Abstract
本发明公开了一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚及其养殖方法,涉及胡蜂养殖技术领域。在养蜂单间和饲料草种植区种植饲料草,控制大棚内的温度和湿度。在蜂王羽化前,对蝗虫进行孵化后,采用饲料草进行人工饲喂,得到蝗虫成虫。通过人工干预使得蜂王提前从越冬状态苏醒,在蜂王完成筑巢后,此时蝗虫已经长成至成虫状态,将初巢分别悬挂在养蜂单间的蜂巢固定架上,并通过人工定期采集蝗虫对其进行饲喂,同时也收集饲料草投喂蝗虫。控制蝗虫的饲养密度,多余蝗虫捕捉后进行售卖,在蜂群发育到2~3层后进行售卖。通过将胡蜂与蝗虫、饲料草混合养殖,构建大棚内食物链,饲料草用于蝗虫饲喂,将蝗虫作为胡蜂的饲料,实现胡蜂的反季养殖。

技术领域
本发明涉及胡蜂养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚及其养殖方法。
背景技术
昆虫因其种类丰富、食物转化率高、繁殖速度快而被熟知,其中胡蜂因其蜂毒而让人望而却步。但近年来,随着对胡蜂的研究越来越深入,发现其除了具备药用价值外,其幼虫、蜂蛹均含有极高的蛋白质,同时含有多种氨基酸,所以其食用价值也越来越高。但胡蜂的生活习性有明显的季节性,以云南地区为例胡蜂在11月中旬交配后,蜂王会自行寻找树洞、岩石缝等避光避风、湿度低且温度适宜的地方越冬,但越冬成活率极低。越冬成活后的胡蜂在3月份出蛰,蜂蛹等产品在8-10月上市,蜂王产品上市时间集中在11月中旬。11月至次年3月期间养殖户处于休息状态,4-7月几乎无蜂蛹产品无经济收入。
另一种昆虫蝗虫因其破坏力强而被视为农业自然灾害,但其天然是胡蜂的食物,而且其自身也是一种宝贵的食物资源。从研究看,蝗虫蛋白质含量高,含有多种不饱和脂肪酸,也是一种营养价值极高的昆虫,且其繁殖速度极快,养殖过程中能适当消耗一部分,有利于删选掉一些品质劣的,从而提高产品质量。
目前对于胡蜂的养殖主要是放养模式,也有部分人工养殖方式,专利CN109479828A中公开了一种养殖成本低的胡蜂人工规模化,通过人工建立交配大棚、越冬室、筑巢室,干预胡蜂交配和越冬,提高蜂王越冬成活率,然后在蜂王顺利筑巢后,筑巢室移到放养区放养,这样的养殖方式实现了胡蜂的规模化养殖,相对纯人工养殖成本低,但是食物来源还需养殖户自行购买,而且没有反季养殖的经验供参考。
为进一步提高养殖户的经济收入,亟需开发一种胡蜂的反季养殖方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚及其养殖方法,通过胡蜂的反季养殖,解决养殖户在冬季无经济收入的问题。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于:包括立柱、拱杆、横梁、塑料膜和卷帘构成,立柱、拱杆和横梁构成大棚棚架,棚架上覆盖有塑料膜,塑料膜外侧壁上覆盖有卷帘;整座大棚沿其宽度方向被隔离网依次分隔成蝗虫养殖区、胡蜂养殖区和饲料草种植区,其中,胡蜂养殖区沿大棚长度方向被隔离网分隔成多个养蜂单间,蝗虫养殖区和胡蜂养殖区之间设置有供暖装置。
更进一步的技术方案是所述养蜂单间均设置有蜂房门,养蜂单间内设置有饲喂台,饲喂台上方设置有投喂口,投喂口开设在蜂房门一侧。
更进一步的技术方案是所述养蜂单间设置有蜂巢固定架。
更进一步的技术方案是所述大棚入口处设置有工作准备区。
更进一步的技术方案是所述养蜂单间和蝗虫养殖区底部均种植有饲料草。
本发明还公开了一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)王越冬前进行人工饲喂补充营养,饲喂蜂蜜水、苹果汁;将进入越冬后15~20天的蜂王置于控温室,将温度逐步升高到16~20℃;
(2)2~3天后蜂王苏醒后进行人工饲喂;当蜂王正常活动时,进行分笼,将蜂王单独放进筑巢室,并将温度升到23~25℃;
(3)蜂王筑巢完成后,将初巢悬挂在蜂巢固定架内,将养蜂单间内温度控制在18~25℃,定期对胡蜂进行喂养;
(4)在蜂群发育到2~3层时割巢;
