the sorting device (4) comprises: the goods sorting device comprises an outer circular line conveying belt (41) and an inner circular line conveying belt (42) which are annularly distributed in an inner circular mode and an outer circular line mode, a feeding conveying mechanism (2) is connected to the outer circular line conveying belt (41) for feeding, a goods recognition mechanism (3) connected to a controller (7) is arranged on the outer circular line conveying belt (41) and located at the feeding position, the outer circular line conveying belt (41) and the inner circular line conveying belt (42) are connected through a plurality of part goods caching and sorting devices (43), and a goods carrying box (5) can move on the inner circular line conveying belt (42) along with the outer circular line conveying belt and can enter and exit from a goods inlet and outlet;
the classified goods caching and sorting devices (43) are connected to the controller (7) and at least correspond to one material of the same type, the same model or the same type for feeding storage and discharging, the classified goods caching and sorting devices (4) are distributed between the outer circular line conveyor belt (41) and the inner circular line conveyor belt (42) in a surrounding manner, the feeding ports are butted to the outer circular line conveyor belt (41), and the discharging ports are butted to the inner circular line conveyor belt (42);
a box feeding mechanism connected to the inner loop conveyor belt (42) and capable of leading an empty cargo box (5) therefrom into the inner loop conveyor belt (42) under the control of a signal from the controller (7);
and the delivery mechanism is connected to the inner ring line conveyor belt (42) and can pick the cargo carrying box (5) from the inner ring line conveyor belt (42) under the signal control of the controller (7).
2. The automated tally sorting logistics system of claim 1 wherein:
the controller (7) is used for acquiring the type of each single cargo entering the outer loop conveyor belt (41) and designating a classified cargo caching and sorting device (43) corresponding to the type, and calculating the time information of the single cargo moving from the outer loop conveyor belt (41) to the corresponding classified cargo caching and sorting device (43), so that the corresponding classified cargo caching and sorting device (43) can be controlled to sort the single cargo at an accurate time point;
the controller (7) is also arranged to control individual magazines (5) entering the inner loop conveyor (42) to be matched to an order information, and based on the order information, the corresponding types of goods in the information are distributed with the classified goods cache sorting device (43) correspondingly, and according to the time and the position information of the single goods carrying case (5) entering the inner loop line conveying belt (42), the time of all matched classified goods cache sorting devices (43) for completing the order information is calculated, the corresponding classified goods cache sorting devices (43) can be controlled to drop the goods into the goods carrying case (5) at an accurate time point, and calculating the position and time information of the delivery mechanism of the first pass after the single container (5) completes the order, the individual magazines (5) are transferred at corresponding times from the inner endless conveyor (42) to the delivery device for the purpose of delivery.

The automated tally sorting logistics system of claim 1 wherein the sort cargo buffer sorting device (43) comprises a feed telescopic push rod (431), a cargo buffer sorting device body (432), a blanking conveyor belt (433), wherein: the feeding telescopic push rod (431) is installed outside the outer circular line conveying belt (41) and can stretch out to push down the goods on the outer circular line conveying belt into the goods caching and sorting device body (432), the blanking conveying belt (433) is located at the bottom of the goods caching and sorting device body (432), the tail end of the blanking conveying belt is butted above the inner circular line conveying belt (42), and the goods in the goods caching and sorting device body (432) can be blanked into the goods carrying box (5) on the inner circular line conveying belt (42).

The automated tally sorting logistics system of claim 4 wherein the goods buffer sorting device body (432) is provided with a plurality of storage conveyor belts (434) with opposite running directions, the goods sequentially fall into each storage conveyor belt (434) in a serpentine shape, and finally are discharged from the bottommost storage conveyor belt (434) to the inner circular conveyor belt (42).

The automated tally sorting logistics system of claim 1 wherein the box feeding mechanism and the box discharging mechanism are formed by two conveyor belts with opposite conveying directions, the box discharging mechanism is a goods discharging conveyor belt (61), the box feeding mechanism is a goods feeding conveyor belt (62) for empty containers (5) to enter, the containers (5) enter the goods discharging conveyor belt (61) from the inner ring line conveyor belt (42) through the flap device to complete the goods discharging;
the outlet of the feeding conveyor belt (62) is connected with the inner loop conveyor belt (42) and is used for feeding empty cargo boxes (5) into the inner loop conveyor belt (42).

The automated tally sorting logistics system of claim 6 wherein the shipping conveyor (61) is provided with an RFID reader/writer (64) connected to the controller (7) near the end of the inner loop conveyor (42), the totes (5) are provided with an adapted RFID card, and the RFID reader/writer (64) is used to determine the time and location information of the ejection of the totes (5) from the inner loop conveyor (42), respectively.
