Background
The aluminum veneer is a building decoration material which is processed and formed by adopting fluorocarbon spraying technology after chromizing and other treatments. The fluorocarbon coating mainly comprises polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR 500), and is divided into three types of priming paint, finishing paint and varnish. The spraying process is generally classified as two, three or four coats. The fluorocarbon coating has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, can resist acid rain, salt mist and various air pollutants, has excellent cold and heat resistance, can resist the irradiation of strong ultraviolet rays, can keep colorfast and not chalking for a long time, and has long service life. In the processing procedure of the aluminum veneer product, the surface of the raw material plate usually has stains such as oil stains which can affect the subsequent spraying process, so the surface of the plate needs to be cleaned before the specific processing procedure is put into operation to remove the stains and impurities.
The prior Chinese patent with the publication number of CN209736185U discloses a cleaning device before spraying aluminum veneers, which comprises a cleaning table, wherein a conveyor is arranged on the upper surface of the cleaning table, fixed plates are arranged on both sides of the middle part of the conveyor, a guide rod is fixedly connected between the two fixed plates, a lead screw is arranged between the two fixed plates through a bearing in a matching way, the lead screw is connected with a movable block through a lead screw nut, the guide rod penetrates through a through hole on the side surface of the movable block, an inverted U-shaped bracket is arranged at the position of the upper surface of the cleaning table, which is positioned at the rear side of the fixed plates, two arms of the inverted U-shaped bracket are respectively positioned at both sides of the conveyor, opposite liquid pumping pumps and liquid storage tanks are sequentially arranged at the positions of the rear side of the upper surface of the cleaning table, liquid inlet holes of the liquid pumping pumps are connected with the inner cavities of the liquid storage tanks through elbows, the liquid, the quantity of shower nozzle is two at least, the position that the front side of clean bench upper surface is located the transmitter both sides all is equipped with the water pump.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the aluminum veneer cleaning equipment comprises a base 1, wherein a cleaning box 2 with a hollow inner part is fixedly installed on the base 1, the cleaning box 2 is integrally rectangular, a feeding hole 21 is formed in one side wall of the cleaning box 2, a discharging hole 22 is formed in the side wall opposite to the feeding hole 21, the feeding hole 21 and the discharging hole 22 are communicated with the inner part of the cleaning box 2, and the feeding hole 21 and the discharging hole 22 are positioned in the length direction of the cleaning box 2; the base 1 is fixedly provided with a transmission frame 3, the transmission frame 3 comprises support rods 31 positioned at two ends of the length direction of the cleaning box 2, each support rod 31 is provided with two transmission wheels 32, four transmission wheels 32 are wound with transmission belts 33, the transmission belts 33 penetrate through the cleaning box 2 through a feed inlet 21 and a discharge outlet 22, the support rod 31 at one side is fixedly connected with a motor, an output shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with one transmission wheel 32, the transmission belt 33 is fixedly connected with a fixing device 4, the fixing device 4 can fix an aluminum single plate, and when the fixing device 4 fixes the aluminum single plate, the aluminum single plate is in a vertical state, meanwhile, the plate surface of the aluminum veneer is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 33 (namely parallel to the side walls on the two sides of the length direction of the cleaning box 2), a cleaning device for cleaning the aluminum veneer is arranged on the inner side walls of the cleaning box 2 on the two sides of the conveying belt 33, and a water collecting tank 23 is integrally arranged below the cleaning device at the bottom of the cleaning box 2.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fixing device 4 includes a fixing plate 41, the fixing plate 41 is fixedly connected to the conveyor belt 33 through a bolt, a length direction of the fixing plate 41 is parallel to a conveying direction of the conveyor belt 33, two sets of fixing members 42 are disposed on the fixing plate 41, the two sets of fixing members 42 are disposed at two ends of the fixing plate 41 respectively, each fixing member 42 includes a first fixing block 421 and a second fixing block 422 which are disposed oppositely, the first fixing block 421 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 41, and the second fixing block 422 is slidably connected to the fixing plate 41 in a direction toward the first fixing block 421, an adjusting device is disposed on the fixing plate 41, and the adjusting device can change a position of the second fixing block 422 to move the second fixing block 422 toward or away from.