(5)蜂王羽化前,在蝗虫孵化区对蝗虫进行孵化,温度控制在28~35℃,湿度控制在80~90%,孵化时间控制在9~12天;
(6)将孵化的蝗虫幼虫置于蝗虫养殖区进行人工喂养,15~25天后得到蝗虫成虫用于胡蜂喂养;
(7)在养蜂单间底部、蝗虫养殖区底部和饲料草种植区内种植饲料草,饲料草供蝗虫食用。
更进一步的技术方案是所述步骤(3)中胡蜂幼虫饲喂活体蝗虫,初巢幼虫每天喂食蝗虫5~8只,饲料水为蜂蜜水或糖水,同时提供新鲜苹果悬挂于饲喂台上。
更进一步的技术方案是所述步骤(2)中筑巢室由筑巢区和活动区构成,筑巢区为中空箱体且底部设置有透明观察窗,且侧壁上开设有通孔,通孔上连接有圆锥形塑料网。
更进一步的技术方案是所述步骤(7)中饲料草种植区种植玉米,养蜂单间和蝗虫养殖区底部种植小麦草、狗尾巴草,总的种植面积为蝗虫养殖面积的2.5~3.5倍。
工作原理:在蜂王羽化前,将蝗虫孵化区温度控制在28~35℃,湿度控制在80~90%,对蝗虫进行孵化9~12天。孵化完成后,将大棚内温度调整至14~25℃,采用饲料草进行人工饲喂,15~25天后得到蝗虫成虫。经实验验证,当温度为28±3℃,空气湿度为80~90%时,东亚飞蝗9天的孵化率为70%,温度低于25℃蝗虫卵不孵化,温度高于35℃时,孵化率逐渐降低,温度高于38℃时,蝗虫卵在高温下会损伤,孵化率骤降。
蜂王羽化后,在养蜂单间和蝗虫养殖区底部种植小麦草和狗尾巴草,在饲料草种植区种植玉米,饲料草种植期间大棚内白天温度在23~25℃,晚上温度在14~18℃,湿度控制在10~15%。
通过人工干预使得蜂王提前从越冬状态苏醒,在蜂王完成筑巢后,此时蝗虫已经长成至成虫状态,将初巢分别悬挂在养蜂单间的蜂巢固定架上,并通过人工定期采集蝗虫对其进行饲喂,同时也收集饲料草投喂蝗虫。
控制蝗虫的饲养密度在400~500只/平方米,多余蝗虫捕捉后进行售卖,在蜂群发育到2~3层后进行售卖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过干预使得蜂王从越冬状态提前苏醒并进行产卵孵化,通过将胡蜂与蝗虫、饲料草混合养殖,构建大棚内食物链,通过人工将饲料草用于蝗虫饲喂,将蝗虫作为胡蜂的饲料,这样满足在冬季环境下胡蜂、蝗虫的新鲜饲料需求,有利于蝗虫和胡蜂的快速成长,也保证了售卖的蝗虫和胡蜂产品的质量,实现胡蜂的反季养殖。通过一个冬季(12月中旬~次年3月中旬)的养殖发现,每窝可在冬季反季节生产两代职蜂,且在3月中旬正常越冬胡蜂出蛰开始筑巢时,反季养殖的蜂群已达到规模,蜂窝层数达到3层以上,进入快速发展期,填补了市场蜂蛹空缺,蜂蛹价格为正常养殖蜂蛹1.5~2倍。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
图1、2示出了:一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,包括立柱1、拱杆2、横梁3、塑料膜4和卷帘5构成,立柱1、拱杆2和横梁3构成大棚棚架,棚架上覆盖有塑料膜4,塑料膜4外侧壁上覆盖有卷帘5,卷帘5既可以遮阴、通风也可以用于保暖。
整座大棚沿其宽度方向被隔离网6依次分隔成蝗虫养殖区7、胡蜂养殖区8和饲料草种植区9,其中,胡蜂养殖区8沿大棚长度方向被隔离网6分隔成多个养蜂单间,蝗虫养殖区7和胡蜂养殖区8之间设置有供暖装置10,供暖装置10可采用循环热水供暖也可以采用电加热供暖,控制蝗虫养殖区7和胡蜂养殖区8的温度。
为便于胡蜂的分区养殖,确保胡蜂的存活率,所述养蜂单间均设置有蜂房门801,养蜂单间内设置有饲喂台802,饲喂台802上方设置有投喂口803,投喂口803开设在蜂房门801一侧。所述养蜂单间设置有蜂巢固定架804。蜂巢固定架804由支撑柱和支撑柱顶部横梁构成,使用时将胡蜂初巢挂在顶部横梁上就行。为方便投喂,减少饲养人员与胡蜂的接触,在蜂房门801旁设置有投喂口803,将食物和水通过投喂口放置在饲喂台802上,再关闭投喂口803就行,方便快捷。
同时为方便饲养人员的工作,所述大棚入口处设置有工作准备区11,可以放置一些防护服装以及饲养工具等。
