Fourth embodiment
The embodiment protects a preparation method of a breakable blind plate, wherein the breakable blind plate is a three-layer structure made of high borosilicate glass, and the high borosilicate glass comprises the following components:
80% of quartz sand;
10 percent of borax;
5% of boric acid;
3% of aluminum hydroxide;
2% of sodium chloride;
the outermost layer and the innermost layer in the three-layer structure are prepared by a 15MPa pressure blowing method, and the middle layer is prepared by a normal pressure rotary blowing method;
the breakable blind breaks into powder under the impact of the striker.
The three-layer structure is made of high borosilicate glass, and the difference is that the adopted process method is different, the outermost layer and the innermost layer are prepared by a 15MPa pressure blowing method, and the pressure-bearing strength is high, such as 33-55 MPa; the intermediate layer is prepared by a normal pressure blowing method, and has low pressure-bearing strength.
The outermost layer of glass is firstly contacted with the drilling fluid and is also firstly pressurized by the drilling fluid, so that high bearing pressure is required, when the highest bearing pressure is exceeded, the glass is cracked, and the bearing strength of the middle layer is lower than that of the outermost layer, so that the middle layer of glass is cracked almost simultaneously, and the next innermost layer of glass is cracked, namely the three layers of glass are crushed into powder layer by layer in the sequence of the outermost layer, the middle layer and the innermost layer in a short time, so that the safety is high.
Different from the traditional floating collar inner blind plate, the breakable blind plate of the embodiment adopts the high borosilicate glass with special components, the borax, the boric acid and the sodium chloride are added on the basis of the quartz sand and the aluminum hydroxide, the content of each component is determined through a plurality of tests, and the breakable blind plate is in a powder state instead of a particle state after being broken by combining different production processes with three-layer structures, so that the breakable blind plate can be completely discharged along with the liquid in the well.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (9)

1. The breakable blind plate type floating coupling device comprises an upper joint (1) and a lower joint (6) which are arranged up and down and are connected in a screwed mode, and is characterized in that an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the upper joint (1), a breakable blind plate (2), a limiting ring (3) and a needle striking ring (4) are sequentially embedded in the annular groove from top to bottom, wherein the lower end face of the breakable blind plate (2) is tightly attached to the upper end face of the limiting ring (3), a gap is reserved between the lower end face of the limiting ring (3) and the upper end face of the needle striking ring (4), and the limiting ring (3) is used for limiting the needle striking (5) and avoiding shaking;
the firing pin ring (4) is characterized in that a plurality of firing pins (5) which can penetrate through the limiting ring (3) to crush the breakable blind plate (2) are inserted into the ring surface of the firing pin ring (4), the firing pin ring (4) is a solid ring body, and a plurality of blind holes (11) used for accommodating the firing pins (5) are formed in the solid ring body.

The breakable blind plate type floating collar device according to claim 1, wherein the breakable blind plate (2) is a hemispherical hollow structure, the ball of the hollow hemisphere horizontally extends along the radial direction away from the center of the ball to form a bottom edge, the bottom edge is inserted and embedded in the annular groove in a sealing manner, and the lower surface of the bottom edge is tightly attached to the upper end surface of the limit ring (3);
wherein the opening of the hollow hemisphere faces the lower joint (6).

The breakable blind plate type floating collar device of claim 1, wherein the limiting ring (3) is a solid ring-shaped structure with thickness, the inner ring wall of the solid ring is provided with a plurality of needle passing channels (10) for the firing pin (5) to pass through, each needle passing channel (10) has the same structure, and is formed by inward recess of the inner ring wall, the radial section of each needle passing channel is semicircular, and the central axis of each needle passing channel (10) is parallel to the central axis of the limiting ring (3).

A breakable blind plate type floating coupling device according to claim 3, characterized in that the ring body of the limiting ring (3) is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the central axis of the threaded holes is perpendicular to the central axis of the limiting ring (3), a shear pin (7) is screwed in each threaded hole, and the end face of the tail thread of the shear pin (7) extends into the annular groove to be fixed and limited.

A breakable blind plate type floating collar device according to claim 4, characterized in that several needle passing channels (10) are evenly distributed on the inner annular wall of the spacing ring (3) at intervals, several shear pins (7) are evenly distributed on the ring body of the spacing ring (3) at intervals, and the needle passing channels (10) and the shear pins (7) are distributed at intervals.

A breakable blind plate floating collar device according to claim 3 or 5, characterized in that the central axis of the blind hole (11) is parallel to the central axis of the firing pin ring (4), one end of each firing pin (5) is inserted into the blind hole (11) and the other end is a sharp end, which is located in the through-needle channel (10) or passes through the through-needle channel (10) to hit the breakable blind plate (2).

The breakable blind plate type floating collar device according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the lower end of the upper connector (1) is provided with internal threads, the outer wall of the upper end of the lower connector (6) is provided with external threads, the internal threads and the external threads are screwed together, the screwed part is provided with jackscrews (8) which are distributed at 180 degrees, and the jackscrews (8) penetrate through the upper connector (1) and are screwed into the lower connector (6);
wherein the needle striking ring (4) is seated on the upper end surface of the lower joint (6).

A breakable blind plate type floating collar device according to claim 7, characterized in that the screwed connection part of the upper joint (1) and the lower joint (6) is further provided with a sealing ring (9) sleeved on the lower joint (6), and the sealing ring (9) is positioned between the needle striking ring (4) and the jackscrew (8).
9. A method of using a breakable blind floating collar device, comprising at least the breakable blind floating collar device of any one of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising:
floating state
Connecting the breakable blind plate type floating coupling device in series to a sleeve string, wherein a closed space is formed between two adjacent breakable blind plates (2), the closed space forms an air bag filled with air, and the air bag drives the sleeve to float when the sleeve is in a well completion fluid;
crushed state
If the well is blocked, drilling fluid is injected into the casing string;
the drilling fluid is continuously pressurized to cut off all the shear pins (7), the breakable blind plate (2) pushes the limit ring (3) to move downwards to force the firing pin (5) to impact the breakable blind plate (2), and after the breakable blind plate (2) is broken, the circulating channel is reestablished in the casing string, so that subsequent well cementation construction operation can be carried out.
