The PCB is named as a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for short, is one of important parts in the electronic industry, almost every kind of electronic equipment, such as electronic watches, calculators, computers, communication electronic equipment and military weapon systems, only electronic components such as integrated circuits need to be used for electrical interconnection, and in the research process of larger electronic products, the most basic success factors are the design, documentation and manufacture of the printed board of the product, and the design and manufacture quality of the printed board directly influence the quality and cost of the whole product, so that an AOI function detector is needed to be used for ensuring the quality, the quality of a PCB substrate is detected, and the yield is improved;
the existing AOI equipment correspondingly develops machines of different specifications according to the requirements of PCBs of different specifications, thereby increasing the cost of the equipment undoubtedly, occupying a larger space for storing the equipment of different specifications, having low use efficiency, although PCBs of different models have different sizes, but having almost the same width difference, only under the condition of changing the length, only the conveying stroke of the conveyor needs to be increased at the moment, but the conveying stroke of the conveyor of the existing AOI equipment is fixed and cannot be changed, so that the problem is solved by urgently needing an AOI connecting conveyor.

referring to fig. 1 to 6, an AOI docking conveyor includes a conveyor 1 that performs docking conveyance with AOI devices 100, where the conveyor 1 includes a machine table 12, a plurality of support rods 11 are disposed on a lower end surface of the machine table 12, a guide groove 13 is disposed on the machine table 12, fixed plates 21 are symmetrically disposed on the upper side of the machine table 12, sliders 23 are mounted on the fixed plates 21, the sliders 23 are inserted into the guide grooves 13, rollers 22 are mounted on the fixed plates 21 in a front-back arrangement, the rollers 22 are disposed through an end surface of another roller 22, a linkage shaft 25 is inserted into the left and right rollers 22, a driving device 4 is disposed on the machine table 12, and the two fixed plates are driven by the driving device to move to adjust a distance between the two fixed plates, that the conveyor can be docked with AOI devices of different widths, and is multifunctional and has a high utilization rate, the investment of cost is reduced to reduce the occupied space;
referring to fig. 1 to 6, the driving device 4 includes a transverse groove 14 disposed on the machine 12, a double-headed cylinder 41 is disposed in the transverse groove 14, a connecting plate 24 is disposed on the fixing plate 21, the connecting plate 24 extends into the transverse groove 14, a piston rod of the double-headed cylinder 41 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 24, the connecting plate is driven by the double-headed cylinder to move, and the fixing plate can be driven to move by the moving plate moving;
referring to fig. 1-6, the rollers 22 are provided with gears 31, all the gears 31 are sleeved with toothed belts 32, and are connected with any one of the rollers through an external driving motor to drive any one of the rollers to rotate, and the gears are driven to rotate through the transmission of the toothed belts, so that all the rollers can be driven to rotate, and the roller is simple in structure, convenient to transmit and suitable for use;