为满足蝗虫对食物的需求,所述养蜂单间底部种植有饲料草。为满足蝗虫附着和进食,所述蝗虫养殖区7底部种植有饲料草。
为便于蝗虫孵化,所述蝗虫养殖区7内设置有蝗虫孵化区,蝗虫孵化区为底部铺设沙土的泡沫箱,沙土上铺设锯末。当温度不够时还可以人为在提供电加热对其进行加热,并用棉被覆盖进行保温。
实施例2
一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)蜂王越冬前进行人工饲喂补充营养,饲喂蜂蜜水、苹果汁,喂养7~10天,以增强蜂王体质。将进入越冬后15~18天的蜂王置于控温室,将温度逐步升高到16~18℃
(2)2~3天后蜂王苏醒后用营养液进行人工饲喂,营养液用蜂蜜、维生素、矿物质和水调制。当蜂王正常活动时,进行分笼,将蜂王单独放进筑巢室,并将温度升到23~25℃。筑巢室由筑巢区和活动区构成,筑巢区为中空箱体且底部设置有透明观察窗,且侧壁上开设有通孔,通孔上连接有圆锥形塑料网。胡蜂可以通过通孔到塑料网内活动。
(3)蜂王筑巢完成后,将初巢悬挂在蜂巢固定架804内,将养蜂单间内温度控制在18~22℃,定期对胡蜂进行喂养,温度低于18℃不利于蜂王产卵。具体地,白天温度控制在20~22℃,夜晚温度控制在18~20℃。
(4)胡蜂幼虫主要饲喂活体蝗虫,也可以加喂瘦肉。初巢幼虫每天喂食蝗虫5~8只,蝗虫投食量随着胡蜂的成长不断增加。饲料用的水为蜂蜜水或糖水,使用蜂蜜或白糖与水按1:1调制。为丰富胡蜂营养,还可以再饲喂台802上悬挂新鲜苹果。
(4)养殖2个月左右,在蜂群发育到2~3层时割巢。割巢时应选择蜂蛹饱满的蜂窝,不可伤到蜂王,割巢后要重新固定蜂窝。
(5)蜂王羽化前,在蝗虫孵化区对蝗虫进行孵化,温度控制在28~30℃,空气湿度控制在80~90%,孵化时间控制在10~12天。蝗虫孵化区为底部铺设沙土的泡沫箱,沙土上铺设锯末,蝗虫卵撒在锯末上后覆盖锯末,在锯末上喷水。可在泡沫箱外层覆盖棉被保温,如果温度不够使用电加热对其加热。
(6)将孵化的蝗虫幼虫置于蝗虫养殖区7进行人工喂养。幼虫喂养以单子叶植物幼嫩叶喂养,食量为身体质量的两倍,中午为主要投喂时间段,投喂时形成斜面给蝗虫提供附着位置。15天后得到蝗虫成虫用于胡蜂喂养,成虫养殖密度控制在400只/m2,多余蝗虫可用于售卖。
(7)蜂王羽化后,在养蜂单间、蝗虫养殖区7底部和饲料草种植区9内种植饲料草,饲料草供蝗虫食用。其中,饲料草种植区9种植玉米,养蜂单间底部和蝗虫养殖区7底部种植小麦草、狗尾巴草,总的种植面积为蝗虫养殖面积的2.5倍。
实施例3
一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)蜂王越冬前进行人工饲喂补充营养,饲喂蜂蜜水、苹果汁,喂养8天,以增强蜂王体质。将进入越冬后17~20天的蜂王置于控温室,将温度逐步升高到18~20℃
(2)2~3天后蜂王苏醒后用营养液进行人工饲喂,营养液用蜂蜜、维生素、矿物质和水调制。当蜂王正常活动时,进行分笼,将蜂王单独放进筑巢室,并将温度升到23~25℃。筑巢室由筑巢区和活动区构成,筑巢区为中空箱体且底部设置有透明观察窗,且侧壁上开设有通孔,通孔上连接有圆锥形塑料网。胡蜂可以通过通孔到塑料网内活动。
(3)蜂王筑巢完成后,将初巢悬挂在蜂巢固定架804内,将养蜂单间内温度控制在19~24℃,定期对胡蜂进行喂养。具体地,白天温度控制在22~24℃,夜晚温度控制在19~21℃。胡蜂幼虫主要饲喂活体蝗虫,也可以加喂瘦肉。初巢幼虫每天喂食蝗虫5~8只,蝗虫投食量随着胡蜂的成长不断增加。饲料用的水为蜂蜜水或糖水,使用蜂蜜或白糖与水按1:1调制。为丰富胡蜂营养,还可以再饲喂台802上悬挂新鲜苹果。

实施例4
一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:

(7)蜂王羽化后,在养蜂单间、蝗虫养殖区7底部和饲料草种植区9内种植饲料草,饲料草供蝗虫食用。其中,饲料草种植区9种植玉米,养蜂单间底部和蝗虫养殖区7底部种植小麦草、狗尾巴草,总的种植面积为蝗虫养殖面积的3.5倍。
