As another embodiment of the present application, the chemotherapy nursing device further comprises a separation plate for separating the accommodating cavity, wherein the separation plate is disposed in the accommodating cavity and is used for separating the accommodating cavity into a first sub-cavity and a second sub-cavity located below the first sub-cavity;

Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, a lifting bracket 20 includes a fixed tube 21, a first telescopic tube 22, a second telescopic tube 23, a first locking member 24 and a second locking member 25. The first extension tube 22 is slidably disposed within the fixed tube 21 for sliding within the fixed tube 21. Second extension tube 23 is slidably disposed within first extension tube 22 for sliding within first extension tube 22, and a top end of second extension tube 23 is connected to preheat storage assembly 30. The first locking member 24 is disposed on the first telescopic tube 22 and abuts against the fixed tube 21 for fixing the sliding position of the first telescopic tube 22. The second locking member 25 is disposed on the second extension tube 23, and abuts against the first extension tube 22 for fixing the sliding position of the second extension tube 23. The telescopic structure composed of the fixed tube 21, the first telescopic tube 22 and the second telescopic tube 23 has a simple structure, and can be conveniently extended to the height suitable for the injection of a patient. And the sliding positions of the first telescopic pipe 22 and the second telescopic pipe 23 can be fixed through the first locking part 24 and the second locking part 25, so that the chemotherapy drugs can be hung on the height suitable for the patient conveniently.
In this embodiment, assuming that the length of the fixed pipe 21 is set to be small, the telescopic pipe can be extended to a higher height by further increasing the structure of the telescopic pipe. In addition, the fixed pipe 21, the first extension pipe 22, and the second extension pipe 23 may be all of a square pipe structure.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, the first locking member 24 includes a first fixing bolt 241 and a first adjusting nut 242 in threaded engagement with the first fixing bolt 241, the first fixing bolt 241 is fixedly disposed on a side wall of the first extension tube 22, an axial direction of the first fixing bolt 241 is perpendicular to a length direction of the first extension tube 22, an extending end of the first fixing bolt 241 penetrates through a side wall of the fixing tube 21, and the first adjusting nut 242 is used for screwing to abut against an outer side wall of the fixing tube 21. Wherein, a first long-strip-shaped opening 211 for the first fixing bolt 241 to pass through and for the first fixing bolt 241 to slide along the vertical direction is arranged on the side wall of the fixing tube 21. Namely, the first extension tube 22 slides in the fixed tube 21, the first locking member 24 connected to the first extension tube 22 slides in the first elongated opening 211, and by rotating the first adjusting nut 242, the first adjusting nut 242 is screwed and abuts against the outer side wall of the fixed tube 21, so as to fix the first extension tube 22 and the fixed tube 21. The structure is convenient for the medical care personnel to manually operate, and simultaneously, the lifting of the lifting bracket 20 is also convenient to fix, the structure is simple, and the practicability is strong.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, the second locking member 25 includes a second fixing bolt 251 and a second adjusting nut 252 in threaded engagement with the second fixing bolt 251, the second fixing bolt 251 is fixedly disposed on a sidewall of the second extension tube 23, an axis of the second fixing bolt 251 is perpendicular to a length direction of the second extension tube 23, an extending end of the second fixing bolt 251 passes through a sidewall of the first extension tube 22, and the second adjusting nut 252 is used for screwing to abut against an outer wall of the first extension tube 22. Wherein, a second elongated opening 221 for the second fixing bolt 251 to pass through and for the second fixing bolt 251 to slide along the vertical direction is disposed on the side wall of the first extension tube 22. Namely, the second extension tube 23 slides in the fixed tube 21, the second locking member 25 connected with the second extension tube 23 slides in the second elongated opening 221, and by rotating the second adjusting nut 252, the second adjusting nut 252 is screwed and abuts against the outer side wall of the first extension tube 22, so as to fix the first extension tube 22 and fix the second extension tube 23. The structure is convenient for the medical care personnel to manually operate, and simultaneously, the lifting of the lifting bracket 20 is also convenient to fix, the structure is simple, and the practicability is strong.
