The working process of the device is as follows:
before the device is started, the anti-dismantling seal pin 18 is placed in a pin placing hole of the tooling material disc 201, the packaging box body 16 is placed on the box body tooling tray 15, the box body tooling tray 15 is transported through the transmission line 14, and the box cover 17 is placed on the packaging box body 16 in a certain direction and is buckled with the opening of the packaging box body; after the device is started, the transmission line 14 transports the box body tooling tray 15 to the lower part of the screwing and pin pressing mechanism 1; then the jacking cylinder 7 rises to lift the box body tooling tray 15 to separate from the transmission line 14, the telescopic positioning cylinder 10 extends out to push the profiling positioning block 7 to tightly attach to the packaging box body 16, so that the packaging box body 16 slides laterally on the supporting sliding table 6, and when the other side of the packaging box body 16 tightly attaches to the fixed positioning block 12, the positioning and the holding of the packaging box are completed; after the positioning and clasping of the packing box 16 are completed, the cap screwing lifting cylinder 401 extends out to push the lifting connecting rod 402 to descend, and further push the screwing spline shaft 107 in the screwing and pin pressing mechanism 1 to descend, so that the screwing tooling plate 101 descends, and the positioning block 102 enters a positioning groove between adjacent reinforcing ribs of the box cover 17 and clings to the box cover 17; meanwhile, the material tray clamping jaw 202 in the stepping feeding mechanism 2 clamps the tooling material tray 201 to fix the position of the anti-dismantling seal pin 18, then the gripper cylinder 302 in the grabbing mechanism 3 is opened, the gripper lifting cylinder 303 descends to the position, and after the gripper fingers 301 grasp the anti-dismantling seal pin 18, the gripper lifting cylinder 303 rises to complete the grabbing of the anti-dismantling seal pin 18; after the screwing and pin-pressing mechanism 1 descends and is attached to the box cover 17, the rack driving cylinder 503 in the screwing driving mechanism 5 extends out to push the rack 501 to translate, so that the driving gear 109 is driven to rotate and the rotary supporting seat 108 is driven to rotate, the rotary supporting seat 108 drives the screwing spline shaft 107 and the screwing tooling plate 101 to rotate through a spline, the positioning block 102 is tightly attached to a reinforcing rib of the box cover 17 in the rotating process, the box cover 17 is further driven to rotate, and screwing sealing between the box cover 17 and the packaging box body 16 is achieved.
After the box cover 17 is screwed, pin holes in the screwing tool plate 101 are aligned with pin holes in the box cover 17, the central line of the pin holes in the screwing tool plate 101 and the central line of the pin holes in the tool material tray 201 are in the same straight line, the translation cylinders 304 in the grabbing mechanisms 3 on two sides translate, the anti-disassembly seal pins 18 are transferred to the positions above the pin holes in the screwing tool plate 101, the grabbing hand lifting cylinders 303 descend, the anti-disassembly seal pins 18 clamped by the grabbing hand fingers 301 enter the pin holes in the screwing tool plate 101, then the grabbing hand cylinders 302 open, the anti-disassembly seal pins 18 fall into the pin holes in the screwing tool plate 101, and then the grabbing hand cylinders 302, the grabbing hand lifting cylinders 303 and the translation cylinders 304 retract in sequence; after retraction, the pin pressing cylinders 106 on the two sides retract to drive the pressing rod 105 to press the anti-dismantling seal pin 18 into the pin hole of the box cover 17, and after the pin pressing cylinders 106, the cover screwing lifting cylinder 401 and the rack driving cylinder 503 sequentially retract, the box cover screwing and the upper anti-dismantling seal pin of the packing box are completed.

the jacking cylinder (7) is used for jacking the packaging box body and fixedly installed between the transmission lines (14) through a jacking cylinder installing support (8), and the jacking cylinder (7) is provided with a supporting sliding table (6); a telescopic positioning cylinder (10) is fixedly arranged on one side of the rack (19) through a telescopic positioning cylinder mounting plate (11), and a piston rod of the telescopic positioning cylinder (10) is connected with a profiling positioning block (9); the fixed positioning block (12) is arranged on the other side of the rack (19) through a fixed positioning block mounting plate (13), and the fixed positioning block (12) is matched with the profiling positioning block (9) to realize the positioning and the holding of the packaging box body;
the transmission line (14) is used for conveying the packaging boxes; the rack deck plate (20) is fixedly arranged on the rack (19);
the screwing and pin pressing mechanism (1) comprises a cap screwing tool plate (101), a positioning block (102), a pin pressing tool (103), a pin pressing tool fixing screw (104), a pressing rod (105), a pin pressing cylinder (106), a rotary spline shaft (107), a cap screwing supporting seat (108), a driving gear (109), a rotary bearing support (110), a rotary bearing (111) and a pin pressing cylinder support (112);
the screwing and pin pressing mechanism (1) is arranged on a frame panel (20) through a rotary bearing support (110);
wherein the positioning block (102) is fixedly arranged below the cap screwing tooling plate (101), and the rotating spline shaft (107) is arranged at the center of the cap screwing tooling plate (101); the rotary bearing support (110) and the rotary bearing (111) are sleeved on the rotary spline shaft (107), the rotary cover support seat (108) is sleeved on the rotary spline shaft (107) in a matching manner, and the driving gear (109) is arranged on the rotary cover support seat (108); the pressing rod (105) is installed on the pressing pin cylinder (106), and the pressing pin cylinder (106) is installed on the cover screwing tooling plate (101) through a pressing pin cylinder bracket (112); and the press pin tool (103) is arranged in a pin hole of the screw cap tool plate (101) and is fixed by a press pin tool fixing screw (104).
