In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a ladder capable of preventing mistaken climbing and locking, which has the following structure: comprises an outer tube (1), a plurality of foot nails (2), a top cover (3), a main shaft (4), a locking mechanism (5) and a sliding mechanism (6); the outer pipe is characterized in that a plurality of limiting holes (101) are formed in two sides of the outer wall of the outer pipe (1), fixing wire holes A (102) are formed in the top of the outer pipe (1), two locking through holes (103) are symmetrically formed in the lower portion of the outer pipe (1), a plurality of groups of connecting rods (104) are welded on one side of the outer pipe at equal intervals, and fixing wire holes C (105) are formed in the connecting rods (104); the periphery of the top cover (3) is provided with a fixing screw hole B (301) and is matched with the position of the fixing screw hole A (102); the main shaft (4) is provided with a round hole (401), two foot nails (2) penetrate into the round hole (401) through a screw (8) and are movably connected with the main shaft (4), a reset spring (7) is arranged between the foot nails (2) in the same group, the sliding mechanism (6) comprises a sliding block (601), a sliding chute (602) and a limiting table (603), the sliding block (601) of the sliding mechanism (6) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the main shaft (4), and the main shaft (4) can freely slide up and down along with the sliding mechanism (6); fixedly welding the upper end of the sliding mechanism (6) and the top cover (3), integrally placing the bottom of the main shaft (4) into the outer pipe (1), and screwing a locking screw (9) into the fixing screw hole B (301) and the fixing screw hole A (102) to fixedly connect the top cover (3) and the outer pipe (1) into a whole; the lower end of the main shaft (4) is provided with a safe locking hole A (402) and an anti-mistaken-climbing locking hole B (403); the locking mechanism (5) comprises a locking pin (51) and a lockset (52), wherein one end of the locking pin (51) is provided with a stop head (511), and the other end of the locking pin is provided with a lock hole (512).
The main shaft (4) is equidistantly provided with a plurality of groups of round holes (401) and is correspondingly provided with a plurality of groups of foot nails (2).
And the upper surface of the foot nail (2) is provided with anti-skid rubber (201).
The main shaft (4) and the foot nails (2) are made of light high-strength metal and nonmetal materials.
Two sliding blocks (601) are arranged on the main shaft (4), and the sliding blocks (601) and the main shaft (4) can be fixedly welded or fixedly connected through screws.
The principle and the using method of the invention are as follows: firstly, mounting each group of foot nails and a return spring on a main shaft, then placing a slide block at the upper end of the main shaft into a slide groove on a slide rail, fixedly welding the upper end of the slide rail and the inside of a top cover, screwing a locking screw into a fixing screw hole A and a fixing screw hole B, and fixedly connecting the top cover and an outer pipe into a whole; lifting the main shaft by hand to enable the foot nails to extend out of the limiting holes under the action of the reset spring, inserting a locking pin of the locking mechanism into the safe locking through hole, and then fixedly connecting the connecting rod on the outer pipe with an object to be climbed or fixedly connecting the connecting rod with the object to be climbed through a fixing wire hole C on the connecting rod (the connecting rod can also be embedded on the object to be climbed in an equidistant manner, and after the ladder stand is assembled, the connecting rod on the outer pipe is fixedly connected with the embedded connecting rod); at the moment, a worker can climb the ladder stand to normally work, after the work is finished, the locking pin of the locking mechanism is pulled out, the main shaft is pulled downwards, the foot nails are collected into the outer pipe, the locking pin is inserted into the mistaken climbing prevention locking hole, and the mistaken climbing prevention locking hole is locked; the ladder stand is in the not locking state of climbing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the locking mechanism is suitable for the ladder with the mistaken climbing prevention locking function, and the ladder is in a locking state when not working and cannot climb through the locking mechanism, so that the climbing possibility of non-related workers is eliminated, safety protection measures are provided, and safety accidents can be reduced.
