Background
At present, medical record vehicles used by medical institutions in China mainly have the main function of horizontally storing medical record books, and have no disinfection and purification functions. In the process of frequently using and entering and exiting the ward, the medical record book is extremely easy to carry viruses, and medical staff must frequently contact and cannot avoid the viruses, so that the health of the medical staff is seriously endangered.
Therefore, how to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

The invention provides a multifunctional disinfection and purification medical record vehicle, which comprises a shell, wherein one of two opposite sides of the shell is provided with an air inlet, the other one of the two opposite sides of the shell is provided with an upper air outlet and a lower air outlet in sequence from top to bottom, the middle part of the shell is provided with a middle pore plate, the middle pore plate divides the interior of the shell into an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are arranged up and down, the inner side wall of the upper cavity is provided with a return air channel, and the first end of the return air channel is communicated with the interior of the upper cavity; the plasma generating assembly comprises two plasma generators, a filtering and sterilizing device, an air supply assembly and a medical record sterilizing device, wherein the two plasma generators are arranged in the lower cavity, one of the two plasma generators is communicated with the lower air outlet, the other one of the two plasma generators is overlapped and arranged below the middle pore plate, the filtering and sterilizing device is used for filtering outside air and carrying out primary sterilization on the filtered outside air, the filtering and sterilizing device is arranged in the lower cavity, the air inlet, the filtering and sterilizing device and the interior of the lower cavity are sequentially communicated, the air supply assembly is arranged in the lower cavity, the air supply assembly comprises an outer air feeder and an inner air feeder, the outer air feeder is communicated with the interior of the lower cavity, the outer air feeder, the plasma generators communicated with the lower air outlet and the lower air outlet are sequentially communicated, the second end of the air return channel, the inner air feeder and the upper air outlet are sequentially communicated, the medical record sterilizing device is arranged in the upper cavity, the medical record sterilizing device comprises a plurality of medical record sterilizing baffles which are arranged in parallel to each other along the length direction of the middle pore plate, the two medical record sterilizing assemblies are arranged in parallel to each other, and a gap for accommodating a medical record book is formed between the positive partition plate and the negative partition plate, the positive partition plate is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, and the negative partition plate is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the power supply.
Preferably, the plasma generator comprises a frame, a plurality of partition boards are arranged inside the frame along the length direction of the frame, the partition boards divide the frame into a plurality of compartments, saw-tooth structures are arranged in the compartments, two ends of each saw-tooth structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the frame, the saw-tooth structures are mutually insulated with the frame, the frame and the partition boards are electrically connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, and each saw-tooth structure is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the power supply.

Preferably, the filtering and sterilizing device comprises an ultraviolet emission device, a shell and a primary filter screen, a middle-effect filter screen, a high-efficiency filter screen and an aluminum-based honeycomb photocatalyst pore plate which are arranged in the shell, wherein the primary filter screen, the middle-effect filter screen, the high-efficiency filter screen and the aluminum-based honeycomb photocatalyst pore plate are sequentially overlapped from bottom to top, the ultraviolet generation device is used for irradiating the aluminum-based honeycomb photocatalyst pore plate, the air inlet is communicated with the bottom end of the shell, and the top end of the shell is communicated with the inside of the lower cavity.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the embodiment provides a multifunctional disinfection and purification medical record vehicle, which comprises a shell 1, wherein one of two opposite sides of the shell is provided with an air inlet, the other side of the shell is provided with an upper air outlet and a lower air outlet from top to bottom, the middle part of the shell is provided with a middle pore plate 5, the middle pore plate 5 divides the interior of the shell 1 into an upper cavity 101 and a lower cavity 102 which are arranged up and down, the inner side wall of the upper cavity 101 is provided with a return air channel 6, and the first end of the return air channel 6 is communicated with the interior of the upper cavity 101; the plasma generating assembly comprises two plasma generators 7, a filtering and sterilizing device 13, an air supply assembly and a medical record sterilizing device, wherein the two plasma generators 7 are arranged in a lower cavity 102, one of the two plasma generators 7 is communicated with a lower air outlet, the other one of the two plasma generators 7 is overlapped and arranged below an intermediate pore plate 5, the filtering and sterilizing device 13 is used for filtering outside air and primarily sterilizing the filtered outside air, the filtering and sterilizing device 13 is arranged in the lower cavity 102, an air supply assembly is arranged in the lower cavity 102, the air supply assembly comprises an outer air blower 8 and an inner air blower 9, the outer air blower 8 is communicated with the interior of the lower cavity 102, the outer air blower 8, the plasma generators 7 communicated with the lower air outlet and the lower air outlet are sequentially communicated, the second end of a return air channel 6, the inner air blower 9 and the upper air outlet are sequentially communicated, the medical record sterilizing device is arranged in the upper cavity 101 and comprises a plurality of medical record sterilizing assemblies which are arranged side by side along the length direction of the intermediate pore plate 5, each medical record sterilizing assembly comprises a plurality of medical record sterilizing baffles 11 which are arranged in parallel to each other, and comprise a negative baffle plate 11 and a positive baffle plate 11 and a negative baffle plate 11 and a baffle plate 11 which are arranged in parallel to each baffle plate and a negative baffle plate 11 are arranged between the medical record 11 and the medical record is arranged in the baffle plate, the positive separator 10 is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the power supply, and the negative separator 11 is electrically connected to the negative electrode of the power supply. In this embodiment, the ultraviolet generating device is an ultraviolet lamp.
