 14 are mutually close to each other by rotating the locking nut on the screw rod 16 until the clamping snap ring 19 is clamped, the synchronous motor 9 rotates forwards, the steel wire rope 21 pulls the upper clamping plate 13 upwards, the steel wire sling 17 and the cable coil are driven to move upwards, the synchronous motor 9 is shut down after the cable coil is separated from the ground by a certain height, the supporting legs 7 are retracted through the lifting assembly 6, and finally the movable vehicle body 1 is controlled to move to a specified position; when the cable is unloaded, the supporting legs 7 are lowered through the lifting assembly 6, the synchronous motor 9 rotates reversely, the steel wire sling 17 and the cable drum move downwards, the synchronous motor 9 is stopped after the cable drum is contacted with the ground and is stable, and the steel wire sling 17 is pulled out.
