技术领域
本发明涉及纸张切割设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种送纸切割机。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,工业自动化水平不断提高,新型的纸张切割机器逐步取代传统的人工切割方式。纸张切割机可以切割工艺纸、包装纸盒、书籍封面、不干胶等各种纸张,比手工切割具有更高的质量和加工效率。
现有的纸张切割机通过安装在机头上的刀头划过纸张完成切割,刀头偏心安装在刀座上,刀头相对于刀座可自由转动。通过其处理的纸张在切割线起始位置会留下多余的切割线,具体原因是,在切割开始时,电器设备控制机头移动,移动到切割位置后,机头下降使刀头与纸张接触,但此时刀头转动的角度停留在上次切割完成时的角度,角度不可控,刀头与纸张接触后会产生转动阻力,机头移动时刀头会自动转动到合适的角度,完成切割,但刀头从与纸张初始接触时至转动到合适角度的过程中,刀头会切割纸张留下多余的痕迹,一般情况下会在切割线的前端留下一个小的圆弧切割线。即现有的纸张切割机的切割线存在瑕疵,无法切割图形的完整性。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是送纸切割机切割作业时不要出现多余的切割线,保证切割图形的完整性。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种送纸切割机,包括机架,所述机架上设有放纸平台、切割台面、收料斗和横梁,所述机架的两侧设有直线导轨,所述横梁与所述直线导轨连接,所述横梁上设有机头,所述机头包括固定板、刀架、切割部件、机头升降机构和机头转动机构,所述固定板上设有刀架导杆,所述刀架与所述刀架导杆连接,所述机头升降机构与所述刀架连接,用于驱使所述刀架进行升降移动,所述切割部件包括至少两个刀头组件,所述刀头组件安装在所述刀架上,所述机头转动机构与所述刀头组件连接,用于驱使所述刀头组件转动。

结合图1和图2所示,送纸切割机包括机架1,机架1内安装有送纸切割机的控制元件,机架1上设有放纸平台2、切割台面3、收料斗4和横梁5。放纸平台2用于摆放待切割的纸张,纸张切割工作在切割台面3完成,收料斗4用于收集切割后的纸张。横梁5可以前后移动,横梁5上设有机头6,机头6上设有切割部件,机头6可以沿横梁5左右移动进行切割作业。该送纸切割机高度自动化,可以根据设定自动完成送纸、切割、收料全套工艺,不需要人工操作。

所述切割台面3包括设置在前、后两侧的滚轴和套在滚轴上的输送带,其中一根滚轴转动时带动输送带移动,另一根滚轴跟随转动,纸张在切割台面3完成切割后,输送带移动将纸张转移到收料斗4。现有技术中切割台面3与机架1焊接固定,输送带的装配方式为将整块毛毡或胶皮包住两侧的滚轴,然后将毛毡或胶皮的两端粘接在一起,粘接操作需要在机架1上完成,操作不便,粘接效果较差,输送带的接缝不平整,容易脱开。而本实施例的切割台面3整体架设在机架1上,其与机架1之间通过螺钉固定连接,可以整体拆下。这样输送带可以在外部的加工平台上完成粘接作业,再将环状的输送带直接套到滚轴上,使输送带的接缝更加平整,连接效果好,延长输送带使用寿命。而且切割台面3与机架1壳可拆卸连接,便于零件检修更换。
切割台面3上的纸张通过输送带输送到收料斗4,收料斗4的上表面朝向出料方向向下倾斜,便于收料斗4中的纸张滑落。在收料斗4的前侧可以设置独立的收料架,收集从收料斗4中滑出的纸张。收料斗4上设有两个出料挡板41,用于限定纸张的出料位置。出料挡板41的底部与收料斗4磁吸连接,出料挡板41可以在收料斗4上任意移动,根据纸张出料位置调整出料挡板41的摆放位置,保证限位效果。本实施中出料挡板41设置在收料斗4的左右两侧,且出料挡板41的后部具有倾斜的导向面,两侧出料挡板41的导向面倾斜方向相反,构成了开口逐渐变小的导向结构,这种结构有利于收料斗4收集从不同位置进入的纸张。
