The sleeve 5 moves along the rail groove 61, thereby achieving the right and left sliding of the panel.
As shown in fig. 15 to 20, the inner wall of the sleeve 5 is schematically illustrated. As shown in fig. 15, the pressing head 3 is engaged with the movable tube 4 in an initial state, and at this time, one end of the first wedge-shaped column 31 in the first groove 51 abuts against the limit step 53, and the other end abuts against the second wedge-shaped column 41. As shown in fig. 16, when the first wedge post 31 slides along the first groove 51, the wedge-shaped slope of the second wedge post 41 is in the same direction as the slope of the triangular groove 522. As shown in fig. 17, the first wedge post 31 slides into the triangular groove 522 along the inclined surface of the triangular groove 522, and is engaged with the triangular groove 522. As shown in fig. 18, the first wedge-shaped post 31 in the second groove 521 pushes the second wedge-shaped post 41 out of the triangular groove 522, so that the wedge-shaped slope of the second wedge-shaped post 41 is in the same direction as the tangent surface 523. As shown in fig. 19, the first wedge post 31 slides down the cut surface 523 into the first groove 51. As shown in fig. 20, the first wedge post 31 and the second wedge post 41 enter the first groove 51 and return to the initial position.
The press-telescoping process of the assembled wall panel of the present embodiment is as follows:
when pressing panel 1, the motion of panel 1 drive presser head 3, the 41 post motions of first wedge post 31 linkage second wedge in the first recess 51, when second wedge post 41 moves to the inclined plane of wedge inclined plane and triangular groove 522 and is in same direction, the 41 post landing of second wedge can be along the inclined plane of triangular groove 522 to the triangular groove 522 in, and second wedge post 41 is when sliding to the triangular groove 522, the wedge inclined plane butt in the first wedge post 31 of second recess 521 for first wedge post 31 falls back to first recess 51 in, second wedge post 41 and triangular groove 522 joint mutually.
When the panel 1 is pressed again, the panel 1 drives the pressing head 3 to move, the first wedge-shaped column 31 in the second groove 521 moves, the second wedge-shaped column 41 in the triangular groove 522 is ejected, and the spring 44 is compressed. When the second wedge-shaped column 41 moves to a position where the wedge-shaped inclined plane and the tangent plane 523 are in the same direction, the spring 44 is restored from the compressed state, and under the action of the spring force, the second wedge-shaped column 41 slides down into the first groove 51 along the tangent plane 523 until the first wedge-shaped column 31 abuts against the limit step 53 again. At this time, the pressing head 3 and the movable tube 4 are returned to the initial positions, thereby completing the rotation between the pressing head 3 and the movable tube 4.
The installation steps of the assembled wall panel sliding assembly of the embodiment are as follows:
specifically, the pressing head, the sleeve and the movable pipe are assembled, the pressing head is inserted into the sleeve, and the first wedge-shaped column is matched with the first groove and the second groove respectively so that the first wedge-shaped column is abutted against the limiting step; then inserting the movable tube into the cavity of the pressing head, and moving the second wedge-shaped column along the first groove until the second wedge-shaped column is abutted against the first wedge-shaped column; and finally, sleeving the spring on the boss of the movable pipe. (see fig. 12)
The threaded hole of the movable base and the thread of the sleeve are rotatably installed, so that the thread abuts against the limiting groove, and the spring abuts against the inner groove. And the screw thread of the pressing head is matched with the fixed seat in a rotating way, so that the assembly of the pressing telescopic assembly is completed. (see, e.g., FIGS. 13 to 14)
And a bolt or a bolt penetrates through the fixed seat by using a pistol drill so as to be fixed at a preset position on the back surface of the panel. Four fixing seats are preset on each panel, the pressing head is rotatably connected with the fixing seats through threads, and each panel corresponds to four groups of pressing telescopic assemblies. (see, e.g., FIGS. 6-7)
Two parallel rail keels are fixed on the original wall by screws, and wheels of the movable base are clamped in the rail keels along the sliding rail grooves. (as in FIG. 1)
As shown in fig. 21 to 22, the panels and other wall panels are in the same plane, and when the panels are pressed down, the panels move down, the plane of the panels being lower than the plane of the other panels; when a force is applied to the left, the panel slides to the left to expose the equipment belt. When the wall panel is closed, force is applied rightwards, the panel slides leftwards to the set position, the panel is pressed downwards, the panel moves upwards, and the panel returns to the original position and is flush with other wall panels.
The equipment belt of this embodiment can hide inside the panel, and indoor wall is decorative more pleasing to the eye. The panel is opened in a pressing sliding mode, and compared with a vertical hinged door mode, the panel does not occupy the space in the sleeve and is convenient to open; compare in moving the door, the track is built-in, presses the dislocation earlier, and the horizontal slip is again, and equipment area is accomplished the face and is leveled with whole wall, does not have the arch, and is more humanized, prevents to cause the bruise to convenient clearance health. The installation mode adopts the all-dry construction, and the installation is quick, environment-friendly and pollution-free.
Example 2:
the present embodiment provides an assembled wall panel sliding assembly, which is different from embodiment 1 in that:
in the embodiment, only two fixed seats are required to be installed on the panel, and the distance between the two fixed seats corresponds to the distance between two rail keels which are fixed on the original wall in parallel; meanwhile, the pressing head, the movable pipe, the sleeve and the movable base are correspondingly arranged two times respectively, and the assembly of the pressing head, the movable pipe, the sleeve and the movable base is completed, so that the panel can move up or down or slide left and right, the material is saved, the assembly and the disassembly are convenient, and the operation is simple.
Other specific configurations can refer to embodiment 1.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
