Abstract

The invention discloses an air volume testing method of a vehicle blower, which comprises the steps of obtaining the mapping relation between the air volume output by the blower and the air pressure of a passenger compartment under the real working environment, and determining the air volume output by the blower according to the measured air pressure of the passenger compartment and the mapping relation between the air volume output by the blower and the air pressure of the passenger compartment. Background
The blower is one of the important components of the air conditioning system of a vehicle and functions to deliver cold air on the evaporator tank of the air conditioner or hot air in the warm water tank to the vehicle. The existing vehicle blower is usually a centrifugal blower, a squirrel cage induction motor or a motor with a starting winding and started by a capacitor is adopted, and the power is mostly 25-120W.
In the whole vehicle pair mapping test analysis, the air volume of the blower is an important evaluation index of the performance of the air conditioning system. Therefore, it is necessary to test the air volume of the blower in order to design the air conditioning system and analyze and optimize the performance of the air conditioning system.
In the design and model selection process of the existing vehicle blower, a blower air volume test bench is usually adopted to test the air volume of the blower. The invention aims to solve the problem that the actual performance of a vehicle air conditioning system is influenced due to the fact that the air quantity testing mode of the existing vehicle air blower causes the difference between the air quantity tested by the air blower and the actual air quantity after loading to be larger because the provided testing environment is different from the real working environment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an air volume testing method of a blower for a vehicle, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring a mapping relation between the output air volume of the blower and the air pressure of the passenger compartment in a real working environment;
and determining the output air volume of the air blower according to the measured air pressure of the passenger compartment and the mapping relation between the output air volume of the air blower and the air pressure of the passenger compartment.
Preferably, the obtaining of the mapping relationship between the output air volume of the blower and the air pressure in the passenger compartment in the real working environment includes:
providing a real working environment of the blower;
