In this embodiment, if the robot recognizes that the to-be-confirmed goods placed in the storage bin do not match the target goods on the shopping list, that is, the to-be-confirmed goods are not the target goods on the shopping list, or the brand, number, quality, model, color, and the like do not meet the requirements, a prompt message is output, for example, "the goods do not match the shopping list," to prompt that the to-be-confirmed goods placed by the merchant may be wrong, so that the merchant changes the goods, and the accuracy of goods purchase is improved.
In the embodiment, a robot receives a shopping instruction sent by a user terminal, and analyzes the shopping instruction to obtain a shopping list and a target delivery address; the user terminal sends the shopping list to a target merchant according to the shopping list, outputs the shopping list to the target merchant, receives a payment request submitted by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and sends the payment request to the user terminal; and when a payment completion prompt sent by the user terminal is received, acquiring a target commodity placed in a storage bin of the robot by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and controlling the robot to move to the target delivery address. The robot automatically carries out shopping to the commercial tenant according to the shopping requirements of the user and automatically delivers after the shopping is finished, so that the automation of the whole process from the shopping to the delivery is realized, the time and the hands of the user are liberated, and the intelligence of assisting the shopping is improved.
Further, a second embodiment of the method for assisting shopping according to the present invention is provided, wherein in the step S20, the step of going to a target merchant according to the shopping list and outputting the shopping list to the target merchant specifically includes steps b 1-b 4:
step b1, in a full-automatic shopping mode, determining the address of a target merchant according to the shopping list, and controlling the robot to move to the address of the target merchant;
b2, in the process that the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, if a control instruction triggered by a user terminal is received, controlling the robot to enter a semi-automatic shopping mode;
b3, in the semi-automatic shopping mode, controlling the robot to establish video communication with the user terminal, so as to send the image of the surrounding environment of the robot to the user terminal, receive a moving instruction sent by the user terminal based on the image of the surrounding environment, and move to the address of the target merchant according to the moving instruction;
and b4, when the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, outputting the shopping list to the target merchant.
In this embodiment, in the full-automatic shopping mode, the robot can determine the address of the target merchant according to the shopping list, and then automatically move to the address of the target merchant.
In the process that the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, if a user wants to operate the robot to move to the target merchant by himself, the user can trigger an operation instruction of the robot at any time, the robot can switch the shopping mode into a semi-automatic shopping mode after receiving the operation instruction, the robot starts a camera arranged on the robot in the semi-automatic shopping mode and establishes video communication between the robot and a user terminal, and in the video communication process, the robot sends surrounding environment images acquired through the camera to the user terminal so that the user can send a movement instruction to the robot according to the surrounding environment images, and therefore the user can remotely operate the robot to move. And outputting the shopping list to the target merchant when the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, wherein the way of outputting the shopping list by the robot is similar to that of the foregoing embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
Further, in the step b1, the step of determining the address of the target merchant according to the shopping list specifically includes steps c 1-c 3:
step c1, determining that the preset shopping range has the selectable merchant address for selling the target commodity on the shopping list;
step c2, if the number of the selectable merchant addresses is greater than or equal to 2, determining the travel distance from the current position to the target delivery address through the selectable merchant address according to the current position of the robot, the selectable merchant addresses and the target delivery address;
and step c3, determining the selectable merchant address with the shortest travel distance as the target merchant address.
In this embodiment, all merchants within a preset shopping range are screened according to target goods on a shopping list, addresses of merchants which do not sell the target goods are removed, and the rest are selectable merchant addresses. Determining the number of the selectable merchant addresses, and if the number of the selectable merchant addresses is equal to 1, directly taking the selectable merchant addresses as target merchant addresses; if the number of the selectable merchant addresses is greater than or equal to 2, calculating the travel distance from the current position to the target delivery address through the selectable merchant address according to the current position of the robot, the selectable merchant addresses and the target delivery address according to each selectable merchant address; and comparing the travelling distance corresponding to each selectable merchant address, and determining the selectable merchant address with the shortest travelling distance as the target merchant address so as to save the time for assisting shopping and improve the shopping efficiency.
