The middle section of the supporting screw rod is slidably connected with the supporting shaft sleeve through a T-shaped key, the rear end of the supporting shaft sleeve extends outwards axially and then extends inwards radially to form a limiting groove, the front end of the supporting screw sleeve extends outwards radially to form a limiting ring adaptive to the limiting groove, during installation, the rear end of the supporting screw rod slides into the supporting shaft sleeve firstly, then the limiting ring of the supporting screw sleeve is connected with the limiting groove, the end of the supporting screw rod is connected with the supporting screw sleeve, the supporting screw sleeve is rotated to screw out the supporting screw rod backwards, the rear end wall of the supporting screw sleeve extends outwards radially to form a fastening end, the fastening end is provided with an axial small screw hole, a fastening screw is arranged in the small screw hole, and the fastening screw is screwed after the supporting screw rod is positioned to prevent a screw rod nut from rotating to influence positioning accuracy.
Step 1, tightly attaching the end face of a front flange to be welded to the annular wall of a front shaft seat, inserting a front positioning sleeve, and rotating a hook bolt to tightly press the front flange and the front shaft seat;
step 2, the end face of the rear flange to be welded is tightly attached to the annular wall of the rear shaft seat, a rear positioning pin is inserted, and a butterfly nut is screwed to tightly press the rear flange and the rear flange;
step 3, mounting the bent pipe to be welded on the middle clamp, moving the front shaft seat to enable the front flange to be in butt joint with the front end pipe orifice of the bent pipe to be welded, and inserting the front positioning sleeve into the front end pipe orifice of the bent pipe from the front end of the front shaft sleeve to enable the front end pipe orifice to be coaxial with the front flange; moving the rear shaft seat to enable the rear flange to be in butt joint with a rear end pipe orifice of the bent pipe to be welded, inserting a rear positioning sleeve into the rear end pipe orifice of the bent pipe from the rear end of the rear shaft sleeve, and enabling the rear end pipe orifice to be coaxial with the rear flange;
step 4, performing positioning welding according to the requirements of the process specification, and respectively welding the front flange and the rear flange with the bent pipe;
and 5, after welding, taking the pipe fitting off the clamp, wherein the welded pipe fitting is shown in fig. 9.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-degree-of-freedom positioning welding fixture for bent pipes comprises bent pipes to be welded, a front flange and a rear flange, and is characterized by further comprising a base, and a front clamp, a middle clamp and a tail clamp which are sequentially arranged at the head part, the middle part and the tail part of the base;
the base extends along the horizontal projection direction of the bent pipe; the front clamp comprises a positioning plate, a front shaft sleeve, a front positioning sleeve and a hook bolt, wherein the positioning plate is arranged at the head of the base, the axis of an opening of the front shaft sleeve is parallel to the positioning plate and is slidably arranged on the positioning plate through the front shaft base, the rear end wall of the front shaft sleeve radially extends outwards to form an annular wall coaxial with the front flange, a plurality of lug plates are arranged at the end part of the front shaft sleeve, the front end of the hook bolt is a thread section connected with the lug plates through a cylindrical nut, the rear end of the hook bolt is a hook section used for clamping the front flange, and the front positioning sleeve is inserted into the opening of the front shaft sleeve and used for positioning the front end pipe orifice of the bent pipe;
the middle clamp comprises a clamp seat, clamp blocks and a long screw rod, the clamp seat is arranged on the base, the clamp blocks with opposite clamp openings are respectively connected with the clamp seat in a sliding manner, coaxial screw holes are formed in the two clamp blocks, two screw sections which are sequentially in threaded connection with the screw holes in the two clamp blocks and have opposite rotation directions are arranged on the long screw rod and are used for controlling the two clamp blocks to be clamped and loosened, and the plurality of middle clamps are sequentially arranged on the seat and are used for clamping the middle section of the bent pipe;
the rear clamp comprises a rear seat, a rotating plate, ball joints, ball stud bolts, screw sleeves, the rotating plate, a rear shaft sleeve, a rear shaft seat rear positioning pin, a rear positioning sleeve and a butterfly nut, wherein an upper ball socket with a horizontal opening is arranged at the upper end of the rear seat, the rear end of each ball joint is provided with a ball head end matched with the upper ball socket, the front end of each ball joint is provided with a connecting end connected with the upper end of the rotating plate, the lower end of the rotating plate and the rear seat are respectively provided with lower ball sockets, the ball head ends of the two ball stud bolts are respectively matched with the two lower ball sockets, the two ends of each screw sleeve are respectively provided with threaded ports with opposite rotation directions, and the threaded ends of the two ball stud bolts are respectively connected with the two threaded ports of each screw sleeve; the opening axis of the rear shaft sleeve is parallel to the rotating plate and is slidably mounted on the rotating plate through a rear shaft seat, the front end wall of the rear shaft sleeve radially extends outwards to form an annular wall matched with the rear flange, a connecting hole is formed in the rear flange, a positioning hole is formed in the annular wall, a rear positioning pin sequentially penetrates through the connecting hole and the positioning hole and then is connected with a butterfly nut to coaxially fasten the rear flange and the rear shaft sleeve, and the rear positioning sleeve is inserted into the opening of the rear shaft sleeve and used for positioning a rear end pipe orifice of the bent pipe.

The multi-degree-of-freedom positioning and welding fixture for the bent pipe according to claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed in the lug, a cylindrical nut is arranged at the front end of the through hole, and a threaded section of the hook bolt penetrates through the through hole in the lug and then is connected with the cylindrical nut.

The multi-degree-of-freedom positioning welding fixture for the bent pipe according to claim 1, wherein a strip-shaped hole is formed in the front shaft seat, and a screw hole corresponding to the strip-shaped hole is formed in the positioning plate and connected with the rear screw hole through a bolt to mount the front shaft seat on the positioning plate.

The multi-degree-of-freedom positioning welding fixture for the bent pipe according to claim 3, wherein a key groove with an opposite opening is formed in a butt joint of the front shaft seat and the positioning plate, a front positioning key is arranged in the key groove, the key groove and the strip-shaped hole in the positioning plate extend in the same direction, and the front shaft seat slides on the positioning plate along the direction limited by the strip-shaped hole through the front positioning key.

The multi-degree-of-freedom positioning and welding fixture for the bent pipe according to claim 1, wherein the middle clamp further comprises a guide block arranged on the clamp base, and a U-shaped guide opening with an opening direction consistent with the clamping opening direction of the two clamp blocks is formed in the guide block.
6. The bending pipe multi-degree-of-freedom positioning welding fixture according to claim 1, wherein the middle clamp further comprises a U-shaped frame with a U-shaped through groove, and the U-shaped frame is mounted at the rear portion of the front clamp.
7. The multi-degree-of-freedom positioning and welding fixture for the elbow according to claim 1, wherein the middle clamp further comprises a support block mounted on the base, and a support platform with a height matched with the middle section of the elbow is arranged on the support block.
