Above-mentioned disinfection structure, accessible hot water spare 500 heats the water of first pipeline 300, be used for carrying out hot rinsing to the tableware that places in the inner chamber 101, utilize superheated heater 600 to heat the water in the second pipeline 400, make water heated to superheated steam, utilize superheated steam to disinfect the tableware that places in the inner chamber 101, because superheated steam can get into blowout piece 200, and spout by the steam jet 201 on blowout piece 200, and steam jet 201 is a plurality of, and set up on blowout piece 200 at interval, can spout from the different positions of inner chamber 101, reduce superheated steam flow and fill up the time of inner chamber 101, make superheated steam fill up inner chamber 101 as soon as possible, make the temperature difference everywhere in inner chamber 101 littleer, prevent that superheated steam from appearing the condition of condensation, can improve superheated steam's disinfection effect.
Optionally, the overheating heater 600 heats water at a higher temperature than the hot water member 500. Wherein, the heating temperature of the hot water member 500 to the water is less than 100 ℃.
Optionally, the ejection member 200 is a pipe, and the steam vents 201 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the ejection member 200, wherein the ejection member 200 may be a straight pipe or a bent pipe; or the spouting member 200 is a mesh shape.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the disinfecting structure further includes a spray arm 110, the spray arm 110 is rotatably disposed in the inner cavity 101, a spray passage is disposed in the spray arm 110, a spray nozzle 111 is disposed on the spray arm 110 and is communicated with the spray passage, and the first pipeline 300 is communicated with the spray passage. By guiding the water in the first pipe 300 to the spray arm 110 and spraying the water from the nozzle 111, the water can be matched with the rotation of the spray arm 110, and the washing effect of the tableware can be improved.
Optionally, the nozzles 111 at the two ends of the spray arm 110 are oriented differently, water can generate back flushing to the spray arm 110 when being sprayed out of the nozzles 111, the nozzles 111 at the two ends of the spray arm 110 can generate different back flushing forces when spraying water, so that the spray arm 110 can rotate automatically, and at the moment, the rotation of the spray arm 110 is driven without arranging other elements, so that the structure is simple, and the cost can be reduced; or the spray arm 110 may be rotated by a motor or the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the disinfection structure further includes a first conveying pipeline 120 and a three-way switch valve, wherein one end of the first conveying pipeline 120 is respectively communicated with the second pipeline 400 and the first pipeline 300, the other end of the first conveying pipeline 120, the ejection member 200 and the water spraying channel are respectively communicated with the three-way switch valve, and the three-way switch valve is used for enabling the second pipeline 400 to be communicated with the ejection member 200 or enabling the first pipeline 300 to be communicated with the water spraying channel. At this time, no matter the hot water is output from the first pipeline 300 or the superheated steam is output from the second pipeline 400, the hot water or the superheated steam enters the first conveying pipeline 120, and is guided into corresponding elements by the three-way switch valve, when the hot water is output from the first pipeline 300 to the first conveying pipeline 120, the three-way switch valve can communicate the first pipeline 300 with the water spraying channel of the spray arm 110, so that the hot water is sprayed out from the spray nozzle 111 of the spray arm 110 for hot rinsing, and when the superheated steam is output from the second pipeline 400 to the first conveying pipeline 120, the three-way switch valve can communicate the second pipeline 400 with the spraying member 200, so that the superheated steam is sprayed out from the steam spraying nozzle 201 for sterilization, so that the hot rinsing and the superheated steam sterilization can be sequentially performed in the box body 100, and the tableware cleaning effect is better.
Wherein, when the three-way switching valve makes the delivery pipe communicate with the water spray channel, the passage between the delivery pipe and the spouting member 200 is closed, whereas when the three-way switching valve makes the delivery pipe communicate with the spouting member 200, the passage between the delivery pipe and the water spray channel is closed.