Further, in step S30, the step of controlling the robot to move to the target delivery address specifically includes:
in a full-automatic shopping mode, the robot plans a travel path according to the current position and the target delivery address and moves to the target delivery address along the travel path.
In this embodiment, if the robot is still in the full-automatic shopping mode when it is determined that all the goods on the shopping list are placed, the robot plans the travel path according to the current position of the robot and the target delivery address, and moves to the target delivery address along the planned travel path. The route of travel can also be planned according to the principle of shortest travel distance, and the route with the shortest travel path is preferentially selected.
It can be understood that, if the robot is in the semi-automatic shopping mode when it is determined that all the commodities on the shopping list are placed completely, a prompt of completing the assembly of the commodities can be sent to the user terminal to remind the user of the next commodity distribution process.
The commodity distribution has two realization modes, one mode is that the user terminal continuously sends a moving instruction to the robot according to the surrounding environment image in a semi-automatic shopping mode, and the robot is remotely controlled to move to a target delivery address; and the other mode is that the user switches the shopping mode of the robot into a full-automatic shopping mode so that the robot automatically moves to the target delivery address according to the target delivery address.
The semi-automatic shopping mode that this embodiment provided can increase the personally on the scene sense of user's shopping, and the process that moves through user's manipulation robot simultaneously increases the taste sense of assisting shopping, and then promotes user's shopping experience.
Further, before the step S10, the method further includes steps d 1-d 4:
step d1, receiving the use request sent by the user terminal to the robot, and analyzing the use request to obtain the configuration information of the user terminal and/or the user information of the user terminal;
step d2, according to the configuration information of the user terminal and/or the user information of the user terminal, judging whether the use request meets the authorization condition;
step d3, if the request meets the authorization condition, responding the instruction sent by the user terminal;
and d4, if the request does not satisfy the authorization condition, not responding to the instruction sent by the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the robot first authenticates the user before controlling the robot according to the shopping instruction sent by the user terminal. Specifically, the robot receives a use request sent by a user terminal to the robot, wherein the use request comprises configuration information of the user terminal and/or user information of the user terminal, analyzes the use request to obtain the configuration information of the user terminal and/or the user information of the user terminal, then determines whether the use request meets an authorization condition according to the configuration information and/or the user information, and if the authorization condition is met, the user terminal has an operation authority for the robot, the robot responds to an instruction (including but not limited to a shopping instruction and a moving instruction) sent by the user terminal to the robot; if the user terminal does not have the operation authority for the robot, the user terminal does not respond to the command sent to the robot by the user terminal.
The authorization condition may be to determine whether configuration information of the user terminal and/or user information of the user terminal exists in a preset authorization database, and if so, the authorization condition is satisfied, otherwise, the authorization condition is not satisfied. The preset authorization database is preset by a robot administrator and stores configuration information and/or user information which has operation authority on the robot.
Of course, the authorization condition may also be that whether the configuration information of the user terminal and/or the user information of the user terminal exists in the preset risk database is judged, if not, the authorization condition is satisfied, and if so, the authorization condition is not satisfied. The preset risk database is preset by a robot administrator, and configuration information and/or user information which do not have operation authority on the robot are stored in the preset risk database.
According to the embodiment, the identity of the user is authenticated before the shopping instruction sent by the user terminal is received, so that an illegal user or an illegal terminal can be prevented from operating the robot, property loss possibly caused can be avoided, and the robot can be prevented from being suffered in the bud.
The invention also provides a shopping assisting device.
Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a functional block diagram of a shopping assistance device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The shopping assistance device comprises:
the instruction receiving module 10 is used for receiving a shopping instruction sent by a user terminal and analyzing the shopping instruction to obtain a shopping list and a target delivery address;
a list output module 20, configured to go to a target merchant according to the shopping list, output the shopping list to the target merchant, receive a payment request submitted by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and send the payment request to the user terminal;
and the commodity distribution module 30 is configured to, when receiving a payment completion prompt sent by the user terminal, obtain a target commodity placed in the storage compartment of the robot by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and control the robot to move to the target delivery address.
