When the long sliding column 33 pushes downwards, the ratchet bar 38 slides over the ratchet wheel 35, when the long sliding column 33 moves upwards, the ratchet bar 38 drives the ratchet wheel 35 to rotate, meanwhile, the gear 36 rotates to drive the rack 34 to move, the rack 34 is fixedly connected with the rectangular rod 39, the rectangular rod 39 also moves, meanwhile, the discharge baffle 42 is driven, and the discharge baffle 42 can be opened and closed automatically through pressing.
As shown in FIG. 1, a material receiving box 50 is further included, the material receiving box 50 is arranged above the bottom plate 3, and the material receiving box 50 is in contact with the bottom plate 3.
When the cut food material falls down, the receiving box 50 can collect the cut medicinal materials.

1. A slicing machine for food processing is characterized by comprising a support (1), a guide rail frame (2), a bottom plate (3), a rectangular box (8), a supporting rod (11), a connecting rod (12), a reciprocating mechanism and a pressing mechanism, wherein the support (1) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (3), the guide rail frame (2) and the rectangular box (8), the guide rail frame (2) is arranged above the bottom plate (3), the rectangular box (8) is arranged above the guide rail frame (2), the guide rail frame (2) is provided with the reciprocating mechanism, the reciprocating mechanism is in sliding connection with the guide rail frame (2), the reciprocating mechanism is in sliding connection with the rectangular box (8), the supporting rod (11) is fixed on the outer side wall of the rectangular box (8), the connecting rod (12) is fixed at the top end of the supporting rod (11), the pressing device is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting rod (12), the reciprocating mechanism and the pressing mechanism form a slicing mode, the pressing mechanism is fixed below one end of the connecting rod (12) and used for pressing food raw materials in the rectangular box (8).

The slicer according to claim 1, wherein the reciprocating mechanism comprises a motor (4), a rotary plate (5), a long rectangular rod (6), a cutting knife (7) and a cutting blade (701), the motor (4) is mounted on the bottom plate (3), the rotary plate (5) is fixed on an output shaft of the motor (4), the long rectangular rod (6) is rotatably connected to an eccentric position of the rotary plate (5), the other end of the long rectangular rod (6) is rotatably connected with the cutting knife (7), a pair of cutting blades (701) are symmetrically embedded on the cutting knife (7), the cutting blade (701) is higher than the horizontal plane of the cutting knife (7), and a gap for sliding off the cut traditional Chinese medicine is reserved between the cutting blade (701) and the cutting knife (7).

The slicing machine for food processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing plate (9), a connecting shaft (10), a connecting base (13), a sliding rail (14), a sliding block (15), a connecting head (16), an air cylinder (17) and a pushing plate (18), the connecting shaft (10) is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the rectangular box (8), the connecting shaft (10) is fixedly installed on one side of the pressing plate (9), the connecting base (13) is fixed above one side of the pressing plate (9), the sliding rail (14) is installed on the connecting base (13), the sliding block (15) is slidably connected with the sliding rail (14), the connecting head (16) is rotatably connected with the sliding block (15), the air cylinder (17) is fixedly connected above the connecting head (16), and the pushing plate (18) is fixedly installed at the lowest end of the air cylinder (17.

The slicing machine for food processing according to claim 3, further comprising a support plate (19), a tray (20), a fixed shaft (21), a slide bar (22), a rectangular slide plate (23), a first spring (24), a fixed frame (25), a large cylinder (26), a rectangular bar (27) and a small cylinder (28), wherein the support plate (19) is fixedly installed at the left side of the rectangular box (8), the fixed shaft (21) is fixedly connected with the rectangular box (8), the tray (20) is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft (21), the tray (20) is in contact with the support plate (19), the fixed frame (25) is fixedly connected with the rectangular box (8), the rectangular slide plate (23) is installed in the fixed frame (25), the rectangular slide plate (23) is slidably connected with the fixed frame (25), the slide bar (22) is fixedly connected with the rectangular slide plate (23), and the slide bar (22) is slidably connected with the fixed frame (25), a first spring (24) is sleeved on the sliding rod (22), a large cylinder (26) is fixed on the rectangular sliding plate (23), the rectangular rod (27) is fixedly connected with the large cylinder (26), the small cylinder (28) is rotatably connected with the rectangular rod (27), and the small cylinder (28) is rotatably connected with the tray (20).
