At this time, it is preferable that the numbers of the second vacuum suction nozzle 6111 and the third vacuum suction nozzle 6121 are the same as the number of the material taking mechanism 52, and the second vacuum suction nozzle 6111 and the third vacuum suction nozzle 6121 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and it is preferable that the numbers of the third vertical driving mechanism 6113 and the fourth vertical driving mechanism 6122 are the same as the numbers of the second vacuum suction nozzle 6111 and the third vacuum suction nozzle 6121, respectively, and the number of the first horizontal driving mechanism 6112 is one.