Further, the working modes of the robot comprise a full-automatic shopping mode and a semi-automatic shopping mode; the manifest output module is further configured to:
under a full-automatic shopping mode, determining the address of a target merchant according to the shopping list, and controlling the robot to move to the address of the target merchant;
in the process that the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, if a control instruction triggered by a user terminal is received, controlling the robot to enter a semi-automatic shopping mode;
in the semi-automatic shopping mode, controlling the robot to establish video communication with the user terminal so as to send the ambient environment image of the robot to the user terminal, receiving a moving instruction sent by the user terminal based on the ambient environment image, and moving to the address of the target merchant according to the moving instruction;
and when the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, outputting the shopping list to the target merchant.
Further, the list output module is further configured to:
determining selectable merchant addresses for selling target commodities on a shopping list in a preset shopping range;
if the number of the selectable merchant addresses is greater than or equal to 2, determining the travel distance from the current position to the target delivery address through the selectable merchant address according to the current position of the robot, the selectable merchant addresses and the target delivery address;
and determining the selectable merchant address with the shortest travel distance as a target merchant address.
Further, the working modes of the robot comprise a full-automatic shopping mode and a semi-automatic shopping mode; the manifest output module is further configured to:
in a full-automatic shopping mode, outputting the shopping list to the target merchant according to audio and video output equipment configured by the robot;
in the process of outputting the shopping list to the target merchant according to the audio and video output equipment configured by the robot, if a control instruction triggered by a user terminal is received, entering a semi-automatic shopping mode;
and under the semi-automatic shopping mode, controlling the robot to establish video communication between the target merchant and the user terminal.
Further, the working modes of the robot comprise a full-automatic shopping mode and a semi-automatic shopping mode; the goods delivery module is further configured to:
in a full-automatic shopping mode, the robot plans a travel path according to the current position and the target delivery address and moves to the target delivery address along the travel path.
Further, the goods delivery module is further configured to:
controlling the robot to start video recording and opening a storage bin of the robot, wherein the video recording is used for monitoring the interior of the storage bin;
identifying the commodity to be confirmed placed in the storage bin of the robot by the target merchant according to the shopping list;
when all the target commodities on the shopping list are determined to be placed completely, closing a storage bin of the robot, and controlling the robot to finish video recording;
and storing the video recording data to a preset database or sending the video recording data to the user terminal.
Further, the shopping assistance device further comprises:
the request analysis module is used for receiving a use request sent by a user terminal to the robot and analyzing the use request to obtain configuration information of the user terminal and/or user information of the user terminal;
the authorization judging module is used for judging whether the use request meets an authorization condition according to the configuration information of the user terminal and/or the user information of the user terminal;
and the instruction response module is used for responding to the instruction sent by the user terminal if the use request meets the authorization condition.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium.
The storage medium stores an assisted shopping program, and the assisted shopping program realizes the steps of the assisted shopping method when being executed by the processor.
The specific implementation of the storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the shopping assistance method described above, and will not be described herein again.
The present invention is described in connection with the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, which are only illustrative and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can make various changes without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims, and all changes that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the specification and drawings that are obvious from the description and the attached claims are intended to be embraced therein.

Claims (10)

1. An assisted shopping method applied to a robot is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a shopping instruction sent by a user terminal, and analyzing the shopping instruction to obtain a shopping list and a target delivery address;
the user terminal sends the shopping list to a target merchant according to the shopping list, outputs the shopping list to the target merchant, receives a payment request submitted by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and sends the payment request to the user terminal;
and when a payment completion prompt sent by the user terminal is received, acquiring a target commodity placed in a storage bin of the robot by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and controlling the robot to move to the target delivery address.
