Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic horizontal door device of a lift car of a hoistway elevator, which comprises a door frame, a first horizontal door and a second horizontal door, wherein the first horizontal door and the second horizontal door are arranged on a door frame track; the first horizontal door and the second horizontal door synchronously move in opposite directions or in reverse directions through a linkage mechanism above; an automatic door opening and closing device is further arranged above the linkage mechanism and drives one of the doors to move horizontally; a locking mechanism is further arranged between the first horizontal door and the second horizontal door and controls locking and unlocking between the first horizontal door and the second horizontal door; the rotating door device of the building elevator car realizes the automatic opening and closing of the horizontal door through the automatic door opening and closing device, and the locking device realizes the automatic locking of the horizontal door, so that the operation of a driver is not needed, the operation is very convenient, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.

as shown in fig. 4, the first horizontal door 2 and the second horizontal door 3 are synchronously operated through the upper linkage mechanism 4, the linkage mechanism 4 includes two fixed pulleys 41 which are arranged at intervals and located on the same horizontal line, and a steel cable 42 wound on the two fixed pulleys 41, wherein the steel cable 42 is fixed with a second slider 31 at the upper end parts of the two fixed pulleys 41, and is fixed with a first slider 23 at the lower end part, the first slider 23 is fixedly connected with the first horizontal door 2, and the second slider 31 is fixedly connected with the second horizontal door 3, so that when any one of the doors is pushed, the two doors can be opened or closed at the same time; of course, the steel cable 42 may be a belt, a steel belt, a V-belt, a mesh belt, or other transmission medium.

A locking mechanism 5 is further arranged between the first horizontal door 2 and the second horizontal door 3, the locking mechanism 5 comprises a corresponding fixed lock hook 51 and a corresponding movable lock hook 52, wherein the fixed lock hook 51 is fixed on the first sliding block 23, the movable lock hook 52 is fixed on an installation seat 55, and the installation seat 55 is arranged on the door frame 1 or the second sliding block 31; the middle part of the movable locking hook 52 is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft 54, the rear end part is connected with one end of a spring 53, the other end of the spring 53 is fixedly arranged, and the lower surface of the movable locking hook 52 is also provided with a top block 56; in a normal state, the hook of the movable lock hook 52 tilts upwards, when the two doors are closed, the top block 56 below the movable lock hook 52 abuts against one end of the mounting seat 55, so that the whole movable lock hook 52 rotates clockwise and is locked with the fixed lock hook 51; when the door is opened, the top block 56 is far away from the mounting seat 55, and the movable locking hook 52 rotates counterclockwise and is separated from the fixed locking hook due to the elastic force of the spring 53, so that unlocking is completed.
The working principle is as follows: when the lift car reaches a landing and is stopped stably, after the elevator is checked by the states of all contacts, a door opening instruction of the lift car is transmitted, the door opening instruction is transmitted to an automatic door opening and closing device at the same time, the motor drives the synchronous wheel 8 to rotate, the connecting block 10 pushes the first sliding block 23 to move horizontally, then the top block 56 is far away from the mounting seat 55, the movable lock hook 52 rotates anticlockwise and is separated from the fixed lock hook due to the elasticity of the spring 53, unlocking is completed, so that two doors are opened, and constructors take goods out of the lift car to finish goods transportation; when the door is closed, the door is automatically closed through the automatic door opening and closing device, the top block 56 below the movable lock hook 52 abuts against one end of the mounting seat 55, so that the whole movable lock hook 52 rotates clockwise and is locked with the fixed lock hook 51, and after the door is closed, the car ascends or descends to a specified floor; when a constructor needs to call the car, the constructor only needs to press the button of the car calling assembly, and the operation of the car is consistent with the operation described above after the car reaches the floor.

Fig. 8 shows a second embodiment of the horizontal door apparatus of the hoistway elevator car according to the present invention, which includes a door frame 1, and a first horizontal door 2 and a second horizontal door 3 installed on a track of the door frame 1; the first horizontal door 2 and the second horizontal door 3 both comprise a horizontal part 211 and a rotating part 212, the rotating part 212 is positioned on the inner side of the horizontal part 211, the horizontal part 211 and the rotating part 212 are connected through a hinge 213, the rotating part 212 and the horizontal part 211 are positioned on a plane in a normal state, and after the first horizontal door 2 and the second horizontal door 3 are opened, the rotating part 212 can be rotated and opened, so that the space for getting in and out the doors is larger, and the goods can be conveniently got in and out; of course, the hinge 213 may be replaced with a common rotational connection device such as a hinge.
