Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a device for fixing and pressing peripheral veins during ophthalmic plasmapheresis.
Background
The plasma replacement means that blood of a patient is led out of the body, blood plasma and blood cells are separated through a special device, the blood plasma is discarded, and then the blood cells and newly supplemented normal blood plasma are returned into the body so as to remove pathogenic factors in the body of the patient and achieve the purpose of treating diseases. The adoption of plasma replacement for treating autoimmune diseases of the nervous system is increasing day by day, and the curative effect is good.
Optic Neuritis (ON) is a serious immune-mediated idiopathic demyelinating and necrotizing disease, frequently with acute or subacute vision loss, is the most vulnerable blinding optic nerve disease of young and middle-aged people, and seriously affects normal life of patients. The disease is mostly seen in 20-50 years old people, the average onset age is 36 years old, and more than 70% of patients are female. No large-scale optic neuritis epidemiological investigation data exists in China so far. The clinical manifestations after the onset of the disease are complex, and the neurological disability is easy to cause, so that the early treatment of ON is particularly key to the recovery of the vision of patients and the improvement of the quality of life. At present, the ON acute phase is mainly based ON large-dose glucocorticoid shock therapy. Due to its complex etiology, the effects and prognostic responses of each subtype ON glucocorticoid shock therapy often differ. Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) is an important clinical treatment means in therapeutic blood component exchange surgery, is used to remove pathogenic macromolecular substances such as antibodies, abnormal plasma proteins or other components, and has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases such as neurological diseases, blood diseases, kidney diseases, rheumatic diseases, metabolic disorder diseases, and the like. Research shows that for the refractory ON that symptoms are not relieved or continuously worsened after large-dose glucocorticoid shock therapy is applied and glucocorticoid therapy is not recommended, functional damage can be effectively relieved by clinically adopting TPE therapy, and time is gained for subsequent therapy. The 2016 american academy of simple adolescence clinical treatment guidelines (seventh edition) summarize 10 neurological diseases for TPE as a first-line or second-line treatment regimen, including acute phase neuromyelitis optica or ON.
After ON patient carries out plasma replacement, pathogenic antibody AQP 4-Ab and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody in the blood of patient are effectively removed, the internal environment of patient is obviously improved, proinflammatory cytokine and other harmful cell components of patient are effectively reduced, autoimmune reaction in patient is greatly reduced, and thus the occurrence of adverse reaction is reduced. Meanwhile, related pathogenic factors in plasma are obviously reduced, and B lymphocyte and plasma cell proliferation are promoted; increasing the sensitivity of such cells to immunosuppressive agents while enhancing macrophage and/or monocyte function to accelerate immune complex clearance; the concentration level of the cell factors is reduced, the relapse of diseases is avoided even to the greatest extent, and the quantity and the activity of T cells and B cells are changed; improving the functions of suppressive T cells and regulatory T cells, and finally improving the optic neuritis and improving the vision of patients by removing related pathogenic factors in serum and increasing the immunologic function of patients.
The plasma replacement is carried out at the median elbow vein, the median elbow vein is positioned at the elbow joint part and belongs to the moving area, the time is 2-3 hours, and the patient is inevitably subjected to elbow curling action in the long-time replacement process, so that a puncture needle is moved out of the blood vessel to cause hematoma and the risk of plasma treatment failure is caused; meanwhile, the replacement puncture needle is usually more than 16G, after puncture and needle withdrawal, medical staff need to press for 5-10 minutes until no bleeding occurs, then the puncture point is bound up by an elastic bandage without water, the puncture point can be taken out after 4-6 hours of binding, and bleeding and hematoma are not easy to occur in a local pressing mode after needle withdrawal after replacement; in addition, in current replacement, the problem that is easily torn off and leads to the too much safety accident of blood flow because the guiding tube does not carry out special fixed and accomodate.
In summary, it is important to provide a new fixation compressor. On one hand, the elbow joint can be well fixed, so that the puncture part is effectively kept, and the condition that the puncture needle is displaced to puncture a blood vessel to cause hematoma is prevented; on the other hand, the acupuncture point can be effectively pressed, and the bleeding can be quickly stopped, so that the pain of a patient is reduced, the working time of medical staff is greatly shortened, the working efficiency of the medical staff is improved, and the medical staff is helped to relieve the current situation that the medical staff is in daily shortage at the present stage; importantly, the catheter can be well fixed and stored, so that the safety risk is effectively reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a peripheral vein fixation compressor for plasmapheresis, which solves the problems of poor safety due to poor fixation of the elbow and the catheter and low operation efficiency due to the need of pressing to stop bleeding by medical staff in the prior art.

