The working principle is as follows: when the mixer works and manufactures cement, the lower motor 3 starts to work, at this time, the buffer board 61 on the surface of the support table 6 for supporting the motor 3 absorbs a part of the vibration generated by the motor 3, then the spring 62 is fed back, the spring 62 deforms to absorb the vibration generated by the motor 3, after the mixer is used, a worker can connect a water pipe to the water filling port 71 arranged on the surface of the connecting pipe 7, then the motor 3 is opened to drive the cleaning device 5 at the upper end and the spiral column 72 inside the connecting pipe 7 to rotate, meanwhile, the spiral column 72 sends water into the booster water pump 53 at the upper end, finally, high-pressure water is sprayed into the mixing drum 1 from the filter screen 52 through the nozzle 54, meanwhile, the mixing blade 4 rotates to drive the scraping blade 41 below to clean the concrete residue at the bottom of the mixing drum 1, the high-pressure water column of the nozzle 54 cleans the wall, water is discharged from the water outlet 8.
