Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics, in particular to a logistics sheet and a circulating packaging bag with the logistics sheet.
Background
Currently, most express packages use disposable express plastic bags and matched surface sheets, and the using processes of the plastic bags and the matched surface sheets are as follows, a packager puts an article to be sent into a packaging bag, tears off release paper at the sealing position of the packaging bag, and bonds and seals the packaging bag according to the size of contents; then the bottom release paper of the lower sheet is torn and stuck on the packaging bag.
Because the adhesiveness of the sealing part of the packaging bag and the adhesiveness of the dough sheet are stronger than the tensile resistance of the plastic bag body, the unpacking can be completed only by destroying the bag body, and then whether the bag body is destroyed or not can be used as the representation of whether the transportation is safe or not when the package is received. However, such disposable bags cause environmental pollution, and recyclable bags are now on the market. For the recycling bags, there is no way of characterizing themselves whether the bags are opened during transport, and therefore a matching logistic bill is required to ensure the safety of the mailed item.
Disclosure of Invention
Starting from the prior art, the invention aims to provide a logistics surface sheet and a circulating packaging bag with the logistics surface sheet, which achieve the aim of environmental protection and reusability and guarantee the transportation safety.
The logistics surface sheet according to the invention comprises:
-an upper layer having a tensile strength greater than the force applied by the sorting operation and capable of thermal printing;
-a glue layer, the glue layer having a tackiness greater than the force exerted by the sorting operation; the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer is greater than the tensile strength of the upper layer and greater than the tensile strength of the circulating packaging bag; and
-a bottom release paper.
In particular, the logistic sheet also has a tear-off auxiliary layer, by means of which the upper layer can be divided into two parts.
In particular, the tear-off assistance layer corresponds to a personal information position in the logistics information printed on the upper layer.
In particular, a predetermined tear point is provided on the upper layer for the tear-off aid layer.
In particular, the upper layer includes two layers, in which the outermost layer is thermal printing paper and the second outer layer is a film having high tensile strength.
The invention relates to a circulation packaging bag with a logistics surface sheet, which comprises:
-an article flow sheet according to the preceding; and
-recycling the packages.
In particular, the recycling pack has a closable opening.
In particular, the opening is a zipper or a magic tape.
In particular, the recycle package can be recycled at least thirty times.
According to the logistics surface sheet and the circulating packaging bag with the logistics surface sheet, the reusable environment-friendly purpose is achieved, and meanwhile, the transportation safety is guaranteed.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a logistic drape according to one embodiment of the invention. The logistic drape 11 in this embodiment has an upper layer 1, a tear-assist layer 2, a glue layer 3 and a bottom release paper 4. The upper layer 1 has high tensile strength, so that the sheet cannot be damaged even if being violently sorted in the transportation process, and the sheet can be broken only by artificial intentional damage. The upper layer 1 in this embodiment is capable of direct thermal printing, and it is also possible to make the upper layer 1 include two layers, of which the outermost layer is thermal printing paper and the second outer layer is a film having high tensile strength. The tear-off aid layer 2 is used to facilitate the logistic addressee to tear the sheet in two parts to open the package. It is also possible here to dispense with the tear-off aid layer 2 and to cut the dough sheet into two parts by the logistic addressee with the aid of a tool, for example a pair of scissors, in order to open the packaging bag. The adhesive properties of the glue layer 3 are such that the logistics surface sheet cannot be torn off without damage after being attached to the packaging bag. In this embodiment, the glue layer 3 is applied uniformly over the entire lower surface of the upper layer 1/tear-off aid layer 2, but it may also be applied locally.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic top view of a logistic drape according to one embodiment of the invention. In this figure it can be seen that a predetermined tear 5 is provided on one side of the upper layer 1, which identifies the location of one end of the tear-assist layer 2. The tearing of the sheet 11 can be easily carried out by the logistics recipient by means of the predetermined tear 5 when the packaging bag 12 is to be opened. In addition, the predetermined tearing place 5 also corresponds to the printing position of the personal information of the addressee on the face sheet, so that the logistic addressee can tear off the personal information part at the same time of opening the packaging bag 12 along the tearing auxiliary layer 2, and the safety of the personal information is guaranteed. When the recipient returns the packaging bag 12 for recycling, the remaining sheet 11 on the packaging bag 12 does not contain personal information.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a package having a drop sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention. The packaging bag 12 is a packaging bag that can be recycled many times, and can be recycled at least 30 times without being damaged. And the tensile strength of the package 12 is high and is not broken by violent sorting during transportation, which ensures safe transportation of the contents in the package. The packing bag 12 is closed by a zipper, a hook and loop fastener, or the like, and the closure is repeatedly opened and closed a plurality of times. When using the packaging bag 12, after the contents are filled in the packaging bag 12 and sealed, the sheet 11 with the release paper removed is attached to the sealed portion of the packaging bag 12, for example, the sealed side is folded to the front side of the packaging bag according to the size of the contents as shown in the drawing to adjust the packaging bag, and then the sheet 11 is attached to the packaging bag 12. It is only necessary here to ensure that the tear-off aid layer 2 or the intended tear 5 is substantially aligned with the seal, so that the recipient of the product after receiving the package can tear the sheet 11 in two parts by simply tearing off the aid layer 2 from the intended tear 5 and thereby opening the package 12 for the removal of the contents.
The packaging bag with a logistic drape according to the invention should generally satisfy the following conditions:
1) the adhesiveness (180-degree peeling force of the adhesive) of the adhesive layer 3 of the surface sheet 11 is greater than the tensile strength of the packaging bag 12;
2) the adhesiveness (180-degree peeling force of the used adhesive) of the glue layer 3 of the surface sheet 11 is greater than the tensile strength of the upper layer 1 of the surface sheet 11;
3) the tensile strength of the upper layer 1 of the sheet 11 is greater than the acting force applied by the sorting operation; and is
4) The tackiness of the glue layer 3 of the sheet 11 (180 degree peel force of the glue used) is greater than the force applied by the sorting operation.
The sorting operation is carried out under a force of, for example, 5-10kg of the weight of the contents in the bag, 20-40cm of the upward and downward swing amplitude of the bag together with the contents therein, and 30-50 times of the swing times, and the maximum force is applied, which is 80N to 120N. The force applied by the sorting operation may be 60N when the weight of the contents is less than 5 kg.
The above conditions 1) and 2) make it impossible to nondestructively separate the sheet from the packaging bag after the sheet is attached to the packaging bag, and if the sheet is separated, irrecoverable damage marks such as significant deformation of the packaging bag and/or the sheet inevitably exist; conditions 3) and 4) are such that the force applied to the package by the sorting operation is not sufficient to damage the sheet and not to allow the sheet to slip or even fall off the package.
The aspects of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, but a plurality of aspects according to the present invention may be arbitrarily combined.