the blood plasma replacement peripheral vein fixing compressor comprises a supporting plate and a fixing component, wherein the supporting plate is a rectangular plate made of hard materials, an elbow joint arc-shaped groove matched with an elbow joint of a human body is formed in the top of the rectangular plate along the length direction of the rectangular plate, the fixing component comprises a first fixing belt arranged at the front end of the rectangular plate and a second fixing belt arranged at the rear end of the rectangular plate, the first fixing belt and the second fixing belt respectively comprise a left fixing belt and a right fixing belt, the left fixing belt is provided with the left side of the rectangular plate, the right fixing belt is arranged on the right side of the rectangular plate, magic tapes for mutually adhering and fixing arms of the left fixing belt and the right fixing belt are arranged on the left fixing belt and the right fixing belt, a third fixing belt is arranged on the left side or the right side of the rectangular plate, magic tapes are arranged on the front side and the back side of the third fixing belt, and a fixing seat is arranged on the opposite side of the, the fixing base top can be dismantled and be provided with the pipe fixed plate, be provided with a plurality of slots and at least one cutting with slot matched with on the pipe fixed plate, be provided with fixed pipe on the cutting, be provided with one-way lamella on the fixed pipe.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the elbow joint replacement device can well support the elbow of a human body through the support plate, and can well fix the elbow of the human body on the support plate by using the fixing bands at the front end and the rear end of the support plate; meanwhile, the third fixing band can be used for performing hemostasis operation on the puncture point, and the pressing operation of medical personnel is not needed, so that the workload is reduced; in addition, still through inserting the pipe in fixed pipe, the cooperation between cutting and the slot to will replace the pipe and carry out spacing fixed, prevent to scurry in disorder, lead to being dragged or damage, thereby improved the security. The elbow joint protection device can well protect the elbow of a person through the elbow joint arc-shaped groove, so that the comfort is improved, and the fatigue level of long-time operation is reduced.

The elbow joint protection device can well protect the elbow of a person through the elbow joint arc-shaped groove, so that the comfort is improved, and the fatigue level of long-time operation is reduced.

As a modification of this embodiment, a skin affinity layer 15 is provided in the arc-shaped slot of the elbow joint. Skin affinity layer can be cloth or plastic film etc. and the preferred silica gel of this embodiment, and silica gel has better affinity, easily with skin laminating, can not cause the damage to skin, simultaneously, also has certain damping, can prevent to slide, has improved fixed stability.
As a modification of the embodiment, a sliding groove 16 is arranged on the side surface of the rectangular plate connected with the third fixing belt, the sliding groove is arranged along the length direction of the sliding groove, and a sliding block 17 in sliding fit with the sliding groove is arranged on the third fixing belt. Through the cooperation slip of slider and spout to realize that the third fixed band removes for the backup pad position, be adapted to the change of puncture point position, thereby need not excessively worry the difference of fixed position and puncture position, further improved adaptability.
As a modification of the embodiment, a stress sensor 18 and a tension display 19 are arranged on the third fixing belt, the stress sensor is arranged on the fixing belt and senses the stress change, and the stress sensor is electrically connected with the stress sensor. When the third fixed band is fixed to the puncture point, the fixed band is stretched, and its tensile force is transmitted the pulling force display to showing by stress sensor perception and detection, and then the suggestion medical personnel pressure condition to its pressure value of regulation of adaptability finally reaches the pressure value of settlement, realizes better hemostatic effect.
The stress sensor of this embodiment may be a diaphragm strain gauge sensor fixed to the fixing band, and its model and specification are not limited.