所述机架1的左右两侧设有直线导轨51,横梁5的两侧与直线导轨51连接,横梁5可以沿直线导轨51前后移动。横梁5内设有机头移动机构,用于驱使机头6在横梁5上左右移动。通过横梁5与机头6的移动,切割部件可以移动到切割台面3的任意位置,实现各种切割需求。
结合图3至图8所示,本实施的送纸切割机具有送纸结构,能够将摆放在放纸平台2上的纸张输送到切割台面3上,且要保证每次只输送摆放在顶部的一张纸,避免多张纸同时进入切割台面3造成纸张浪费。横梁5的底部设有吸附装置,吸附装置包括多个吸盘,送纸时横梁5沿直线导轨51移动到放纸平台2上方,吸盘接触顶部纸张并抽气将其吸住,横梁5沿直线导轨51移动到切割台面3上方,吸盘出气,纸张落到输送带上,可以进行后续切割作业。结合图3所示,所述放纸平台2上设有多个透气孔21,透气孔21设置在放纸平台2的前部,与吸附装置吸纸的位置对应。透气孔21可以防止放置在底部的纸张与放纸平台2贴住,保证底部的纸可以被吸起。放纸平台2上还设有放纸传感器22,用于确认放纸平台2还有纸张,纸张用尽时用户可以及时发现。
但堆叠放置的纸张之间容易相互粘合,特别是吸透气纸时吸附装置容易一次吸住多张纸。为了解决上述问题,本实施的送纸切割机具有吹气板8和压纸机构。吹气板8设置在放纸平台2和切割台面3之间,结合图4和图5所示,吹气板8上设有多个疏风槽82,疏风槽82内设有吹气孔81,吹气孔81为竖直的线型孔,出风流速高。吸附装置吸纸时,吹气孔81朝向放纸平台2吹气,吹出的气在疏风槽82中整流后吹向纸张,能够使相邻的纸张之间产生缝隙,相互分离。吹气板8一体成型,可以保证吹气板8上的疏风槽82和吹气孔81的设置高度相同,使各吹气孔81在左右方向上的出气高度保持一致,提高分纸效果。
结合图6至图8所示,所述横梁5上设有压纸件70和压纸驱动机构,压纸驱动机构与压纸件70连接,用于驱使压纸件70压紧或松开纸张。横梁5移动到吸纸位置时,压纸驱动机构驱动压纸件70下移压住纸张前部,吹气板8吹气可以将顶部的纸张吹开,横梁5底部的吸盘将最上方被分开的一张纸吸住,压纸驱动机构驱动压纸件70上移松开纸张,横梁5移动将张转移到切割台面3上。
本实施例中压纸驱动机构为压纸气缸74,在其他实施方式中压纸驱动机构也可以是电机等其他驱动机构。压纸件70包括压纸转轴71、两侧延伸杆73和压纸杆72,压纸转轴71固定在横梁5上,压纸气缸74与压纸转轴71连接,延伸杆73从压纸转轴71两侧朝向放纸平台2方向延伸,压纸杆72与延伸杆73的延伸端连接,延伸杆73的延伸长度决定了压纸杆72压住纸张的部位,当压纸杆72压住纸张的中前部时,分纸效果好。压纸机构工作时,压纸气缸74推动压纸转轴71转动,带动延伸杆73向下转动,使压纸杆72压住纸张,压纸机构松开时压纸气缸74回缩,压纸转轴71反向转动并带动延伸杆73向上转动,使压纸杆72上移松开纸张。
优选的,压纸气缸74与压纸转轴71之间通过压纸弹簧75连接,压纸气缸74推动压纸转轴71转动时会将压纸弹簧75拉长,气缸回缩后压纸弹簧75形变恢复,使压纸转轴71和压纸杆72回收,设置压纸弹簧75使压纸件70产生的压力具有调整空间,能提高分纸效果,且有利于压纸件70恢复到初始位置。
结合图9至图19所示,所述机头6包括连接板601、固定板602、刀架603、切割部件、机头升降机构和机头转动机构。连接板601与横梁5装配,可以在横梁5上移动,固定板602与连接板601固定连接。固定板602上设有刀架导杆605,刀架603与刀架导杆605连接,可以沿刀架导杆605上下移动,切割部件安装在刀架603上。具体的,切割部件包括多个刀头组件,刀架603上设有刀座604,刀头组件安装在对应的刀座604上。机头升降机构与刀架603连接,用于驱使刀架603进行升降移动,机头转动机构与刀头组件连接,用于驱使各个刀头组件转动。各个刀头组件通过机头转动机构控制转动角度,每个刀头组件的转动角度均可控。机头6切割时,通过机头升降机构将需要进行切割工作的刀头组件移动到合适的高度,通过机头转动机构控制刀头组件转动,根据设定的切割线随时调整刀头组件的角度,通过这种机头6切割出来的切割线没有瑕疵,与设定的切割线完全重合,保证切割图形的完整性。