2. The assisted shopping method of claim 1, wherein the operation modes of the robot include a full automatic shopping mode and a semi-automatic shopping mode;
the going to a target merchant according to the shopping list and outputting the shopping list to the target merchant includes:
under a full-automatic shopping mode, determining the address of a target merchant according to the shopping list, and controlling the robot to move to the address of the target merchant;
in the process that the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, if a control instruction triggered by a user terminal is received, controlling the robot to enter a semi-automatic shopping mode;
in the semi-automatic shopping mode, controlling the robot to establish video communication with the user terminal so as to send the ambient environment image of the robot to the user terminal, receiving a moving instruction sent by the user terminal based on the ambient environment image, and moving to the address of the target merchant according to the moving instruction;
and when the robot moves to the address of the target merchant, outputting the shopping list to the target merchant.
3. The assisted shopping method of claim 2, wherein determining the address of the target merchant from the shopping list comprises:
determining selectable merchant addresses for selling target commodities on a shopping list in a preset shopping range;
if the number of the selectable merchant addresses is greater than or equal to 2, determining the travel distance from the current position to the target delivery address through the selectable merchant address according to the current position of the robot, the selectable merchant addresses and the target delivery address;
and determining the selectable merchant address with the shortest travel distance as a target merchant address.
4. The assisted shopping method of claim 1, wherein the operation modes of the robot include a full automatic shopping mode and a semi-automatic shopping mode;
the outputting the shopping list to the target merchant comprises:
in a full-automatic shopping mode, outputting the shopping list to the target merchant according to audio and video output equipment configured by the robot;
in the process of outputting the shopping list to the target merchant according to the audio and video output equipment configured by the robot, if a control instruction triggered by a user terminal is received, entering a semi-automatic shopping mode;
and under the semi-automatic shopping mode, controlling the robot to establish video communication between the target merchant and the user terminal.
5. The assisted shopping method of claim 1, wherein the operation modes of the robot include a full automatic shopping mode and a semi-automatic shopping mode;
the controlling the robot to move to the target delivery address includes:
in a full-automatic shopping mode, the robot plans a travel path according to the current position and the target delivery address and moves to the target delivery address along the travel path.
6. The assisted shopping method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the target goods placed by the target merchant in the storage compartment of the robot based on the shopping list comprises:
controlling the robot to start video recording and opening a storage bin of the robot, wherein the video recording is used for monitoring the interior of the storage bin;
identifying the commodity to be confirmed placed in the storage bin of the robot by the target merchant according to the shopping list;
when all the target commodities on the shopping list are determined to be placed completely, closing a storage bin of the robot, and controlling the robot to finish video recording;
and storing the video recording data to a preset database or sending the video recording data to the user terminal.
7. The assisted shopping method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein before receiving the shopping instruction from the user terminal and analyzing the shopping instruction to obtain the shopping list and the target delivery address, further comprising:
receiving a use request sent by a user terminal to the robot, and analyzing the use request to obtain configuration information of the user terminal and/or user information of the user terminal;
judging whether the use request meets an authorization condition or not according to the configuration information of the user terminal and/or the user information of the user terminal;
and if the use request meets the authorization condition, responding to an instruction sent by the user terminal.
8. An assisted shopping device, comprising:
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a shopping instruction sent by a user terminal and analyzing the shopping instruction to obtain a shopping list and a target delivery address;
the list output module is used for going to a target merchant according to the shopping list, outputting the shopping list to the target merchant, receiving a payment request submitted by the target merchant according to the shopping list, and sending the payment request to the user terminal;
and the commodity distribution module is used for acquiring the target commodity placed in the storage bin of the robot by the target merchant according to the shopping list and controlling the robot to move to the target delivery address when receiving a payment completion prompt sent by the user terminal.
9. An assisted shopping device comprising a memory, a processor, and an assisted shopping program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the assisted shopping program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the assisted shopping method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon an assisted shopping program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the assisted shopping method according to any one of claims 1-7.