In this embodiment, the air inlet, the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet are all provided with air uniformizers for uniformizing air. Specifically, in this embodiment, the air equalizers disposed at the air inlet, the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet are an air inlet equalizer, an upper air outlet equalizer 3 and a lower air outlet equalizer 4, respectively.
In this embodiment, the air equalizer includes a plate body, and a plurality of air holes are disposed on the plate body. The wind is evenly distributed through a plurality of wind holes, and in the embodiment, the wind holes are evenly distributed on the plate body, the size and the shape of the wind holes are determined according to actual needs, and the shape and the size of the plate body are matched with those of the air inlet, the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of mute brake wheels 12 are provided at the bottom end of the housing 1. The specific number of mute brake wheels 12 is selected according to the actual need.
Example two
The present embodiment includes implementing all or part of the technical features of one, and is different in that, as shown in fig. 6-8, the plasma generator 7 provided in this embodiment includes a negative electrode frame 704, and a high voltage component and a low voltage component that are disposed on the negative electrode frame 704, the negative electrode frame 704 is electrically connected with a negative electrode of a power supply, and the negative electrode frame 704 is grounded, the high voltage component includes a positive electrode column group, a negative electrode column group, a plurality of positive electrode sheets 707, and a plurality of negative electrode sheets 708, both ends of the positive electrode column group and both ends of the negative electrode column group are respectively disposed at both ends of the negative electrode frame 704, and the negative electrode column group and the negative electrode frame 704 are mutually conducted, the positive electrode column group and the negative electrode frame 704 are mutually insulated, the plurality of positive electrode sheets 707 are disposed on the positive electrode column group along a height direction of the positive electrode column group, the plurality of negative electrode sheets 708 are disposed on the negative electrode column group along a height direction of the negative electrode column group, and the positive electrode sheets 708 are mutually conducted with the negative electrode column group 708, and the positive electrode sheets 708 are alternately disposed with the negative electrode sheets 708 are mutually connected with the positive electrode column of the power supply; the low voltage assembly comprises two positive pole 709, a plurality of negative pole plates 710 and a plurality of positive pole wires 711, wherein the two positive pole 709 are parallel and oppositely arranged, two ends of each positive pole 709 are arranged at two ends of the negative pole frame 704, the positive pole 709 and the negative pole frame 704 are mutually insulated, the plurality of negative pole plates 710 are arranged on the negative pole frame 704 along the height direction of the negative pole frame 704, the plurality of positive pole wires 711 are arranged along the height direction of the positive pole 709, two ends of each positive pole wire 711 are respectively electrically connected with the two positive pole 709, the negative pole plates 710 are arranged at intervals with the positive pole wires 711, and the positive pole 709 is electrically connected with the positive pole of the power supply. In this embodiment, the positive electrode column group includes two positive electrode columns 705, the negative electrode column group includes two negative electrode columns 706, the positive electrode columns 705 are parallel to the negative electrode columns 706, the two positive electrode columns 705 and the two negative electrode columns 706 are arranged in a rectangular shape, the two positive electrode columns 705 and the two negative electrode columns 706 are uniformly distributed at diagonal positions of the rectangle, each positive electrode column 705 is conducted with the positive electrode of the power supply, each negative electrode column 706 is conducted with the negative electrode of the power supply, the positive electrode sheet 707 is conducted with each positive electrode column 705, and the negative electrode sheet 708 is conducted with each negative electrode column 706.
In this embodiment, the positive wire 711 is a high purity molybdenum wire.
The plasma is the fourth type of substances except solid, liquid and gas in the nature, and is electrons, ions, atoms, molecules, active free radicals and rays generated by ionization of the substances in the gas state under the action of a strong electric field.
The high-voltage component consists of a plurality of groups of positive plates 707 and negative plates 708, glow discharge is generated between the adjacent positive plates 707 and negative plates 708 due to high voltage, plasma is formed, and the plasma contains a large amount of active oxygen ions, high-energy free radicals and other components, so that bacterial cells can be broken down in a very short time to kill microorganisms and achieve the aim of sterilization.