刀架603上设有定位机构,用于确定切割位置,保证切割精度。定位机构包括定位摄像头671和照明灯672,定位摄像头671可以定位纸张的切割部位,使切割部件按照设定的行走路径进行切割;照明灯672提供照明,其倾斜安装安装在刀架603上,防止反光。
结合图9所示,所述机头升降机构包括升降电机611、丝杆612和升降螺母613,升降电机611的电机轴与丝杆612连接,升降螺母613装配在丝杆612上,且升降螺母613与刀架603固定连接。升降电机611工作时带动丝杆612转动,升降螺母613会在沿着丝杆612上下移动,升降螺母613移动时刀架603沿着刀架导杆605上下移动。机头升降机构可以控制刀架603移动,调整刀架603高度,即可以控制刀头组件的高度,使刀头组件的切割部位与切割台面3上的纸张接触。
结合图12所示,本实施中切割部件包括三个刀头组件,分别为全切刀头组件63、半切刀头组件64和压轮刀头组件65。其中全切刀头组件63可以将纸张完全切透,主要用于纸张分割、切割镂空花纹;半切刀头644不会将纸张切透,而会在纸面留下较深的切痕,可以用于切割不干胶标签等;压轮刀头组件65用于在纸上压出压痕,便于纸张折叠,常用于包装盒纸张切割。机头转动机构包括转动电机621、同步带622和同步齿轮,同步齿轮的数量与刀头组件的数量相同,刀头组件具有转动套,转动套安装在刀座604中,能够相对于刀座604转动,每个同步齿轮分别与一个转动套连接,控制对应的刀头组件转动。
本实施例中同步齿轮的数量为三个,分别为第一同步齿轮623、第二同步齿轮624和第三同步齿轮625。全切刀头组件63包括第一转动套632,半切刀头组件64包括第二转动套642,压轮刀头组件65包括第三转动套651,第一同步齿轮623与第一转动套632连接并同步运动,第二同步齿轮624与第二转动套642连接并同步运动,第三同步齿轮625与第三转动套651连接并同步运动,同步带622套住三个同步齿轮,在三个同步齿轮之间起到传动作用。压轮刀头组件65包括连接轴657,转动电机621的电机轴与连接轴657固定连接,转动电机621工作,压轮刀头组件65跟随转动,第三同步齿轮625转动使同步带622运动,从而带动第一同步齿轮623和第二同步齿轮624转动,全切刀头组件63和半切刀头组件64也会跟随转动,因此本实施例中第三同步齿轮625为主动轮,第一同步齿轮623和第二同步齿轮624为从动轮。在其他实施方式中,转动电机621的电机轴可以与任意一个刀头组件连接,转动电机621直接相连的刀头组件转动,再通过其带动其他刀头组件转动,使得通过一个转动电机621就可以控制多个刀头组件的转动角度,满足切割作业的需要。
结合图14和图15所示,所述全切刀头组件63包括第一转动套632、第一刀套、全切刀头634和全切刀柄635,第一刀套固定安装在第一转动套632内,全切刀头634安装在全切刀柄635上,全切刀柄635上设有卡槽,卡槽内卡接第一密封圈638,全切刀柄635插入第一刀套中,第一密封圈638与第一刀套的装配槽卡接,使全切刀柄635固定在第一刀套中,全切刀柄635与第一刀套连接可靠,且拆卸方便。全切刀柄635的尾部设有第一定位槽636,定位槽内设置第一定位销637,第一定位销637的两端固定在第一刀套上,使全切刀柄635不会自由转动,全切刀头634的转动角度受机头转动机构控制。全切刀头634的刀尖位于全切刀头组件63的转动轴线上,减少全切刀头634切割时受到的转动阻力,避免刀头损坏。
结合图16和图17所示,所述半切刀头组件64包括第二转动套642、第二刀套、半切刀头644、半切刀柄645、刀头端盖649和刀头弹簧640,第二刀套固定安装在第二转动套642内,半切刀头644安装在半切刀柄645上,半切刀柄645上设有卡槽,卡槽内卡接第二密封圈648,半切刀柄645插入第二刀套中,第二密封圈648与第二刀套的装配槽卡接,使半切刀柄645固定在第二刀套中,半切刀柄645与第二刀套连接可靠,且拆卸方便。刀头端盖649套在半切刀头644的前部,用于控制半切刀头644的切割深度,其切割深度为露出刀头端盖649的部分,刀头弹簧640套在半切刀柄645外部,一端与刀头端盖649相抵,能控制半切刀头644的露出长度,即控制切割深度,防止切透。半切刀柄645的尾部设有第二定位槽646,定位槽内设置第二定位销647,第二定位销647的两端固定在第二刀套上,使半切刀柄645不会自由转动,半切刀头644的转动角度受机头转动机构控制。半切刀头644的刀尖位于半切刀头组件64的转动轴线上,减少半切刀头644切割时受到的转动阻力,避免刀头损坏。
