When the arm lifting handle 5 is pulled back and forth, the arm lifting block 17 can be moved back and forth by the arm lifting lever 16. The first one-way gear 23 and the second one-way gear 40 cannot rotate with the shaft fixedly connected therewith in the forward rotation, and can rotate with the shaft fixedly connected therewith in the reverse rotation. The worm wheel shaft 30 drives the large gear 32 to rotate through the small gear 31 fixed with the worm wheel shaft (the number of teeth of the large gear 32 is larger than that of the small gear 31), the large gear 32 drives the angle gear 13 to rotate through the output gear 33 fixed with the large gear 32, and therefore the angle change of the backup plate 3 relative to the fixing plate 2 can be achieved.
In summary, when the patient drives the two arm lifting handles 5 to move, the first one-way shaft can be driven to rotate continuously, so that the grooved wheel 25 can rotate intermittently (each time the grooved wheel rotates 60 degrees), the bidirectional gear shaft 28 can rotate intermittently and can rotate forward and backward, and therefore, the intermittent angle change between the backup plate 3 and the fixed plate 2 can be realized through the speed reduction transmission from the small gear 31 to the large gear 32 and the worm gear group, and the lying and sitting posture change of the patient during exercise can be realized.
As shown in fig. 8-9, both of the arm-separating seats 7 are slidably connected to the top bracket 6; the center of the arm separating seat 7 is respectively connected with an arm separating screw rod 34 which can move up and down in a sliding way, and the bottom end of the arm separating screw rod 34 is respectively fixedly connected with the arm separating handle 8 at the corresponding position; the periphery of the upper and lower arm-separating screw rods 34 of the arm-separating seat 7 is respectively in threaded connection with arm-separating nuts 35; an arm separating spring 36 is sleeved on the periphery of the arm separating screw 34 between the arm separating nut 35 and the arm separating seat 7 on the upper side; the positions of the two distribution nuts 35 are adjusted, the vertical positions of the arm-separating screw 34 and the arm-separating handle 8 at the bottom of the arm-separating screw can be changed, and the device can be adaptively adjusted.
The arm dividing seats 7 are respectively hinged with arm dividing rods 37 capable of horizontally swinging, a second rack 39 capable of moving back and forth is connected to the rear side of the top support 6 in a sliding mode, the front end of the second rack 39 is fixedly connected with arm dividing blocks 38, and the arm dividing rods 37 are respectively hinged to the left side and the right side of the arm dividing blocks 38;

the third shaft 43 is connected with a fourth shaft 44 through a bevel gear set, and the fourth shaft 44 is connected with a fifth shaft 46 through a telescopic universal joint 45; the fourth shaft 44 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the backup plate 3; the fifth shaft 46 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the fixed plate 2.
When the patient controls the two arm-dividing seats 7 to reciprocate relatively, the arm-dividing block 38 can reciprocate back and forth through the arm-dividing rod 37, so that the second one-way shaft can be driven to rotate continuously through the second one-way gear 40, and the rotation can be transmitted to the fourth shaft 44 through the bevel gear set and the shaft to realize the transmission of power.
Due to the existence of the telescopic universal joint 45 (prior art, not described in detail), power transmission can be realized when the angle between the backup plate 3 and the fixed plate 2 changes, and the fifth shaft 46 is further driven to rotate.

Since the pitch circle radius of the intermittent gear 49 is larger than that of the bending gear 50, the bending gear 50 can make one or more revolutions when the intermittent gear 49 rotates by 120 °.