尽管这里参照本发明的多个解释性实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是,应该理解,本领域技术人员可以设计出很多其他的修改和实施方式,这些修改和实施方式将落在本申请公开的原则范围和精神之内。更具体地说,在本申请公开、附图和权利要求的范围内,可以对主题组合布局的组成部件或布局进行多种变形和改进。除了对组成部件或布局进行的变形和改进外,对于本领域技术人员来说,其他的用途也将是明显的。
Claims (10)
1.一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于:包括立柱(1)、拱杆(2)、横梁(3)、塑料膜(4)和卷帘(5),立柱(1)、拱杆(2)和横梁(3)构成大棚棚架,棚架上覆盖有塑料膜(4),塑料膜(4)外侧壁上覆盖有卷帘(5);整座大棚沿其宽度方向被隔离网(6)依次分隔成蝗虫养殖区(7)、胡蜂养殖区(8)和饲料草种植区(9),其中,胡蜂养殖区(8)沿大棚长度方向被隔离网(6)分隔成多个养蜂单间,蝗虫养殖区(7)和胡蜂养殖区(8)之间设置有供暖装置(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于:所述养蜂单间均设置有蜂房门(801),养蜂单间内设置有饲喂台(802),饲喂台(802)上方设置有投喂口(803),投喂口(803)开设在蜂房门(801)一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于:所述养蜂单间设置有蜂巢固定架(804)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于:所述大棚入口处设置有工作准备区(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于:所述养蜂单间和蝗虫养殖区(7)底部均种植有饲料草。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖大棚,其特征在于,其特征在于:所述蝗虫养殖区(7)内设置有蝗虫孵化区。
7.一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)蜂王越冬前进行人工饲喂补充营养,饲喂蜂蜜水、苹果汁;将进入越冬后15~20天的蜂王置于控温室,将温度逐步升高到16~20℃;
(2)2~3天后蜂王苏醒后进行人工饲喂;当蜂王正常活动时,进行分笼,将蜂王单独放进筑巢室,并将温度升到23~25℃;
(3)蜂王筑巢完成后,将初巢悬挂在蜂巢固定架(804)内,将养蜂单间内温度控制在18~25℃,定期对胡蜂进行喂养;
(4)在蜂群发育到2~3层时割巢;
(5)蜂王羽化前,在蝗虫孵化区对蝗虫进行孵化,温度控制在28~35℃,湿度控制在80~90%,孵化时间控制在9~12天;
(6)将孵化的蝗虫幼虫置于蝗虫养殖区(7)进行人工喂养,15~25天后得到蝗虫成虫用于胡蜂喂养;
(7)在养蜂单间底部、蝗虫养殖区(7)底部和饲料草种植区(9)内种植饲料草,饲料草供蝗虫食用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中胡蜂幼虫饲喂活体蝗虫,初巢幼虫每天喂食蝗虫5~8只,饲料水为蜂蜜水或糖水,同时提供新鲜苹果悬挂于饲喂台(802)上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中筑巢室由筑巢区和活动区构成,筑巢区为中空箱体且底部设置有透明观察窗,且侧壁上开设有通孔,通孔上连接有圆锥形塑料网。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种胡蜂与蝗虫联合反季养殖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中饲料草种植区(9)种植玉米,养蜂单间和蝗虫养殖区(7)底部种植小麦草、狗尾巴草,总的种植面积为蝗虫养殖面积的2.5~3.5倍。