Referring to fig. 3, a sliding groove 43 is formed in the fixing plate 41, the sliding groove 43 is located at the position of the second fixing block 422 and extends towards the first fixing block 421, a sliding block 4221 connected in the sliding groove 43 is integrally connected to the second fixing block 422, the adjusting device includes a threaded lead screw 44 connected in the sliding groove 43 in a rotating manner, the threaded lead screw 44 is arranged along the length direction of the sliding groove 43, the sliding block 4221 is in threaded sleeve connection with the threaded lead screw 44, one end, far away from the first fixing block 421, of the threaded lead screw 44 penetrates through the fixing plate 41, the threaded lead screw 44 is rotated by a worker for convenience, and a rocking wheel 45 is coaxially connected to one end, located outside the fixing plate 41, of the threaded lead screw.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the cleaning assembly includes a plurality of scavenge pipes 5 that set up along conveyer belt 33 direction of transfer interval, scavenge pipe 5 is located the position that is close to feed inlet 21 in wasing case 2, scavenge pipe 5 passes through ferrule fixed connection on the inner wall of wasing case 2, scavenge pipe 5 wholly is the arc, scavenge pipe 5 is located conveyer belt 33 top, but the height at scavenge pipe 5 both ends is less than the height of conveyer belt 33, the even interval intercommunication of length direction along scavenge pipe 5 on scavenge pipe 5 is provided with a plurality of shower nozzles 51, shower nozzle 51 is along incline direction towards conveyer belt 33, the one end intercommunication of scavenge pipe 5 is provided with inlet tube 52, inlet tube 52 extends to outside washing case 2, inlet tube 52 and outside water source intercommunication.
When cleaning, water flows into the water inlet pipe 52, the water enters the cleaning pipe 5 and is sprayed out through the spray head 51 on the cleaning pipe 5, the spray head 51 is inclined towards the conveyor belt 33, so that the direction of the water sprayed out by the spray head 51 is also inclined towards the aluminum single plate, and the cleaning pipe 5 is positioned above the conveyor belt 33, so that the water sprayed out by the spray head 51 can wash away dirt on the surface of the aluminum single plate.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate recycling of water resources, a filtering layer is arranged in the water collecting tank 23, the filtering layer comprises two layers of mesh plates 231 and a sponge plate 232, the mesh plates 231 are welded in the water collecting tank 23, the sponge plate 232 is located between the two layers of mesh plates 231, water after cleaning of the aluminum single plates can be filtered by the mesh plates 231 and the sponge plate 232, the bottom of the water collecting tank 23 is communicated with a water drainage pipe 233, the water drainage pipe 233 extends out of the cleaning tank 2, and one end of the water drainage pipe 233, which is far away from the water collecting tank 23, is communicated with a water storage tank 234; the filtered water is fed through a drain pipe 233 into a storage tank 234 for storage and utilization when needed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in order to reduce the moisture attached to the aluminum veneer after cleaning, a plurality of blowpipes 6 are arranged in the cleaning box 2 and at positions close to the discharge port 22, the blowpipes 6 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cleaning box 2 through pipe hoops, the blowpipes 6 are respectively located on the inner walls at two sides of the length direction of the conveyor belt 33, a plurality of air outlets 61 are formed in the blowpipes 6, the air outlets 61 face the positions of the conveyor belt 33, an air pump 62 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cleaning box 2, and the output end of the air pump 62 is communicated with the blowpipes 6; start air pump 62 pump and go into in air to blowpipe 6, air gets into and flows out from exhaust vent 61 in the blowpipe 6 after, because exhaust vent 61 is towards conveyer belt 33, consequently when the position of blowpipe 6 is passed through to the aluminium veneer, the air that exhaust vent 61 blew out alright air-dry to the aluminium veneer with forming wind.
Referring to fig. 2, a water guiding groove 24 is formed in the position, located on the bottom wall of the cleaning pipe 5, of the blowing pipe 6, the water guiding groove 24 extends towards the water collecting groove 23, the water guiding groove 24 is communicated with the water collecting groove 23, so that water falling off when the aluminum veneer moves can be collected, and waste of water resources is further reduced.
The implementation principle of the aluminum veneer cleaning equipment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when using this cleaning equipment, the staff passes through fixing device 4 with the aluminium veneer and fixes to conveyer belt 33 on, starter motor afterwards to with inlet tube 52 and outside water source intercommunication, the aluminium veneer is vertical state this moment, and the face of aluminium veneer is parallel with the direction of transfer of conveyer belt 33, starts inside conveyer belt 33 drives the aluminium veneer and passes through feed inlet 21 entering washing case 2.
When the aluminium veneer moved to the position of cleaning tube 5, shower nozzle 51 spun water can erode the aluminium veneer on cleaning tube 5, and because the face of aluminium veneer washs the lateral wall of case 2 and is parallel, consequently cleaning tube 5 can wash two faces of aluminium veneer simultaneously to make belt cleaning device complete more to the washing of aluminium veneer, and the sewage after the washing can get into and collect in the catch bowl 23, reduce the water wasting of resources.
