Abstract
The novel automatic box overturning system for the automatic lost foam sand box comprises a circulating conveying line, wherein a plurality of material conveying trolleys are arranged on the conveying line, and the conveying line comprises a molten iron injection position and a sand falling position of a sand overturning mechanism; the sand-casting machine is characterized by further comprising a control module, and the conveying line and the sand-casting mechanism are connected with the control module. The invention is controlled by a PLC to automatically flow to the box turning mechanism, and the box turning mechanism is used for turning the box. The system can not only improve the running speed and the production efficiency, but also greatly reduce the manual intervention and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