结合图18和图19所示,所述压轮刀头组件65包括第三转动套651、压轮刀头652和压轮刀柄653,压轮刀头652安装在压轮刀柄653上,压轮刀柄653上设有卡槽,卡槽内卡接第三密封圈656,压轮刀柄653插入第三转动套651中,第三密封圈656与第三转动套651的装配槽卡接,使压轮刀柄653固定在第三转动套651中,压轮刀柄653与第三转动套651连接可靠,且拆卸方便。压轮刀柄653的尾部设有第三定位槽654,定位槽内设置第三定位销655,第三定位销655的两端固定在第三转动套651上,使压轮刀柄653不会自由转动,压轮刀头652的转动角度受机头转动机构控制。
三个刀头组件的刀头均不会自由转动,通过机头转动机构可以控制每个刀头的转动角度,这样就能根据设定完成切割,切割线没有瑕疵,提高切割精度。
送纸切割机切割作业时,每次只有一个刀头组件工作,这样就需要将各个刀头组件设置在不同的高度,避免多个刀头同时切割,破坏纸张。本实施例中压轮刀头组件65的高度最低,全切刀头组件63和半切刀头组件64位置较高,全切刀头组件63具有可以调整全切刀头634高度的第一气缸631,半切刀头组件64具有可以调整半切刀头644高度的第二气缸641。需要压轮刀头组件65进行切割时,第一气缸631和第二气缸641处于回缩状态,机头升降机构控制刀架603升降,使压轮刀头652与纸张接触,此时全切刀头634和半切刀头644不与纸张接触,横梁5和机头6移动控制切割位置,机头转动机构控制压轮刀头652转动角度,即可以根据设定在纸上作出压痕切线。需要用全切刀头634切割时,第一气缸631伸长,使全切刀头634的高度低于压轮和半切刀头644,机头升降机构调整刀架603位置,全切刀头634的刀尖与纸张接触,通过通过控制机头6移动和全切刀头634转动完成切割。需要用半切刀头644切割时,第一气缸631回缩,第二气缸641伸长,使半切刀头644的高度低于压轮和全切刀头634,机头升降机构调整刀架603位置,半切刀头644的刀尖与纸张接触,通过控制机头6移动和半切刀头644转动完成切割作业。
结合图9、图10、图11和图13所示,所述刀架603上还设有标记组件66,用于在纸张上进行标记。标记组件66包括笔座661、笔座导杆662、记号笔663和第三气缸665,笔座661与笔座导杆662连接,可以沿笔座导杆662上下移动,第三气缸665与笔座661连接,笔座661上设有笔夹664,记号笔663通过笔夹664固定在笔座661上。机头6进行切割作业时,记号笔663的高度要高于切割组件,防止纸张上出现多余标记。需要进行标记时,第三气缸665伸出推动笔座661下移,记号笔663的笔尖低于切割组件的刀头,机头升降机构调整刀架603位置,使记号笔663的笔尖与纸张接触,机头6移动就可以在纸张上留下标记。
本发明的实施例提供了一种高自动化的送纸切割机,通过送纸结构保证每次只对放置在顶层的一张纸进行切割作业,解决了现有技术中分纸困难的难题;还通过新型的切割机机头保证实际的切割线与设定一致,切割后的纸张完整无瑕疵,实现高精度、高效率的纸张切割作业,因此其具有很好的产业推广价值。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开的保护范围并非仅限于此。