Background
In the magnetic core holder worker, need make up the assembly parts such as magnetic core and injection molding after the shaping and assemble, consequently need fix the magnetic core with the frock clamp of specialty, traditional magnetic core presss from both sides tightly relies on manually operation, and can not adapt to different magnetic core models, and the clamp force is difficult to control, and to some irregularly shaped magnetic cores, presss from both sides tight fixed difficulty, the condition emergence that often appears pressing from both sides the magnetic core bad and the magnetic core easily pine takes off, the assembly defective rate is higher, assembly efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a magnetic core clamping device which is used for clamping and fixing magnetic cores in different shapes, and has the advantages of strong adaptability, quick and stable clamping and high decoration efficiency.
The magnetic core clamping device comprises a clamping platform and a clamping mechanism arranged on the clamping platform, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a centering chuck, a plurality of detachable clamping jaws are uniformly distributed on the centering chuck, and at least two clamping jaws work simultaneously to clamp a magnetic core.
Preferably, the centering chuck comprises a base fixed with the clamping platform and a fluted disc installed on the base, and the clamping jaws are uniformly distributed and meshed with the fluted disc; and a limiting block is arranged between the clamping jaws, a channel is arranged between two adjacent limiting blocks, and the clamping jaws move inside and outside along the channel under the driving of the fluted disc to clamp or loosen the magnetic core.
Preferably, the clamping jaw comprises a mounting base engaged with the toothed disc, the mounting base having a clamping head removably attached thereto.
Preferably, 12 clamping jaws are uniformly distributed.
Preferably, a material pressing mechanism and a material stabilizing mechanism are arranged on the clamping platform, the assembly part is pressed into the magnetic core clamped by the clamping mechanism by the upper part of the clamping mechanism through the material pressing mechanism, and the assembly part is fixed by the material stabilizing mechanism in the working process of the material pressing mechanism.
Preferably, the pressing mechanism comprises two supporting arms arranged on the clamping platform, a fixed arm is connected between the two supporting arms, a pressing cylinder is fixed on the fixed arm, the pressing cylinder is vertically downwards arranged, the axis of the pressing cylinder coincides with the axis of the centering chuck, and a pressing plate is detachably fixed at the bottom end of a cylinder push rod of the pressing cylinder.
Preferably, the material stabilizing mechanism comprises an annular groove arranged on the clamping platform, at least two upright posts are arranged in the annular groove, fixed loop bars are fixed on the upright posts, telescopic loop bars are sleeved in the fixed loop bars, and the outer ends of the telescopic loop bars face the centering chuck and are detachably fixed with stabilizing plates; the upright column comprises a fixed column connected with the annular groove, a telescopic column is sleeved on the fixed column, and the fixed loop bar is fixed with the telescopic column; the bottom of the fixed column is provided with a sliding column arranged in the annular groove and a horizontal limiting plate in contact with the clamping platform, and the horizontal limiting plate is provided with a locking screw.
The magnetic core clamping device of the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the clamping mechanism adopts a centering chuck, a plurality of detachable clamping jaws are uniformly distributed on the centering chuck, and at least two clamping jaws work simultaneously to clamp the magnetic core. The design of this structure realizes fixing and pressing from both sides tight to the magnetic core of different models, shape and size, and strong adaptability can fix or press from both sides the complicated magnetic core of some irregular shape structures.
2. Set up swager and steady material mechanism, realize fixing the assembly part, the operation is safe, avoids the assembly part slope to appear and influences assembly operation or assemble unqualified problem.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and are not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the invention in the form disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. The embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a magnetic core clamping device according to the present invention includes a clamping platform 1 and a clamping mechanism disposed on the clamping platform 1, wherein the clamping mechanism includes a centering chuck 2. A plurality of detachable clamping jaws 25 are uniformly distributed on the centering chuck 2, and at least two clamping jaws 25 work simultaneously to clamp the magnetic core. Based on above-mentioned technical scheme, utilize centering chuck 2 to press from both sides tight to the magnetic core, easy operation, and can adapt to the clamp of the magnetic core of various different models or shapes, easy operation presss from both sides tightly stably.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the centering chuck 2 includes a base 21 fixed to the clamping platform 1 and a toothed disc 23 mounted on the base 21. The clamping jaws 25 are uniformly engaged with the fluted disc 23. A limiting block 22 is arranged between the two clamping jaws 25, a channel is arranged between the two adjacent limiting blocks 22, and the clamping jaws 25 move inside and outside along the channel under the driving of the fluted disc 23 to clamp or loosen the magnetic core. The clamping jaw 25 comprises a mounting base 26 engaging with the toothed disc 23, the mounting base 26 being removably associated with a clamping head. 12 clamping jaws 25 are uniformly distributed.
Based on upper segment technical scheme, two at least clamping jaws simultaneous workings realize pressing from both sides tight the magnetic core, and the operator can select suitable clamping jaw or the clamping jaw of different shapes to press from both sides tightly according to magnetic core structure or shape, has ensured that the magnetic core presss from both sides tightly stably.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a material pressing mechanism and a material stabilizing mechanism are arranged on the clamping platform 1. The pressing mechanism presses the assembly part 20 into the magnetic core 10 clamped by the clamping mechanism from the upper part of the clamping mechanism. The material stabilizing mechanism realizes the fixation of the assembly parts in the working process of the material pressing mechanism.
As shown in fig. 1, the swaging mechanism includes two support arms 5 disposed on the clamping platform 1, a fixing arm 14 is connected between the two support arms 3, a swaging cylinder 4 is fixed on the fixing arm 14, the swaging cylinder 4 is vertically disposed downward, and the axis of the swaging cylinder coincides with the axis of the centering chuck 2. The material pressing plate 5 is detachably fixed at the bottom end of a push rod of the 4 cylinders of the material pressing cylinder. The pressing mechanism presses the assembly part 20 to be assembled, which is placed on the magnetic core 10, into the magnetic core to complete the assembly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the material stabilizing mechanism includes an annular groove 12 disposed on the clamping platform 1, at least two columns 67 are disposed in the annular groove 12, a fixed loop bar is fixed on the column 67, a telescopic loop bar 9 is sleeved in the fixed loop bar 8, and an outer end of the telescopic loop bar 9 faces the centering chuck 2 and is detachably fixed with a stabilizing plate 11. The upright column 37 comprises a fixed column 6 connected with the annular groove 12, a telescopic column 7 is sleeved on the fixed column 6, and a fixed loop bar 8 is fixed with the telescopic column 7. The bottom of the fixed column 6 is provided with a sliding column arranged in the annular groove 12 and a horizontal limiting plate 13 contacted with the clamping platform 1, and the horizontal limiting plate 13 is provided with a locking screw. The stabilizing plate 11 on the material stabilizing mechanism can be adjusted in the vertical position and the horizontal position, so that the magnetic cores with different signals can be assembled. During assembly, the assembling machine is stabilized by the side face of the assembling part 20 of the material stabilizing mechanism, then the material pressing cylinder 4 moves downwards, after the material pressing cylinder moves to the upper position of the stabilizing plate 11 of the material stabilizing mechanism, the material stabilizing mechanism is withdrawn, and the material pressing cylinder 4 continues to move downwards to complete assembly.