The side wall of the fixed pipe 21 is provided with an opening 212 for facilitating the sliding of the second locking member 25, the opening 212 can ensure that the second telescopic pipe 23 is retracted to the first telescopic pipe 22, and the second locking member 25 does not interfere with the fixed pipe 21 in the process that the first telescopic pipe 22 drives the second telescopic pipe 23 to be retracted to the fixed pipe 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, the chemotherapy nursing device further includes a controller for controlling the temperature of the heating element 40 and the preheating storage element 30, wherein the controller is disposed in the accommodating cavity and electrically connected to an external power source. The heating assembly 40, the preheating storage assembly 30 and the heat preservation assembly 50 are respectively electrically connected with the controller. The controller can guarantee the heating effect of heating element 40, preheating storage element 30 and heat preservation element 50, be convenient for the adaptability of chemotherapy medicine to the patient.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, a heating element 40 includes a housing 41, a first thermal resistor, a first temperature sensor, and a pull ring 42. The casing 41 is a circular hollow structure, and a spiral groove for winding the injection tube is formed on the outer side wall of the casing. The first thermal resistor is disposed in the hollow structure of the housing 41 and electrically connected to the controller. The first temperature sensor is disposed on the housing 41, electrically connected to the controller, and configured to monitor a temperature of the housing 41 and transmit a signal to the controller, so that the controller switches on or off a power supply to the first thermal resistor. The pull ring 42 is disposed at one end of the housing 41, and is connected to the housing 41 for facilitating manual handling. The base 10 is provided with a socket for placing the heating assembly 40, and the axis of the socket is arranged along the vertical direction. The heating assembly 40 can be removed from the receptacle provided in the base 10 and placed in a suitable position with the patient so that the syringe is wrapped around the outer circumference of the housing 41. The heating assembly 40 is arranged to compensate the heat loss of the chemotherapy drug along with the injection tube in the introduction process so as to ensure that the temperature of the chemotherapy drug injected into the patient is proper and the comfort of the patient is facilitated. In addition, the first temperature sensor can transmit temperature information to the controller, and when the temperature is higher than the set temperature, the controller is disconnected with the first thermal resistor, and heating is stopped. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the controller controls to connect the first thermal resistor and keep heating. So that the housing 41 is maintained at a constant temperature.
The outer peripheral surface of the shell 41 is provided with an elastic ring for clamping a syringe, the elastic ring is of an open-loop structure, the syringe can be placed into the elastic ring, and meanwhile the elastic ring can also prevent the syringe wound on the outer side wall of the shell 41 from loosening or loosening.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, the chemotherapy nursing device further includes a partition plate 12 for partitioning the accommodating cavity, wherein the partition plate 12 is disposed in the accommodating cavity and is used for partitioning the accommodating cavity into a first sub-cavity and a second sub-cavity located below the first sub-cavity. Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, a preheating storage assembly 30 includes a cantilever 31, a second thermal resistor and a second temperature sensor. The cantilever rod 31 has a first end 31 and a second end 31 opposite to the first end of the cantilever rod 31, the first end of the cantilever rod 31 is connected with the top end of the lifting support 20, the cantilever rod 31 is perpendicular to the lifting support 20, the second end of the cantilever rod 31 is provided with a bracket 32 for placing chemotherapeutic drugs, the bracket 32 is arranged at the upper end of the cantilever rod 31, and the bottom surface of the bracket 32 and the bottom end of the cantilever rod 31 are provided with a through hole for the injection tube to pass through. The second thermal resistor is disposed inside the cantilever bar 31, annularly disposed around the sidewall surface of the bracket 32, and electrically connected to the controller, for heating the chemotherapeutic drug disposed in the bracket 32. The second temperature sensor is arranged on the inner wall surface of the bracket 32 and used for monitoring the temperature information of the inner wall surface of the bracket 32 in real time and transmitting the temperature information to the controller. That is, each bagged or bottled chemotherapeutic agent can be placed in the bracket 32 and brought into contact with the inner wall surface of the bracket 32. The second temperature sensor transmits temperature information to the controller, and when the temperature exceeds a set value, the controller controls the second thermal resistor to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the controller controls the second thermal resistor to continue heating. Ensuring that the chemotherapeutic agent in bracket 32 is maintained at a constant temperature.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, as a specific implementation manner of a chemotherapy nursing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat preservation assembly 50 includes a third thermal resistor and a third temperature sensor. The third thermal resistor is disposed below the partition plate 12 and connected to the partition plate 12, and the third thermal resistor is electrically connected to the controller. The third temperature sensor is arranged on the partition plate 12 and used for monitoring the temperature information of the partition plate 12 in real time and transmitting the temperature information to the controller. When the temperature of the partition plate 12 exceeds a set value, the third temperature sensor transmits information to the controller, and the controller controls the third thermal resistor to stop heating. When the temperature of the partition plate 12 is lower than the set value, the third temperature sensor transmits the temperature information to the controller, and the controller controls the third thermal resistor to continue heating.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 together, a chemotherapy nursing device further includes an arc-shaped cover 13 adapted to the opening 212 and used for fastening the opening 212, and the base 10 has a cylindrical shape. Arc apron 13 can guarantee to keep warm first sub-chamber, and arc apron 13 realizes the switching through the axis horizontal rotation along base 10 simultaneously, can guarantee not take place the problem of interfering with peripheral object when opening, simple structure, and the practicality is strong.