本领域技术人员在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的前提下,可进行各种变更与修改,这些变更与修改均将落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种送纸切割机,其特征在于,包括机架(1),所述机架(1)上设有放纸平台(2)、切割台面(3)、收料斗(4)和横梁(5),所述机架(1)的两侧设有直线导轨(51),所述横梁(5)与所述直线导轨(51)连接,所述横梁(5)上设有机头(6),所述机头(6)包括固定板(602)、刀架(603)、切割部件、机头升降机构和机头转动机构,所述固定板(602)上设有刀架导杆(605),所述刀架(603)与所述刀架导杆(605)连接,所述机头升降机构与所述刀架(603)连接,用于驱使所述刀架(603)进行升降移动,所述切割部件包括至少两个刀头组件,所述刀头组件安装在所述刀架(603)上,所述机头转动机构与所述刀头组件连接,用于驱使所述刀头组件转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述机头转动机构包括转动电机(621)、同步带(622)和同步齿轮,所述刀头组件包括转动套,所述同步齿轮与所述转动套连接,所述转动电机(621)的电机轴与其中一个所述刀头组件连接,所述同步带(622)将各个所述同步齿轮连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述机头升降机构包括升降电机(611)、丝杆(612)和升降螺母(613),所述升降电机(611)的电机轴与所述丝杆(612)连接,所述升降螺母(613)装配在所述丝杆(612)上,且所述升降螺母(613)与所述刀架(603)连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述切割部件包括全切刀头组件(63)、半切刀头组件(64)和压轮刀头组件(65),所述全切刀头组件(63)包括全切刀头(634)和第一气缸(631),所述第一气缸(631)用于控制所述全切刀头(634)的升降移动,所述半切刀头组件(64)包括半切刀头(644)和第二气缸(641),所述第二气缸(641)用于控制所述半切刀头(644)的升降移动,所述压轮刀头组件(65)包括压轮刀头(652)。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述刀架(603)上设有标记组件(66),所述标记组件(66)包括笔座(661)、笔座导杆(662)、记号笔(663)和第三气缸(665),所述记号笔(663)安装在所述笔座(661)上,所述笔座(661)与所述笔座导杆(662)连接,所述第三气缸(665)与所述笔座(661)连接,用于驱使所述笔座(661)进入升降移动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述横梁(5)的底部设有吸附装置,所述横梁(5)上设有压纸件(70)和压纸驱动机构,所述压纸驱动机构与所述压纸件(70)连接,用于驱使所述压纸件(70)压紧或松开纸张。
7.根据权利要求6所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述压纸件(70)包括压纸转轴(71)、压纸杆(72)和设置在所述压纸杆(72)两侧的延伸杆(73),所述延伸杆(73)与所述压纸转轴(71)连接,所述压纸驱动机构与所述压纸转轴(71)连接,用于驱使所述压纸转轴(71)转动。
8.根据权利要求6所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述放纸平台(2)和所述切割台面(3)之间设有吹气板(8),所述吹气板(8)上设有多个朝向所述放纸平台(2)出气的吹气孔(81)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述放纸平台(2)上设有多个送料挡板(24),所述送料挡板(24)与所述放纸平台(2)之间磁吸连接,所述收料斗(4)上设有多个出料挡板(41),所述出料挡板(41)与所述收料斗(4)磁吸连接。
10.根据权利要求1所述的送纸切割机,其特征在于,所述切割台面(3)包括滚轴和套在所述滚轴上的输送带,所述切割台面(3)与所述机架(1)可拆卸连接。
