Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of construction of existing building templates without opening holes, in particular to a template fixture without opening holes and a construction method thereof.
Background
In building construction, the traditional wood formwork system plays an irreplaceable role. When traditional wooden form system is under construction, the reinforcement of template often adopts the form of template drilling + split bolt, and the shaping effect of template drilling can all be influenced to location inaccuracy, operation workman's proficiency, and this kind of method very big increase the waste of material, be unfavorable for engineering cost's control, directly influence the usable number of times of template and the impression quality after concrete placement is accomplished.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a template opening-free clamp and a construction method thereof, wherein the template opening-free clamp can reduce reinforcing openings during construction of a shear wall template, improve the turnover efficiency of the template and realize green construction.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: the invention relates to a template drilling-free clamp which is characterized in that: the template drilling-free clamp comprises two clamps and split bolts, wherein the two clamps are connected through the split bolts.
Preferably, the two sides of the clamp are provided with the lug plates, the middle of the clamp is provided with a groove, a round hole is formed in the groove, and the split bolt is connected with the clamp through the round hole.
Preferably, the template drilling-free clamp further comprises a main keel, wherein the main keel is transversely arranged on the outer side of the clamp and is fixedly connected with the clamp through a split bolt.
Preferably, the main keel is a double-square tube or a batten.
Preferably, the template is exempted from trompil anchor clamps and is still included the secondary joist, and the vertical setting of secondary joist is between two anchor clamps, through split bolt and anchor clamps fastening connection.

The method for the template drilling-free construction by using the template drilling-free clamp is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
1) and (3) processing a clamp: performing template typesetting on structures such as a shear wall to be subjected to engineering and then performing clamp processing;
2) erecting a full shelf: according to the project template engineering construction scheme, a full scaffold system is erected to provide an operation platform for wall template construction;
3) assembling the template plane and installing a clamp: the templates at the two ends of the clamp are horizontally placed, the clamp is placed between the templates, the clamp is pressed into the reserved groove of the lug plate of the clamp, and then the outer wall surface side of the template is temporarily reinforced by battens, so that the clamp is convenient to integrally lift.
4) Hoisting the template: after the lower adjusting template is constructed, hoisting the template to ensure that the template is temporarily reinforced in place;
5) reinforcing the template: arranging the vertical secondary keels at intervals, and fixing the template and the secondary keels; then placing a transverse main keel, wherein the main keel adopts a double-steel-pipe or wood-square form, fastening two face templates after a clamp penetrates through a split bolt, and then fixing the main keel, the secondary keel and the templates;
6) leveling the board surface: after the template is erected, a vertical line is marked on the board surface by using an infrared laser level meter to serve as a base line, and the verticality and the flatness of the board surface are adjusted;
7) node processing, namely, because the wall surface has a corner, the corner part adopts a common reinforcing mode to carry out hole forming and reinforcing on the template; the support rods are arranged in advance in the wall body reinforcing steel bars, so that the size of the section of the wall body is ensured;
8) removing the template: and the template dismounting sequence is strictly carried out according to the template construction scheme, namely supporting first and dismounting later.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. The requirements of green construction are met, materials are saved in the using process, material waste is reduced, and the requirements of green construction are met.
3. After the use, the detachable and reusable mask is convenient to disassemble and use in a turnover way, and can be reused after being slightly corrected.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the structure of the embodiment of the invention comprises two clamps 1, a main keel 5, a secondary keel 7 and split bolts 2, wherein the two clamps 1 are connected through the split bolts 2. The two sides of the clamp 1 are provided with the ear plates 3, the middle of the clamp is provided with the groove 4, the circular hole 6 is arranged in the groove 4, and the split bolt 2 is connected with the clamp 1 through the circular hole 6. The main joist 5 transversely sets up in anchor clamps 1 outside, through split bolt 2 and anchor clamps 1 fastening connection, main joist 5 is double square pipe or flitch. The vertical setting of secondary joist 7 is between two anchor clamps 1, through split bolt 2 and anchor clamps 1 fastening connection, and secondary joist 7 is square pipe or flitch. The split bolts 2 are a plurality of and are uniformly distributed on the clamp 1, the split screw rods adopt phi 16 basement outer wall wearable water stop screw rods, and the clamp 1 is made of stainless steel.
In the specific implementation, the clamp 1 is formed by processing stainless steel plates, wood templates on two sides are placed on ear plates 3 of the clamp 1, after the positions of the templates are fixed, square steel pipes are vertically placed to serve as secondary keels 7, two square pipes are transversely placed in the center of each clamp 1 to serve as main keels 5, the distance between the square pipes is equal to the width of the templates, and the bottom and the top of the square pipes are reinforced. The specific construction method of the invention is as follows:

4) Hoisting the template: after the lower adjusting template is constructed, hoisting the template to ensure that the template is temporarily reinforced in place;
5) reinforcing the template: arranging the vertical secondary keels 7 at intervals of 300mm, and fixing the template with the secondary keels 7; then placing a transverse main keel 5, wherein the main keel 5 is in a double-steel-pipe or wood-square form, fastening templates on two sides after a clamp 1 penetrates through a split bolt 2, and then fixing the main keel 5, a secondary keel 7 and the templates;
6) leveling the board surface: after the template is erected, a vertical line is marked on the board surface by using an infrared laser level meter to serve as a base line, and the verticality and the flatness of the board surface are adjusted;
7) node processing, namely, because the wall surface has a corner, the corner part adopts a common reinforcing mode to carry out hole forming and reinforcing on the template; the support rods are arranged in advance in the wall body reinforcing steel bars, so that the size of the section of the wall body is ensured; according to the design requirement of a deepening drawing, a groove 4 is 15mm wide and actually 5mm more, and a sponge rubber strip is required for plugging;
8) removing the template: and the template dismounting sequence is strictly carried out according to the template construction scheme, namely supporting first and dismounting later.
And strictly forbidding violent disassembly when the clamp is disassembled.
