In the embodiment, when the aluminum alloy extrusion die needs to be closed, by pressing the control button 43 on the control system device 4, a die closing mode is selected, the sliding table motor 314 moves to drive the sliding plate 313 to move backwards, so that the die opening assembly 32 moves backwards along with the sliding plate 313 until the die closing assembly 33 is just under the hydraulic pressure head 224, the sliding table motor 314 stops moving, all parts are ready at a die opening station, then the upper die and the lower die of the die to be closed are preliminarily closed together and horizontally placed on the die closing cushion plate 331, the positioning work of the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be closed is completed at the moment, then the hydraulic assembly 22 is started, the hydraulic pressure head 224 moves downwards to be in contact with the surface of the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be closed, at the moment, the upward movement of the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be closed and the working platform 213 is limited, then the hydraulic jack assembly 23 works, the working platform 213 moves upwards to drive the die closing cushion plate 331 to move upwards, and along with the increase of the pressure of the hydraulic component 22 and the hydraulic jack component 23, the hydraulic pressure head 224 and the die closing cushion plate 331 provide large die closing force for the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be closed, so that the upper die and the lower die of the aluminum alloy extrusion die are closed finally, and the action of die closing is realized; after the die assembly is finished, the aluminum alloy extrusion die which is subjected to die assembly is taken out, and the hydraulic component 22 and the hydraulic jack component 23 return to the initial positions to complete the die assembly process of the whole aluminum alloy extrusion die.
In the present embodiment, when the pin needs to be pressed on the aluminum alloy extrusion die, by pressing the control button 43 on the control system device 4, the pin pressing mode is selected, the slide table motor 314 moves to drive the slide plate 313 to move backward, so that the die opening assembly 32 moves backward along with the slide plate 313 until the die closing assembly 33 is just under the hydraulic pressure head 224, the slide table motor 314 stops moving, each component is ready at the die opening station, the pin pressing assembly 34 is placed on the die closing assembly 33, the pin is inserted into the die to be closed and placed on the pin pressing assembly 34, the pin is just inserted into the pin hole 3421, then the hydraulic assembly 22 is started, the hydraulic pressure head 224 moves downward to contact the surface of the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be pressed, at this time, the upward movement of the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be pressed and the working platform 213 is limited, then the hydraulic jack assembly 23 works, the working platform 213 moves upwards to drive the equal-height pad 341 to move upwards, and along with the increase of the pressure of the hydraulic component 22 and the hydraulic jack component 23, the hydraulic pressure head 224 and the equal-height pad 341 provide larger pin pressing force for the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be die-closed, so that the pin is pressed into the aluminum alloy extrusion die finally to prepare for the die closing of the subsequent die, and the action of pin pressing is realized; after the pin pressing is finished, the aluminum alloy extrusion die with the pressed pin is taken out, and the hydraulic component 22 and the hydraulic jack component 23 return to the initial positions to complete the pin pressing process of the whole aluminum alloy extrusion die.
The embodiment has the advantages of novel structure, accuracy, reliability, higher efficiency and strong stability, replaces manual operation, realizes quick die opening and die closing, and can meet the requirements of aluminum alloy extrusion dies with different types and diameters; the motor on the working platform moves to quickly move the die opening assembly or the die closing assembly to reach the position below the hydraulic pressure head, so that the quick adjustment of the die opening station and the die closing station is realized; the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic jack are arranged to perform upper end and lower end pressing force on the aluminum alloy extrusion die, so that the die opening force and the die closing force are more uniform and reliable; the lower ends of the lower opening knife and the die closing support are in contact with the working platform, so that when the lower opening knife and the die closing support are subjected to pressure during die opening, the pressure can be directly transmitted to the working platform, and a sliding table assembly is protected; the die opening assembly is provided with a balancing weight and is connected with the die opening pressing plate, so that after the aluminum alloy extrusion die is opened, the balancing weight moves downwards to drive the die opening pressing plate to move upwards to return to an initial position; a plurality of sleeves are arranged below the working platform, so that when the working platform moves downwards during die opening and closing, the limit position can be contacted with the sleeves, and the deflection of the working platform is effectively prevented; in the process of die opening, the spring connecting block generates certain clamping force on the aluminum alloy extrusion die to be opened through the spring force of the spring, so that the upper die and the lower die can be effectively prevented from toppling over after the aluminum alloy extrusion die is opened, and the effect of safety protection is achieved; the power device adopts the design of a plurality of upright posts and guide sleeves, on one hand, the power device plays a role in strengthening the automatic mold opening and closing machine of the whole aluminum alloy extrusion mold, and on the other hand, the power device enables the working platform to move up and down more smoothly.
