Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种造纸工艺,尤其涉及一种造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺。
背景技术
一般采用原生木浆和废纸木浆两种原料,其中,原生木浆具有更好的耐破度和性能,但成本较高,对森林、水、电消耗较大,同时污染物排放较多。从可持续发展的角度,行业内的趋势是尽可能减少原生木浆的使用,节约有生资源,尽可能地回收利用可再生资源。而废纸木浆则是一种十分重要的可再生资料,其造纸生产成本较低,但仍存在产能不足的问题。
发明内容
因此,针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种的新型造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺。
一种造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将乌本木渣浆原料通过链板机上料到水力碎浆机碎解,经疏解机疏解后进入卸料池,所述卸料池连接双圆盘磨机的入口,双圆盘磨机的出口连接磨后池,所述双圆盘磨机的另一口连接于双圆盘磨机的入口,经双圆盘磨机处理后的一级良浆流入到磨后池,所产生的二级良浆回流到入口并在双圆盘磨机上再一次研磨,使浆料能在盘磨循环打浆,乌本木渣浆加入量:70-100kg/吨纸;
(2)、通过将原生木浆、乌本木渣浆、美废长纤浆、美废短纤浆、国废长纤浆、国废短纤浆合理调配按一定比例送至面、芯、底纸机配浆池内混合均匀;
(3)、将面、芯、底配配浆池的配浆分别通过管道转移到面、芯、底纸机成浆池内,在转移过程中,同时加入增强剂,所述增强剂可以为阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺或阳离子淀粉,增强剂添加量:8-10kg/吨纸;
(4)、面、芯、底纸机成浆池内的纸浆再经过网部、压部、前干部、施胶淀粉工艺处理、后干部、压光机、卷取、成品包装,其中,进入网部时,同时加入干强剂,所述干强剂可以为阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉;干强剂与纤维能形成氢键结合的高聚物,干强剂添加量为40-50kg/吨纸,施胶淀粉添加量为40-50kg/吨纸。
进一步地,在步骤(2)中,原生木浆乌本木渣浆、美废长纤浆、美废短纤浆、国废长纤浆、国废短纤浆的质量百分比为6:9:30:25:20:10。
本发明一种造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺的有益效果在于:本发明优化目前化工添加工艺,在乌本木渣浆替代部分原生木浆和美废的情况下,通过优化调整干强剂、增强剂、施胶淀粉的用量,保证优质环保牛皮箱板纸达到出厂标准和客户要求,合理的化工添加工艺,有效的提高成纸的耐破强度,保证成纸质量;并且通过技术改造解决了对乌本木渣浆难以处理的纤维束,使渣浆可以替代原生的针叶木浆使用,并有效的降低整体的浆料成本,变废为宝;美废用量少,减少对美废的依赖程度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的技术方案能更清晰地表示出来,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺,用于生产成品纸,该造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、将乌本木渣浆原料通过链板机上料到水力碎浆机碎解,经疏解机疏解后进入卸料池,所述卸料池连接双圆盘磨机的入口,双圆盘磨机的出口连接磨后池,所述双圆盘磨机的另一口连接于双圆盘磨机的入口,经双圆盘磨机处理后的一级良浆流入到磨后池,所产生的二级良浆回流到入口并在双圆盘磨机上再一次研磨,使浆料能在盘磨循环打浆;在不损坏乌本木纤维性质和结构的前提下,把难以处理的木浆渣通过研磨进一步提升纤维帚化度,使原本难以分解的纤维束得到分解,乌本木渣浆加入量:70-100kg/吨纸;
(2)、通过将原生木浆6%、乌本木渣浆9%、美废长纤浆30%、美废短纤浆25%、国废长纤浆20%、国废短纤浆10%合理调配按一定比例送至面、芯、底纸机配浆池内混合均匀,保证纤维间的结合强度和脱水能力,从而得到优质环保牛皮箱板纸面、芯、底层浆料;
(3)、将面、芯、底配配浆池的配浆分别通过管道转移到面、芯、底纸机成浆池内,在转移过程中,同时加入增强剂,所述增强剂可以为阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺或阳离子淀粉,增强剂添加量:8-10kg/吨纸;
(4)、面、芯、底纸机成浆池内的纸浆再经过网部、压部、前干部、施胶淀粉工艺处理、后干部、压光机、卷取、成品包装,其中,进入网部时,同时加入干强剂,所述干强剂可以为阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉;干强剂与纤维能形成氢键结合的高聚物,以提高结合力和纤维本身的强度,干强剂添加量:40-50kg/吨纸,施胶淀粉添加量:40-50kg/吨纸。

Claims (2)
1.一种造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将乌本木渣浆原料通过链板机上料到水力碎浆机碎解,经疏解机疏解后进入卸料池,所述卸料池连接双圆盘磨机的入口,双圆盘磨机的出口连接磨后池,所述双圆盘磨机的另一口连接于双圆盘磨机的入口,经双圆盘磨机处理后的一级良浆流入到磨后池,所产生的二级良浆回流到入口并在双圆盘磨机上再一次研磨,使浆料能在盘磨循环打浆,乌本木渣浆加入量:70-100kg/吨纸;
(2)、通过将原生木浆、乌本木渣浆、美废长纤浆、美废短纤浆、国废长纤浆、国废短纤浆合理调配按一定比例送至面、芯、底纸机配浆池内混合均匀;
(3)、将面、芯、底配配浆池的配浆分别通过管道转移到面、芯、底纸机成浆池内,在转移过程中,同时加入增强剂,所述增强剂可以为阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺或阳离子淀粉,增强剂添加量:8-10kg/吨纸;
(4)、面、芯、底纸机成浆池内的纸浆再经过网部、压部、前干部、施胶淀粉工艺处理、后干部、压光机、卷取、成品包装,其中,进入网部时,同时加入干强剂,所述干强剂可以为阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉;干强剂与纤维能形成氢键结合的高聚物,干强剂添加量为40-50kg/吨纸,施胶淀粉添加量为40-50kg/吨纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸替代纤维乌本木渣浆工艺,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,原生木浆乌本木渣浆、美废长纤浆、美废短纤浆、国废长纤浆、国废短纤浆的质量百分比为6:9:30:25:20:10。
